Hacked account. Wondering how to contact Skype sup...

Hi everyone,
my account has just been hacked. The thief has change the password and the email address.
I would like to contact Skype support, but I found only two ways of doing that: this community and the chat support (that is not working at the moment).
How can I get a reply from support? No idea.
I also had some credit on my account, I was worried if Skype saved my credit card data for later, so the new "owner" could charge the account with my card. Is anyone able to give me a feedback?

Unfortunately, you have just realized a principal reason malcontents hijack accounts: to use up the credit or to take advantage of any subscription, and then to top up the credit using the payment method on file. Change your credit card account password immediately if you have not already done so, as well as any third-party payment processing system account if you happen to use one (such as PayPal or MoneyBookers).
To recover your account, you will need to contact Skype Customer Service directly. Try using a different web browser than you typically use; believe it or not, this works most of the time!

As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). If you have a Skype Premium subscription, you will be diverted to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent; if not, complete the webform and you will receive a reply via e-mail.

Hello,
I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

How to contact skype customer care

Skype has charged me twice for the same subscription. How to contact skype customer care to get my money back. This is rediculas! how can they charge twice for a same subscrption in one account. Microsoft shuld be sued for stealing our money from stored account details.
There is no direct support system. how to contact them?

Skype account changed name, removed contacts

Hello,
my problem is simple. Yesterday when i logged in my account loaded different user as me... There is my email and my profile description but another Name and picture. That is not too bad it can be changed, but all my contacts disapeered and loaded only one contact that is not mine. So i asking for some support because there is no way how i could fix it myself. I've tried it on many devices, windows, iOS, Android and it is always the same.

Please help. My sons account has been hacked and live porn was sent to all his friends along with files that we don't know what is inside.
We have informed the police because of the porn content but now the hacker is hacking my sons friends and demanding to speak to my son.

Hackers typically gain access to peoples' accounts - Skype and otherwise - via password crackers or other password-guessing techniques.
Run security scans and software updates on your son's computer - run your preferred anti-virus/malware/spyware program using the latest virus signature files available in case your son inadvertently downloaded malware which is allowing the hacker access to the computer.
If anything else seems amiss or awary, contact a local computer professional for further assistance.

Hacked account - violation of privacy

today, i was sleeping and somehow my account was accessed and disrespectfull messages were sent to my girlfriend. i would like to ask you if it is possible to help me find the IP address from where those messages were sent because i pressed charges with the police against these actions. and the police told me to do this to try to speed things up.... the messages in question were sent from me to user madziaramatys

@zwirjatko: Your post is not clear if funds are still being fraudulently taken from your payment method, or via your Skype account? Either way, contact Skype Customer Service as well as the issuer of your payment method. Note that when you report Skype purchases as fraudulent, as soon as Skype is alerted by your payment method issuer of the unauthorized charges, Skype will likely suspend your account as a security precaution.

Accounts Blocked and My three Skype Subscription F...

Skype Blocked all my Accounts and keeps blocking any new Accounts which I try to open.I had made two subscriptions for India Unlimited Plan and One subscription for World Unlimited Plan.It was going fine for a persiod of two months and then all of a sudden Skype communications blocked all my accounts.
First time they told me that u have exceeded the 6 hour limit calling time on your accounts by a few seconds and then they told me to open new accounts n when I opened new accounts they blocked them as well and told me that we can 't restore yur new accounts as yur computer network which u use is on a Filter coz' it has been fraudulently previously.
Skype ate away my money and has given me a lot of distress.Making people communicate is a noble job but Skype is harrasing its users and committing RAPE with this job of theirs.
This was the only good means of communication for me to communicate overseas but ,alas, even this has ended.
