Is it possible for Ipod touch to get hacked?

I seriously feel like my Ipod touch was hacked.
When I woke up this morning, it was acting weird. There were a whole bunch of apps open that I had not opened. When I tried to update my apps, it was saying that my Apple ID had been locked for saftey reasons. I reset the password and all that. There were also apps downloaded and webpages saved to my home screen that I did not do. Now I just tried to check my bank account through the app, and it's saying that my account is locked out. I seriously worried now.
Has this happened to anyone else?

It sounds like somebody hacked inot places where account infromation was stored. I doubt it was the iPod since the iPod does not contain your iTunes account password.

My daughter's ipod touch was hacked. She is locked out of it. It says try again in about 22 million minutes.

How do you unlock an ipod touch that has been hacked and locked?

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Anything is possible.
it could be off or not connected to wi-fi.
It could have been found and restored.
In any of these cases you will not be able to find it.

IPod Touch Camera Hack?

Hi! So, I did something stupid and added someone I didn't know on Skype. Is there any way to hack an iPod camera to just watch or something? Sorry, I'm just super paranoid... I've seen the video and stuff where this girl used Skype with her mom and her webcam was hacked and someone came and killed her and I'm just really, really paranoid and I don't want that to happen to me and I'm so never doing anything stupid like this again.

Just delete or block that person on Skype and toy will be fine.

Ipod touch hacked everytime headphones are plugged in

ipod touch is hacked every time apple headphones are plugged in. For example songs will start, stop, fast forward, rewind, and voice control menu is sometimes activated, all without touching anything on the screen or headphone buttons. Apple headphones act as antenna so this seems the likely reason, when heaphones unplugged hacking stops. Ipod using 7.0.3

First try another pair of headphones. If still problem
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

Okay, so I went on Twitter and some chick replies to a tweet and she sent me a tweet going like 'you guys were doin what here, looks confusing' then sends me a link. There was no tweet conversation or anything but being an idiot, I pressed the link (I was on my iPod Touch and it's 4th gen) and it got some 'time session ended' or whatever. Again, being the idiot and regretting it, I typed my Twitter username and password. Then it showed some 'cash' thing I don't even know. I searched it up, it was a phishing site and I changed my password for the third time. I hope you're still reading this because I'm very desperate for help. Nope, they can't hack you iPod. The can (or could) log into your twitter account and change the password so y no longer control the site.
If you used the same password for other sites/serves change those too.
You might also want to change other information information in the twitter account like secret questions/answers since maybe they already logged into your account to steal that data and plan to use that information at a later date.

Your Touch is working correctly. Currently, without unsupported third party hacks, the Touch has NO disc mode. It will only show up in iTunes.

Right now, you don't. The SDK is scheduled to be released in Feburary. Then developers will be able to write programs that will be loadable.

Okay so when I had a ipod touch 4 with ios 6 my apple id got hacked and they spent all my itunes credit bla blah blah. so i made a new apple id which was fine and was working. i recently upgraded to an ipod 5 so did my sister and i got ios 7and she just kept ios 6 then my ipod camera crapped out so i decided to back up my ipod first and switch with my litttle sister by erasing and restoring both of them. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Locked out of ipod touch 4th generation, I tried restoring it to factory settings but after a while an "error" window will pop up saying "iPod can not be restored due to error"... HELP?

I just got this iPod today and my last iPod touch broke back in november, so I have no clue what the passcode could be. I tried resetting it to factory settings but an error window pops up and and says that it can not be synced even though it got to the part where it says "Connect to iTunes" but then it shuts down. I don't know what to do, I live no where near an apple store and I don't have the money to fix it. Plus it has a cracked screen if that tells you anything.

That error message may be indicative of the Device being Hacked / jailbroken.... If this is the case then you are on your own.

Changing my apple id on my ipod touch

I recently changed my apple id email address, but I'm having trouble changing it on my ipod touch itself, so I can't update any of my apps. Help?

You can't "hack" an iPod but apparently some apps were obtained using a different Apple ID than your son's ID. In doing that, this other user wiped out your son's data! ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.
This MIGHT work. Do what the other user did. Delete the app and obtain it again using your son's ID. Then connect to the computer that he normally uses to sync with and obtain the backed up data.

Is there any way to use iPod touch with Win2000/SP4?

Got an iPod touch for christmas... very cool. It doesn't synch with my computer... not so cool.
The information I've found - compatibility chart at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60971 - suggests that I'm SOL with Win2000 - it appears that I can't upgrade past iTunes 7.3 whereas 7.4 seems to be required for the Touch. Are there any hacks our ways around this, or am I just going to have to suck it up...? I don't like using sketchy pirated OS's but I'm not real excited about going out and buying a new OS either.

There is no way for you to use iTunes with Win2K and the Touch. You can use 3rd party software, WinAmp, with a plug-in: http://www.winamp.com/ but this will not let you download upgrades and purchase 3rd party software for the Touch when it becomes available.

My ipod touch flashed once and wont turn back on

I was on the schools wifi getting on youtube and my ipod screen flashed once and then went blank and will not turn on to charge (i had it plugged into the wall and the computer 2 different times for almost 2 hours each and nothing happened), will not turn on when hooked up to the computer when i try to restore it, it will not come on at all for anything

Ive tried holding the home and power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. (didn't work)
I tied holding both buttons for 15 seconds and releasing the home button. (didn't work)
And i tried holding both buttons for 2 minutes. (didn't work either)
Please throw any ideas at me that you think would work.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
