Hacked and email changed!

Hello,
My account got hacked today, and someone charged $70 to my credit card!
What make it worse is that they changed the primary email address then changed my password.
So now:
* I can't change the primary email, because I don't have the password (I can still login via facebook).
* Can't change the password because the code goes to the wrong email address!
What the heck am I ment to do to solve the issue?

Skype is aware of continuing and sporadic problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

I was hacked a while back and still trying to get life back on track. I have changed my Apple ID yet on my iPad2 since I cannot find a password that works I cannot get into my account. I cannot just resent the passcode since the email does not exist any longer. I also cannot back up the iPad2.

This turned out to be an easy repair. In settings near the bottom is "STORE" cliick
Go to Apple ID click
logout
login in with the currently correct new Apple ID and Password, as EXISTING not new account.

Hi I have logged a request for this and have received a ticket number # 03369303. The email I have received back isn't clear as to whether the issue is being dealt with or whether I have to go and find the solution myself from the support channels suggested in the email itself. Any ideas on what I can do?

Hi. Welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear of the bother you are having.
I have various shortcuts via a link below, options 3/3a, 24a/b and lots of others.
A security answer is needed in order to alter the security settings (my link 24a), however most people probably chose their mother's maiden name, which with social networking sites (and indeed things like friendsreunited etc), it's not hard to get that. I recommend using something else - even if it is in response to that question.

hopefully they can get your account back up and running for you.
You might like to see if you can remember giving any details away in response to a phish email, made sure that your OS is up to date as well as any security products. Also if you use the same information to login to various sites, it might be prudent to revisit them and alter the passwords, different ones. Alternatively use a different login for each site you have access to.

Siri activated by hacker and settings changed

I recently did a clean install of the OS thru Genius bar, which my hacker is aware of. But he has again done something to eavesdrop. Recently I have been watching plenty of Japanese channels on youtube. My laptop has been compromised. When I press the home button on Iphone for long, instructions in Japanese pop up. Soon a call to an unknown number 365-4243 is made. I tried pressing the home button a second time, and now a call was made to 312-4260. This guy has been playing around since the past one year.

Why dont you do a full restore if you think you're iPhone was hacked.
And the only way it could be hacked is if it was jailbroken.

Can anyone help new to this, e.mail slow I tried to send photo and in error attached the application so got bounced back now can't delete it and email changed in a real mess can't seem to delete anything or receive stuff on macbook pro

Hi any help out there, I have messed up e.mail should have had some training. I tried sending photo as attachment to e.mail but attached the whole application, of course this got thrown back, tried to delete it no luck . Now at a loss what to do mail box and mac now sooooo slow and cant seem to get rid of deleted mail??? comes up with error from imap server for gmail message to large ..has anybody else had this ?

If the message is still 'stuck' in your gmail account, you should be able to log into the web service and delete it. Don't know why it won't delete on the Mail side. Quitting Mail should delete the sent msg - don't know why it doesn't.

My imessages have been hacked and recovery email changed and I can't delete it! (with pic)

My iMessages have been hacked and the hacker entered his email as the recovery email with security questions I can't answer. I contacted Apple support and went through the 24 hour process of changing my info so that I could get into the account, but his email address is still the recovery address and it does not give me the option to delete it. I've added alternate emails that can be deleted, but it will not let me change or delete the recovery email. I can change phones and passwords a million times, but if he can just recover my password what am I supposed to do? I have turned iMessage off on my phone (as well as the gps) but I would really like help in deleting that recovery email if anyone has any bright ideas! The pic below shows the only place in all of the settings that his email address shows up anywhere! Any help is very very very appreciated.

I don't think that can be solved by any advice the regular posters could post here.
I would go back to Apple and explain the situation (again).
I would also consider closing the account (Apple rarely seem to do this as accounts are never deleted but just closed).
I understand this may cause issues for things purchased in iTunes and the App Store which my include Restoring the OS at some point.

It's normal for your phone number to be grayed out in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive under "You can be reached by iMessage at" on your phone because it can't be changed. If you phone number is listed there it should also be listed further down under "Start new conversations from". If you tap your number there to select it, your messages will be identified to others as coming from your phone number, not your email address.
Is you phone number listed there on your phone?

How do I delete an old icloud account off my phone if the email address had been hacked and the password has been changed?

My old email was hacked and since then my passwords have been changed. I have a new apply ID which if fine, but my phone is asking me for my old apple ID password before I can delete it from my ICloud. The problem is I cant reset the password and my birthday verification isnt working. I am unable to do anything in icloud because it is forever telling me my password is wrong. my new apple ID seems to be working on every other part of my phone. Any ideas what to do?

Well you can try this, but I'm not sure it's going to work if this is an entirely new ID.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
