Hi I have logged a request for this and have received a ticket number # 03369303. The email I have received back isn't clear as to whether the issue is being dealt with or whether I have to go and find the solution myself from the support channels suggested in the email itself. Change primary account email address?

Is it possible to take a newly created sub account and make it the primary account email address? If so would this carry over to other linked services (ie Flickr) so I could delete the original primary email address

Sorry, but I'm going to question this again. The only way a BTinternet user can have a flickr pro account is by the association with their Broadband email address (either primary or sub account). Using any other email address (e.g. payg) will get the user a very limited Flickr account.
Unless the primary email address already in use by Stuart is converted to a sub account, then it is likely to cause problems and effectively stop them being a pro user.
The link you quoted has nothing to do with altering the user's Flickr status which is actually in question here.
Now - I am not saying that you are wrong, to me it just doesn't add up with the info I am aware about with regard Flickr pro accounts.

To change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. If you mean the non-Apple email address which is your login, you can change it at http://appleid.apple.com - click on 'Manage your account'. You can't change the @icloud.com address you set up when you opened the account.

Welcome to the Apple community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
When you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

Sending email using Exchange 2013 defined email addresses not the account email address.

Currently we are using exchange 2013. Let's say a user has a mailbox account defined that has a default email reply address of [email protected] Now I define additional email address for the same account. When the user tries to send an email he can only send from
the default email address. Is it possible to send from a defined email anndress and not the default account email address?

Not natively with Exchange.
You will need 3rd party software if you want to have only one mailbox and the ability to send as any of the proxy addresses associated with it

No, as long as you want to share the same account for iCloud's services like Mail, Calendars, Contacts, Reminders, Notes, iCloud, Documents etc.
I personally would create two accounts so that everyone could have and use heir own mail account, address book, create meetings, reminders etc. without reading and deleting stuff of the other person.

Transferring sub account email address to new Broa...

My daughter used an email address as a sub account on my main account. She recently became a new BT Broadband customer at another address.
She used my sub account email address as a BT ID on her new account and can access her account information.
However her email address is no longerfunctioning as an email address, not being recognised as such. consequently she cannot access her emails.
Can the moderators arrange to transfer her email address and emails to her new account as her main email address?
