My computer now has my old CS6 in it, and I want to get creative cloud back. Problem is I have different sign in id's and can't seem to access my creative cloud at all. I have a 160GB Hard Drive in my MBP and use VMWare Fusion and had a 60GB Virtual Machine running Windows XP. Deleted the Virtual Machine and CANNOT find the 60GB space I desperately need! Anybody out there with a similar problem? Help!

Creative Cloud Desktop Won't Install Issues on Mac OS X 10.8.4
I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC. First round of installs no problem. A week later there were a few updates including the CC Destop App and this is where the fun begins. I installed the updates and immediately after I noticed it was only showing I had 3 apps installed when I have several. I tried uninstalling the CC Desktop app and re-installing it but I can't get it to install. Every time I try it just says you have an "unknown error". I called Adobe's awesome support to which we ran throught diganostics only at the end to tell me they are having issues and to call back later. I have been all over the forums and have yet to find a solution, nothing works (Including runing the cloud cleaner and renaming the OOBE file).
I am running OS X 10.8.4 any other suggestions or help will be much appreciatedRomsinha! Thank you! I was having this problem and your instructions helped solve the issue.

Please try the mentioned steps:
1. Navigate to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installer and look for CC desktop, if present run the uninstaller to uninstall it.
2. Navigate to Applications/Utilities and look for Adobe Application Manager folder and Creative cloud folder. If present move to trash and empty it.
3. Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old
4. Download CC desktop from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try to install again.

FieldPoint Explorer is no longer used to configure FieldPoint systems. However, I do not think that the configuring your system in FieldPoint Explorer is causing the error.
FieldPoint systems are now setup in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX). Information on setting up FieldPoint systems in MAX can be found in the MAX help under: Installed Products>> FieldPoint. Also, I recommend upgrading to the latest FieldPoint driver and version of MAX. The FieldPoint VI's will be slightly different when you upgrade, so there is a good chance that this will eliminate the error.

i recently had to rstore my pc. i had copied my itunes file to a flash drive and have since reinstalled it. Now, i am unablt to play certain imported files and have and exclamation mark. it says itunes cannot find the original folder. how can i play these songs if there is no other folder to find them in?
If you right mouse and select Get info it will show you the Apple ID used to purchase these songs.
Usually the name of an apple id is based on the email. So knowing that you may have forgotten the Apple ID password.

Hi All,
I have had to reset my laptop to factory settings and reinstall iTunes. I backed up all my songs and apps and have now put all songs back in to iTunes. However, now i cannot drag songs or apps from my iTunes to my iPhone.
It only gives me the 'no entry' style icon when i drag it across rather than the 'plus' icon to add items to the iPhone.
Any ideas how to get round this or will i have to clear the phone and start again?

Adobe Creative Cloud package fails to Install - Mac OSX Mavericks
I've been trying to get the Adobe Creative Cloud package that I had built with the Creative Cloud Packager installed onto a staff member's Mac but it always ends with "The Installation Failed" (No error code or explanation). If I watch the Application folders while it's running, Dreamweaver CC 2014 and Flash Builder 4.6 pop up but then get removed and then the installation fails. I have already run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, renamed the OOBE folder, and tried the installation with a newly created admin account. The package installs just fine on other Macs, but this one did have older versions of Adobe Software from CS5 and CS4 installed. I uninstalled them but my guess is that there's left over files somewhere causing a conflict.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thank You!I managed to find a solution to the problem. I ended up uninstalling every Adobe related application and then went through the user/library and system/library and removed everything Adobe from the Application Support and Preferences folders. Unfortunately, I do not know what application or file was ultimately causing the issue.

However, I'm now trying to install it on another mac I have, but I cannot find the software on the original system. I have looked in every possible place for it and I am at a loss.
