Guixt Components - required error

dear sirs,
i have a problem settings scripts with guixt,
if i use "set" command, it will return a "inputassistant component required" error
if i use a "viewer" control, gives me "viewer component not active"
i cannot find option to enable them in profile
im using sapgui 7.1
thanks in advance

Hi!
I'm getting the same error.
Jared, why do u say that is needed an InputAssistant Licence?
In my case, if I go to GuiXT profile and then press the 'OK' button, the sritpt works fine. I don´t purchased any license.
At Synactive site, under pricing, it only mentions two things to InputAssistant:
Comfortable and fast data entry
Single-screen transactions instead of multiple-screen transactions
I'm not using any of those.
This is the script error:
    Set V[itm] "&cell[Todos os itens,Itm,&V<i>]"
Line 21: Component InputAssistant required for 'Set'
    if not V[itm]
      goto prev_order_end
    endif
where is "Line 21:" -> error shown
How to resolve this?!
Thanks!

Just in case the component being referenced is not part of iTunes but is rather part of one of the other related programs, it might be worth trying a complete uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and related componentry, as per the following troubleshooting document:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

  • InDesign CS5.5 install min sys requirement error

Trying to install CS5.5, everything is fine except InDesign will not load due to minimum system requirement error.  Per Adobe website. requirements are:
    InDesign CS5.5 system requirements
    Windows
    Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon® 64 processor
Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 recommended); Windows Vista® Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1; or Windows 7
1 GB of RAM (2 GB recommended)
1.6 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on removable flash storage devices)
    1024 x 768 display (1280 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
    DVD-ROM drive
Adobe Flash® Player 10 software required to export SWF files
Broadband Internet connection required for online services and to validate Subscription Edition (if applicable) on an ongoing basis*
    My system specs are:
AMD Turion(tm)X2 Dual Core Mobile RM-70
    Windows 7, Service Pack 1

73 GB free, 112 GB total
    1280 X 800 Display
ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics Card
    DVD-ROM drive
    Adobe Flash Player 11
    DSL internet connection
I looked at the system requirements for some of the other Creative Suite components such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver; they are not significantly different from InDesgn.  Why is InDesign the only one that won't install?

    Hi Mylenium,
Here is the summary portion of the install log.  If you need something different, please let me know.

  • Email submit button causing required error when all required fields are filled in

It looks like if I have more than 1 instance of subform  added,  my email submit button triggers "..at least one required " error message when all required fields are filled-in.
I toggle subforms between "visible" and "hidden (from layout)".  Any suggestion is appreciated.
    ralph

    The fields that are hidden should have the validate.nullTest property set to "disabled", something like;
    TextField1.validate.nullTest="disabled";

  • "Object Required" error when using the script block from the code behind

I try to use the following script block on the code behind page
    <script defer='true' id='NavID' type='text/javascript'>Nav();</script>
and the function Nav() is on the .aspx page. It gives me the "Object Required" error message. BUT if I add an alert("hello!!!") line inside of the Nav() function, it works fine after the user closes the alert box. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Please help. Thanks.

There is no way to troubleshoot this by looking at a picture of the diagram. LabVIEW 6 is almost prehistory and many things have changed, especially the file IO all looks different so it is impossible to tell what you are doing.
Error 7 is file not found, so most likely your string operations are not correct. What are the full strings? What is the final file name (maybe you are missing a "\" or maybe you are on a different OS type). Put an indicator at the path wire to see what's happening!
    Is this a datalog file?
(Overall, the code is a bit suspect. Nobody needs a seven frame flat sequence. ) Why do a control and an indicator have the same label?)

  • Inexplicable Object Required error in status bar?  Crazy.

Hope someone can help.  Firstly, I'm developing in Classic ASP, DW8.0.2.
I am receiving an inexplicable "Object Required" error in my status bar on the following page of a website I am developing:
    http://www.moviegossip.co.uk/movie-reviews.asp?m=1

Hope someone can shed some light on the matter.  Thanks.

Thank you, again, for your response Bregent.
The line in the client code, that's being reported as being an error is:
    <div class="reviewlayout">
Can I just confirm with you though, when the page initially loads I don't receive the error.  It's only when I either select another link, from that page, or refresh the page.  Is that also happening for you?  It sounds like you're not seeing the error initially either, but I am wondering if, like me, you receive the error when you choose a link, or refresh?  I'm getting that in IE8 and Firefox 3.6:
    http://www.moviegossip.co.uk/movie-reviews.asp?m=1
Why would an innocuous bit of CSS code be causing this error?
    Appreciate the input, thanks.

  • Business Components Load Error

    Hi.
    I'm using JDeveloper 11.1.2.1.0 and I can see the following message in the Message log;
Business Components: Load error - (null)
    Business Components: Load error.
      Object: (null)
With a reference to the Model jpr file for the project.
The application runs ok despite this message, but I'm concerned there may be problems lurking. I'm guessing this may be a hangover from attempting to remove a View Object definition from the Model project - which itself seems quite problematic (running into caching problems etc).
    So, does anybody:
    a) know how to resolve this load error issue and / or remove the null object reference
    b) know of any problems it may cause if it cannot be removed
    Thanks for your help.

Do you have a source control system  (svn, git,...) you use with the application?
The Model, jpr file is corrupt which may cause trouble later. Right now everything looks working, but there might some display problems when you open e.g. the application module or VO.
Save the current (corrupt?) jpr file and try to restore it from the repository until you find one which loads without the problem. Once you have on select the project in the application navigator and click on refresh (ctrl-r). This should add missing content back again.

  • CRM ISA Software Components required for Netweaver CE 7.1

    Hi Experts
We are planning to migrate CRM ISA Application to Netweaver CE 7.1 environment. Currently we are in Netweaver 7.0 portal in which our CRM ISA 5.0 component is running.
What are the Software components required for CRM ISA to be compatable for Netweaver CE 7.1 environment.
Basically we need to know the SCA versions for CRM ISA compatable for Netweaver CE 7.1
Any kind of documentation which describes SCA's and installation steps are very much helpful
    Thanks,
    cnu

    Hi cnu,
Information about CRM Java component should be described in master guide, for example CRM 7.0 , these components are
    SAP Shared Java Applications 7.0
    SAP Java Data Dictionary 7.0
    SAP CRM Java Applications 7.0
    SAP Shared Java Components 7.0
    SAP Shared Web Components 7.0
    SAP CRM Java Components 7.0
    SAP CRM Web Components 7.0
    SAP IPC Mobile 7.0
    TeaLeaf 4.5
you should be able to find the SCA files in service market place using these component name.
Interesting to know why would you migrate from 7.0 to 7.1? or you just want to PoC? I don't think SAP will you support you unless you have made a very good deal with them.
I also heard the version of web channel will bring some really good feature though it's still based on NW 7.0 with ehp, are you going to "migrate" it once again?
    good luck,
    Denny

  • Bar chart get "Object required" error

I create a bar char which group by Data Time filed, I uncheck "Continuous time Series", select "Use time groups" and select Hour(Quantity=2).
Count another filed as chart values.
View the report. If I insert a time which in an un-existed series, it will get "Object required" error.
e.g: if there are time : 6:00, 4:00, when i insert a time 6:00, it works well, but if i insert a time 2:00, it get error

    Jeffrey,
Did you manage to find a workaround for this? Or has it been confirmed as bug?
Reason I ask is because I am facing the same problem, but with a line graph (also using time series). I am also using 11.1.12. I only get the error when the chart is receiving its first value i.e. the chart is in 'No Values' state, but then data is inserted into the Data Object, which will then update the View Object for the first time.
After I click 'reprompt', everything is back to normal and the view object displays the correct output following the insertion of the data into the data object. Subsequent data in the data object is then correctly picked up and displayed. The problem seems to be the initial data values.

  • "Object required" error when browing "Portal Content"

    Hi, all
I installed latest "dwi_701_dev_core11_as_java_epc.v2" in my local server, but when I browse NetWeaver Portal homepage remotely , I got an "Object required" error in my IE. But if I logon with "Remote desktop connection" to the server and access the portal locally, it works ok. I don't know the reason, did anyone here meet this issue before?

    Hi Ray,
As per your posting in forum, you have said that when you give the URL as  http://localhost:59000/*** then you are not facing any problem and when you are accessing the portal from remote system using the IP Address  as http://127.0.0.1:59000/***"  then you are getting error...
There is nothing strange issue with it.. all you need to do is to configure your IP Adress with a specific server name in HOST File.
    For that :
    1) First, go to  the following path :
             C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
    2) In the ...\etc  folder you can see  a file "HOSTS". Open the HOSTS file using Text editor like Notepad or Editplus.
    3) Add the IP Address and give some Server name to that IP address.
    For Example :
    127.0.0.1      Yangserver
    4) Save and Exit.
Now you can access the portal by giving the url as :
    http://Yangserver:59000/**  *
Make sure that the IP Address of you Portal server i.e 127.0.0.1 should be static i.e it  should not change regularly.
    Hope this is useful...
    Thanks,
    Ratan

Where might I find the file system of my OS? And why doesn't it work with Adobe?

    Greetings,
Is it possible that you have a copy that is made for Windows OS. Even though it's an Intel chip, unless you have a copy of Adobe made for Mac OS, it won't work.
I've run in to this before, that's why I mentioned it. I have Adobe CS3, all of the CS3 products, loaded on my Macs, and it is Leopard 10.5.5.
    Cheers,
