Bought new laptop but Apple says I reached my download limit - how can I get iTunes on new laptop??

Downloading and installing iTunes have nothing to do with authorization to an iTunes Store account. An iTunes Store account isn't at all necessary to install and use iTunes and there is no limit as to how many systems you can have iTunes installed on. If you're unable to get iTunes downloaded and installed, you have a different problem. We'll need full details about the problem, including where things break down in the process and the exact error message(s), before we can offer suggestions on that issue.

I do not understand what you did or why you did it. What is current status of the iPod?

Not much help here, but just wanted to say i'm in the same exact position ever since I updated to the latest version of iTunes (thanks for pestering me so much that I finally did it and mucked up my iPod!)...I've restored my iPod, lost 7 years worth of music (around 9,000 songs) and have been slowly re-adding them all, and then randomly getting to a point where I eject my iPod (when it had music on it before I put it in) and it tells me that there is no music on it. I put it back in iTunes, it takes a while to load, but it shows the music there, however, again, when I eject, no music. Something's definitely messed up with this new iTunes...

I use too play starcraft and other games on this computer although new patched/updates have made it that I can no longer do that now. Really frustrating having to deal with this especially after buying this computer upfront and now out of warranty.

Go to your Applications folder and find a file called "Install OS X Mavericks". Send it to the trash and delete it. Then try the download again.

My iphone 4 is stalling a lot. I've had it for a year now, I have the most current OS, it's not too full of apps, or anything like that. Many times throughout the day, I cannot switch from app to app, unless I do a complete power-off. Any ideas?

I have the most current OS. I snyc it to my itunes 2-3 times a week. It is only about 25% full. It stalls (I don't know if I would call it freezing) between trying to switch from app to app. I either have to let it sit there for a few minutes, or turn it all the way off and turn it back on.
And yes, I know to press the home button twice to get the bottom part activated. That's not working. I'm not sure if this is a common thing, or what with iphone 4's.
Anyone got any ideas?

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!

I've had ELPH100HS for 2 years. Up until now, everytime I transferred pictures to my computer, a camera icon would appear when I connected the camera via USB to the PCU. But, recently, the icon is missing, but I hear the bleep (connecting sound) I always have. However, I am unable to transfer pictures to the computer. Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) is an old version of Linux from 2009. You're gonna need to upgrade to a newer operating system to use a more recent version of Firefox.
My advice is to consult with the Ubuntu support forums to find out if your PC can support the latest version of Ubuntu, or if you should switch to a different "flavor" of Linux.

I use an iPod nano 5th generation. I have had it for about two years now and after about one year, I plugged in my iPod into my computer to sync more music. Here is the problem: The tab where you go to sync music to your iPod and shows the list of artists and songs you want to sync to the iPod, the tab I can get to but the list of songs and artists does not show up and the only way I can sync music to my iPod is to basically wipe my iPod and start from scratch. Obviously, I do not want to do that because I do not have all the songs in my library that I have on my iPod. I have uninstalled iTunes and then re-installed it, but it did not work and I do not know what else to do. I would really appreciate helpful guidance to get it fixed if it can be fixed. My ipod is showing an "activation required" message on my home screen and the slider to unlock it is not working. I've had it for 2 years and had no problems and then it randomly locked up on me and won't let me do a reset. Any way to fix this?

next thing i would think of is to ask bestbuy apple retailer or bestbuy pple to help u out from here bc im not sure what to do next if u cant get it into dfu mode.
all i can think of is to hold home and power for 30 seconds in the meantime of showing the apple sign at least once or twice.
either that, home and power flashes once and 1/2 sec later release power while holding home still and plug it in wihout trying to let go the home button. dont even let go until itunes says somthing remotly saying anything ...lol

well i was charging my phone which is placed no my chair then my mate pulled the chair back and my iphone 5 fell on the ground and the screen literally detached from the phone.I cant find my warranty but i have not had my iphone for a year. Also the Apple website keeps asking me to put iphone serial number in but how can i do that when my iphone screen wont turn on. I dont know what to do please help.

User damage is not covered under warranty.

Why is CS6 on trial when I've had it for a year

Last year i started my game programming course and got a CS6 master collection code that I used and then a few months later they told me to create an account which I did. I then used my code again attaching it to my account instead of just my computer. Now its September again almost a year since I initially redeemed the code and I'm on the trial of CS6. It never said any where that all i had was a 1 year subscription and i was under the impression I had CS6 permanently. To make things even worse I sign in to view my products and apparently I've never had CS6 before.

These keyboard are not forever. I had one fail and Loditech offered to give me a new one, but I didn't have the receipt. I sucked it up and bought another one. A new one can be had for $70-$100 and there are several on eBay for around $25.
