i am having FPS issue problem on need for speed rival and assassin creed 4 black flag.the FPS will drop to 20 below.However,i played battle field 4 the FPS smooth like 30~50.i already updated latest AMD driver.it is any GX70 user same as me ?anyone know how to fix it ?

Not sure what you want - you shoot the photo by doing a sweep and the camera makes a static JPEG that is long (panaromic) and you import it - on the camera and in iPhoto is is a panaromic photo

Windows 8.1 having problems with pinter selection using Elements 13.

I am running Windows 8.1 with Elements 13 and am having problems with PRINT. If I select a printer from the PRINTER menu, Elements recognizes the change of selection, allows me to modify the printer's specific setting and, then, when I PRINT seems to not recognize the selected printer and print of whatever was set as the original printer. Then, I delete the "original" printer in Windows 8.1 and attempt to print again with the same general result except I receive a Printer Not Found error from Windows.
How do I modify the "original" printer setting (seems to be associated with the file)? Note the "original" printer is not the default printer.

Yes, all of the print drivers are up to date (re-verified last evening).
Yes, I can print and select the printer as normal for all of the standard applications I use (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, direct print from file (Explorer)).
I shortened the printer names from the standard Microsoft convention (based on some of the BOG comments). There was no change. In fact after the test sequence noted in #5, I re-implemented the "name shortening" yet again (shorter yet). I launched Elements and ran into the same messages noted in #5 (obviously, the "stored" printer did not exist). Yet after I went through the printer selection process (again as in #5) and, after a lag time, Elements redirected the print job what was the "stored" printer which was renamed....I do not know how Elements associated the deleted "Stored" printer with its old name with the newly named printer since no other application could (I checked).
I have closed and restarted the PC numerous times.
I have deleted all of the printers except the one I wanted to use for the specific print job. In this case, Elements came back with a message it could not access the "stored" printer. I then selected the correct printer, Elements acted like it was allowing to set up the selected printer with the specifics of the print job, and, then when I went to print, Elements again tried to redirect the print job to the "stored" printer (even though it did not exist).
The target printer is a "local" printer (USB connected). The apparent "Stored" printer is a network printer. So, I deleted the PC which has the "Stored" printer from the network (actually not only deleted it from the devices on my PC but literally shut the PC down and disconnected it from the network (two different test)) to no avail (still got the test results in #5).
Yes, I have attempted to print from the Editor (my normal mode) and from Organizer.
I have copied, open a new file and, then, pasted the image I wanted to print to no avail.
Is the a "stored" printer associated with the file or with Elements? If so, how to I modify (or dis-associate)?

I am having problems exporting to PDF using InDesign for Mac.

I just started using the Creative Suite on Mac and have run into a couple problems. One is that when I set up a document in InDesign using "Facing Pages" and then export to PDF, the document exports each set of "Facing Pages" as one singular spread (my 20 page InDesign document becomes a 10 page PDF). Once it is a PDF, there are no page break lines in the center of the spread to indicate that they are two separate pages, and when I try to set up viewing preferences in Acrobat (single or double page), it too recogrnizes each spread as a single page.
When I used to do this in InDesign using Windows, whether I exported to PDF or printed to PDF from a document set up with "Facing Pages," each page would still be considered separate once converted to PDF (20 page InDesign docment becomes a 20 page PDF).
This also leads me to my next question : I see that on Mac, there is no option for printing to PDF, but I notice a quality difference specifically when it comes to linework (vector information) that has been "placed" in the document from Illustrator. Is there any way to achieve the quality of printing to PDF on Mac?

Hi Bob, I just tried your suggestion, but the interactive PDF is in spreads by default, no way to change the setting. When I choose to view by single page in Acrobat, it displays a single spread.
When I choose to view by spreads, it displays 4 pages, two spreads. That's the topic of this whole discussion, I believe. I do own CS 6 at home, however my employer supplied me with CS 5.5. And I have very little, if any, influence on purchasing.
So, I have no good way to make an interactive PDF (with differing recto/verso headers and footers), that is accessible and shows the correct header/footer. It's either single pages (with one header/footer), or recto/verso headers/footers but PDF only as a spread, as well as I can tell.
Unless you know something else I can do...

I've been using Viber ever since I came over to the UAE five months ago. I hold a subscription with du and never had a problem except for some network performance issues not related to Viber itself.
The fact is that I've been facing problems over the last couple of weeks and I've removed and reinstalled Viber 2.1.5 and it does not work. I've been prompted to reintroduce my local number and got an answer back telling me that I would receive a code over an SMS as if it were registered for the very first time. The SMS does not come through and I cannot activate the application.
As a consequence of this, I can't use my contact list and I cannot get it up and running.
I would appreciate if you could cast some light on the subject.

We are users like yourself here and not representatives of Apple or Viber. You need to make contact with Viber support and/or search the forum here. Many people have reported issues with Viber and there is a Viber representative that will often come here and make contact. If you search old posts, you may find some contact information in those posts for Viber as well.

I have posted something related to this before, now it's been a few months, still have the problem with reminders,thought it will fix with iOS update, but didn't.
I can't set reminders— every time I do, and set details and hit done, it undoes itself and I'm left with only a list of title name of reminders. Any body has a fix or has solve the problem?

Java and browser issues - anyone use Webtrends?

I switched from pc to mac 2 months ago. Have a website and view my web traffic reports with Webtrends as provided by my host. Both Safari and Firefox use version of Java that don't allow prior/older versions to function. Therefore, the Webtrends reports, which work on an older version of Java, aren't viewable. Apple's suggestion was that I try loading Internet Explorer and using that. Does anyone have any experience with the problem and know of a work-around? There must be loads of web developers who have figured out how to massage this. I'm not a techie or geek by any means, merely a dilettante : ) Any simply explained solutions or suggestions would be appreciated.

That sounds like the best idea. A web host who is using 5 year old software and isn't upgrading? Would make me very nervous. It means they are lazy, cheap or incompetent. Maybe all three. Doesn't inspire confidence that they can keep things going or have any kind of protection at all from hackers. If their security is 5 years old too then just about anyone could walk around in your stuff.

I am using utl_file utility to read the CSV file, utl_file.fopen function is useed to open file. This fopen function has three input parameters, second parameter is file name. My problem is that, i have to read file on daily basis. File name will be like:- DDMMYYYYHHMISS. Last six characters are for hour minute second of the file generation time. If the name has only DDMMYYYY then I can give the file name like TO_CHAR(SYADATE,'DDMMYYYY'), because on a particular date its same for the whole day. But hours, minutes and seconds will be of the time when the file is generated, it may be different for different days. In this condition how can I standardize the value for file name parameter in fopen function.

Having problems with firefox 4 using creloaded (oscommerce cart) it is turning the price weight section etc into a table which can not be edited.

As above to be honest but the entire section of the top of the product add is uneditable and all information is set to zero. Which means I can no longer add products correctly to my website.

unfortunately there are tons of people with this issue but Apple has not given any answers for us to fix this issue yet. I wish they would allocate more people to solving these problems when they roll out new versions of itunes along with new hardware.

Having problem with correct color using Photoshop Elements 9 and Hp photosmart c6150.

Have been trying to print pictures from PSE9 to HP Photosmart C6150 and the colors are overly red and not the same as the original photo. I tried to get the ICC profile online without any success. How do I setup my color management on PSE9 and my C6150 to get the best pictures. I am using HP Premium Plus Photot Paper.

Delete the editor's preferences: quit it, then restart it (use the button in the welcome screen or organizer) while holding down ctrl+alt+shift. Keep the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do.
