H264 and mp3 support in VLC needed ? streaming.ffmpeg
I have found that I need to VLC (video-lan-client) with mp3 support so I used the cvs version of ffmpeg in the AUR packages but this doesn't seem to support H264 video.
How do I add H264 support to the PKGBUILD so I can have both. ?
Any help greatly appreciated I can stream H264 with current version of ffmpeg but no audio
Then with the ffmpeg-cvs no audio or video.
This is the same if I am streaming or playing locally.

I couldn't find gpac in any of the repositories or AUR so your best best would be to write a pkgbuild yourself or make a request for someone in the AUR request forum to do it for you.

Just wondering: I've been messing around with jdoom, which uses sdl_mixer for music playback, and I found that the extra/sdl_mixer hasn't been compiled with mp3 support. I've rebuilt the package to suit my needs. Is this an oversight or is there a method to this madness?

Nomad muvu cannot format and mp3 wont turn
i try to format my nomad 28mb mp3, but it wont, and there is an error. I cant add songs and turn it on. Maybe something inside of the mp3 is broken. Its and mp3 where you dont need cables, just directly to the computer.

What error did you encounter? Also, have you try using the firmware update that's available at the download site to format the player. Be sure to read the instruction under 'Shows Details' to properly run the firmware update application.

It would be a mix of microphone and music in mp3 that is playing in the application at the same time transmitted to the listeners.

WaveStudio 7.2 product Help files (CTWAVE32.CHM) need to be revised to incorporate MP3 support, for those customers (like me) who have purchased the Audio Pack app for MP3 Support.

Also, there doesn't seem to be any way of uninstalling WaveStudio 5.00.2, unless I uninstall the whole suite of Creative MediaSource software... And that doesn't seem like very much fun at all... ? Can't do it!? WaveStudio 5.00.20 can not be removed as a "stand-alone" application. Furthermore, WaveStudio 7.2 doesn't seem to overwrite the earlier version (it's still there and for some odd reason, it still works).
In order to remove the old version of WaveStudio, you must remove whichever Creative application that version of WaveStudio came bundled with.? Then, when you reinstall that application, WaveStudio 3.0 (or whatever iteration that application contained)?comes right back.

If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll. -
I am trying to update my iTunes so I can sync my new iphone 5s and it doesn't recognize the phone, apple support said I need to update my iTunes when I try and do that I get an error message that says " the ITunes update server could not be contacted. Please check your internet connection or try back later.
My internet works fine and I have tried back dozens of times with same result.Did you ever figure out the problem? "Contact Software Manufacturer"?? That sounds ominous... I've got the same issue and I'm pretty durn aggravated right about now....

I Purchase iPad mini retina screen on July 7 2014 at Malaysia local apple sale agent switch store somehow now my iPad did restore to latest iOS 7.1.2, before that and after also facing 1new issue is my iPad mini cant success download apps and error message show can't download at this time, either retry or click done. My internet is good condition no line down, I reboot my iPad only can download but sometime can't need to reboot twice only can download. Very sad local sale and tech support can't help to solve my problem...
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.

I have a Curve 9300 bought a few weeks ago in the Caribbean (Digicel carrier). I'm now in Germany and was able to switch between english and german languages for the past few weeks; however this evening I synced the device with my Macbook for the first time, which prompted an upgrade in software.
Now I have OS version 6, but my language selection is only English and portuguese. When I select Applications on the desktop software, it does not give me the Language and Input Support option to re-add german.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the offiste RIM link,(where people can choose their international carriers), but the download is an unreadable Text Edit format. I've tried un- and re-installing on my mac, but that doesn't do anything, and i don't know how to uninstall from the device itself (plus am scared i'll lose all my info).
Can anyone help? I've exhausted every option and I need to write in both languages for work...

Please remember as this section of forums is for Mac so the below mentioned steps can only be performed on a PC only not Mac. If you want to install Korean language support on your device you can try this :
1.Download and Install on your PC an OS pack having All Language from here Indosat or Device Software Download Sites for BlackBerry
( Make sure you are downloading for the same device model )
2.. Download and install the latest BlackBerry desktop software for Windows from here BlackBerry desktop software
3.Search your C: drive for Vendor.xml and delete them, there may be one or two vendor.xml ( On your Pc change your folders option to show hidden files/folders ) :
