I only use IE8 as my browser but had mozilla firefox installed on computer too. For about a month now have been unable to share NY Times articles to facebook. When I click on "recommend to facebook" I get an error message in the status bar that mentions mozilla. I uninstalled mozilla firefox but this is still happening. I contacted The NY Times but they are unable to replicate the problem and suggested contacting mozilla.

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage. Let all of the apps load in the window. You can see how much storage you have used and how much you have left. You will need about twice the size of the download of free storage in order to be able to download the movie. Also, the iOS will not let you use every bit of available storage on the device.
You can delete content in there if needed, but if you sync with iTunes it's a good idea to transfer purchased into iTunes and backup your iPad before you delete content. If you use iCloud only, backup with iCloud before you delete any content.

I just checked your account, and see that it's active. Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and make sure that it-s up-to-date. The most current version, 11.0.07, should alleviate that sign-in error.

Getting Error Message when trying to use Software Update in the Mac App Store...

I was wondering if someone knows what this error message in the Mac App Store means. I am trying to run Software Update by clicking in the Apple Menu however, I am not able to see my available updates and instead get the following message on the Mac App Store:
I have tried to fix the error by deleting both the Mac App Store Caches and plist files in the user library and made sure that I am properly logged into the Mac App Store with my personal Apple ID.
What else can I do?

However, today I wanted to update iTunes to version 10.7 and decided to use the standalone installer rather than the SU version. Eversince I updated my iMac to 10.7.3 I get this message every 5 minutes.
"There was a problem connecting to the server.
That server was gone for almost 1 month now.
I have checked Login items, launchdaemons, startup items pretty much gone to every website and I cannot get this error message go away.

That server was Microsoft Server 2003.
My users used that server and to access our resources files and folers.
But, I retired that server 1 month ago and all of the sudden her iMac just trying wanted to connect to that server.
I have also clear her history of server by just going to command+k and clear history servers.

HT201272 Keep getting error #499 when trying to download a song from an album I purchased that failed to download. Error message appears when trying to download from iTunes and the cloud. Re-starting the computer did not help.

I downloaded an album I purhcased a few days ago but one of the album's songs did not download. I received an error message, #499, for which I can get no explanation or interpretation of what error #499 even is (other than generic terms). All my efforts to re-start the download have failed. I've tried several times to download the file to no avail, tried the cloud service to no avail, and re-started the computer to no avail.
My main intention is to, of course, get the download completed. My secondary intention is to, hopefully, bring to the attention of Apple - iTunes staff, the grossly inadequate, dare I say cryptic, error message descriptions iTunes displays.
I can provide the purchase receipt number if it is required.

I get error message when trying to use Firefox Sync after upgrate to 5.0. The message reads: "Sync encounted an error while syncing: Unknown error. Sync will automatically retry this action" I am using Windows 7.0 on a stationary computer.

Simply: Firefox Sync doesn't work after upgrade to 5.0.

You can have a try, unmark the Tabs in Sync of Preferences.

To rule out Flash as a potential culprit, could you try one or both of the following:

everytime I try to check my mobileme email a message box pops-up:

What can I do? I currently have 2 email addresses hooked up to me.com

MobileMe is closed (as was announced over a year ago). You need to migrate your account to iCloud while you still can - go to http://me.com and follow the link to migrate. You should do this as soon as possible.
Then sign in in System Preferences>iCloud (Lion required) and enable Mail in the checklist there.

Why do I keep getting error 4100 when trying to use iTunes Match?

I just can't get iTunes Match to work. It finishes Step 1 (Gathering Info), but then on Step 2 it errors out saying there was a problem of some sort with iTunes.

I am simply trying to send out a digital high on DIO0 of a 9401 c series module and I get the following error every time.

Possible reason(s):
CompactRIO: (Hex 0xFFFEFFD3) The FPGA personality currently running on the CompactRIO chassis does not support the RIO Scan Interface in this slot.

In your project view can you right click on the chassis in the cRIO and make sure that it is set for Scan Mode and not FPGA mode? Also, In the measurement and automation explorer you can check the cRIO and verify that it has Scan Engine Support installed on it. The tutorial below shows how to reformat a cRIO and install software on it, the later steps on software will allow you to check your cRIO.
