no apple store replaced. they said there were 3 apple programs that kept crashing in background, which ran battery down cause they kept trying to re-load.
they backed up phone to cloud, wiped out old software and replaced new software & new battery. since then won't sync with itunes on computer.

2. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Click on the name of your reader, displayed under Devices in the menu on the left of the screen.
4. Click on the gear icon, then on Erase Device Authorization.
5. Confirm that you want to deauthorize your device by clicking on Erase Authorization.
6. Safely eject your reader from the computer.
Deauthorize your computer
1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Press <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<D>
3. A window will appear asking if you want to deauthorize your computer. Confirm that you want to deauthorize your device by clicking on Erase Authorization.
4. Close Adobe Digital Editions.
Reauthorize your computer
1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Click on Help, then on Authorize Computer.
3. Enter the email address you used to create an Adobe ID and your password, then click on Authorize.
Reauthorize your reader
1. Plug your device into your computer using the USB cable.
2. You should see the device name appear under Devices on the left side of the screen. Click on the name of your device.
3. Then click on the gear icon, and on Authorize Device.
4. You should see the Adobe ID you authorized your computer with listed as the default ID. Click on the Authorize Device button.
5. Safely eject your device from the computer. -
I want to deauthorise a computer from my account that has had all of its settings wiped already. I go to deauthorise but I am being told I have already deaithorised 5 devices this last 12 months so cannot do again until the 23rd June. His is very frustrating as I have just bought a new laptop and I can't use any of my music on it and my old laptop is dead but I can't deauthorise it. Any tips would be great. Have rung apple and they told me I had to wait. Doesn't seem fir when I only have 2 other devices working at the moment.
I don;t know which part of Apple that you rang, but have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking if they can deauthorise them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I just got a new iPad it had 6.0 iOS and it would not let me restore from the cloud . I had to set up as new to update to 6.1 iOS now I can't find my backups in the cloud help please..
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all contents and settings on the device you want to restore.
When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from. -
Hello, I have songs that show they are "Waiting" for download from the cloud but they are greyed out. Some songs in one album are done others in the same album will not download. It is not a time function because i have been working on this for weeks. I have allowed my compter to run for days and the songs are still not accessible. I have a Match subscription and Match is working. If I click on the "Genre" link the greyed out songs show that they are ready for download from the cloud but I cannot download them. I have downloaded over 1500 other songs, so I am trying to understand what is going on here. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
ThanksI did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

My Macbook (2009 White) Has had water spilled onto it, it all works apart from the screen. When connected to an external display it works fine, just not on the Macbook itself. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Take it to Apple and ask them to fix the physical damage the water caused.

Make sure Contacts and Calendars are selected.
iCloud should sync your data automatically. -
I had backuped my phone before and after I got the iOS7 update. Then, I went to the apple store to change my phone for a new one because my old one had a hardware issue with the camera. It was all going smoothly until I saw each and every one of my apps disappearing one by one...The people at the store told me that it was because I had a bad backup (which could be caused by multiple reasons)??? So we tried doing it three times with different backup times, and this kept on happening. Why is this happening and what do I do to get my apps back, hopefully with the latest backup I had done prior to this disaster???? Please help!!

Just had to replace iPad and itunes has following error. "iTunes was unable to load provider data from Sync Servies. Reconnect or try again later." I read that others suggest uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. If I do this, will I lose my old iPad's backup that I need to restore to this new one?
I've resolved the issue with iTunes constantly not responding. It's a bit embarrassing. I had a DVD in the drive that was corrupt, and once I was able to remove it - BAM - iTunes ran perfectly.
I'm still getting the Sync Services message, and my backups are still not showing in iTunes.

I got a replacement I pad for a damaged on- The old Ipad was backed y up in the cloud and verified on all my devices. When I activated my new Ipad using my apple ID and tried to restore backup it said none was available what can I do?
Restore from iCloud Backup; new iPad start at step 4.
1. Erase all contents and settings (Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings)
2. You'll be asked twice to confirm
3. You'll see Apple logo and progress bar
4. You'll see a big iPad logo on screen
5. Configuration start
6. Set language
7. Set country
8. Enable Location Service
9. Select network, enter password and join network
10. You'll be given 3 options (a) Setup as New iPad (b) Restore from iCloud Backup (c) Restore from iTune Backup
11. Selected Restore from iCloud Backup
12. You'll be required to enter Apple ID and Password
13. Agree to Terms and Conditions
14. Select Backup file
15. You'll see progress bar
16. Red slider will appear; slide to unlock; step #1 to #16 is fast
17. Pre-installed apps will be restored first
18. Message: Purchased apps and media will now be automatically downloaded
19. You'll see a pageful of apps with Waiting/Loading/Installing
20. Message: Some apps cannot be downloaded, please sync with computer -
I just purchased 3 movie rentals for an upcoming trip and transfered to my Ipad. Today my Ipad crashed and I cant find my rentals on itunes. How can i get them back?
you dont. you can ask for credit and wait weeks for it and try downloading again only for it to most likely fail again when you want to watch it. Get netflix and computer with a disk player.

I just want to know how to sync my music from my apple id onto my new account on the family computer. Currently itunes warns that the computer is already linked to an account and if i proceed then no music can by auto downloaded or downloaded for 90 days. My issue is that it is a different account then the main account so i do not understand why..
Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.
