Half a TV series is unauthorised on my computer for playing?!?

I downloaded a tv series (Watchmen animated series) and I am only able to transfer 3 of the 12 episodes to my iPhone as apparently "my computer is not authorised to play these".
I downloaded all 12 episodes on the same computer (at the same time). Now very frustrated that I can not access them.
I tried clearing all my authorised accounts on other computers and re-authorising just my home computer; however, this still doesn't work.
Please help me :o(

    Okay so my 64G iPhone 4S was stolen about a year and a half ago, it was backed up to my computer and I had used around 50G. I got a new iPhone a year ago but it's only 32G so I didn't have enough space to back it up as my old phone, so how do I get all my memory on my old phone back without having to get a 64G phone? Thanks

    No, there is no way to put more content then there is capacity for on the device.  As wjosten mentioned, you might be able to edit that backup to remove things to reduce it in size where you could then restore it to the new device, but obviously, everything that you had on the old iPhone will never fit on the new one.
    No matter what you do, you are going to end up with less content on the new device then on the old one - there is no way around that fact other than returning the 32GB iPhone and getting a 64GB one.  A gigabyte of data is a gigabyte of data, regardless of device, and will require a gigabyte of storage again, regardless of device.

    Ok will check, as of right now I have 82.57gb free, that's plenty of space will check the disk though using disk utility. Also I am now downloading the update from the apple website instead of going through software update

  • Storing in the Cloud vs. computer for tv series

    If I purchase a TV Series in iTunes, and I don't want to take up the space on my computer for permanent storage, , how do i get it to be stored in the Cloud?

    iCloud only stores a Link... Your Computer stores the Downloaded Content.

  • Ask the Expert: C-Series Integration with Cisco Unified Computing System Manager

    Welcome to the Cisco Support Community Ask the Expert conversation. This conversation is an opportunity to learn and ask questions about Cisco C-Series Integration with Cisco Unified Computing System® Manager (Cisco UCS® Manager) with Cisco experts Vishal Mehta and Manuel Velasco.
    Cisco UCS C-Series Rack-Mount Servers are managed by the built-in standalone software, Cisco Integrated Management Controller (Cisco IMC). When a C-Series rack-mount server is integrated with Cisco UCS Manager, the IMC no longer manages the server. Instead you will manage the server using the Cisco UCS Manager GUI or Cisco UCS Manager command-line interface (CLI).
    Cisco UCS Manager 2.2 provides three connectivity modes for Cisco UCS C-Series Rack-Mount Server management. The following are the connectivity modes:
    Dual-wire management (shared LAN On Motherboard [LOM]): Shared LOM ports on the rack server are used exclusively for carrying management traffic.A separate cable connected to one of the ports on the Payment Card Industry Express (PCIe) card carries the data traffic.
    SingleConnect (Sideband): Using Network Controller Sideband Interface (NC-SI), the Cisco UCS Virtual Interface Card 1225 (VIC1225) connects one cable that can carry both data and management traffic.
    Direct Connect Mode: Cisco UCS Manager Version 2.2 introduces an additional rack server management mode using direct connection to the Fabric Interconnect.

    Hello Sebastian,
    The different modes of connecting C-Series with UCSM come into play depending on the type of infrastructure you already have along with C-Series and NIC model.
    Cisco UCS C-Series Rack-Mount Servers are managed by the built-in standalone software, Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC) .
    Powerful features provided by Cisco UCS Manager can be leveraged to manage C-Series server by integrating  C-Series Rack-Mount Server with UCSM.
    This not only gives you rich-feature set but also one management plane to operate UCS-B Series Chassis and UCS-C Series Rack Server.
    You will manage the server using the Cisco UCS Manager GUI or Cisco UCS Manager CLI.
    Cisco UCS Manager 2.2 provides three connectivity modes for Cisco UCS C-Series Rack-Mount Server management.
    The following are the connectivity modes:
    •  Dual-wire Management (Shared LOM):
    Shared LAN on Motherboard (LOM) ports on the rack server are used exclusively for carrying management traffic. A separate cable connected to one of the ports on the PCIe card carries the data traffic. Using two separate cables for managing data traffic and management traffic is also referred to as dual-wire management.

    This mode is recommended when you have C-Server which does not  have or cannot support VIC 1225 card (such C-200 server)
    •  SingleConnect (Sideband):
    Using Network Controller Sideband Interface (NC-SI), Cisco UCS VIC1225 Virtual Interface Card (VIC) connects one cable that can carry both data traffic and management traffic.
    This feature is referred to as SingleConnect.

    This most recommended Integration model when using FEX and VIC 1225 card
    •  Direct Connect Mode:
    Cisco UCS Manager release version 2.2 introduces an additional rack server management mode using direct connection to the Fabric Interconnect.
    This mode will eliminate the need for FEX module as Servers are directly plugged into the base ports of Fabric Interconnect

  • HT1725 I downloaded two albums yesterday and only half of each of the songs have downloaded when I play them. There is nothing to say it is waiting for the rest to download and I have checked for available downloads...help please!

    I downloaded two albums yesterday and only half of each of the songs have downloaded when I play them. There is nothing to say it is waiting for the rest to download and I have checked for available downloads...help please!

    no, i had to leave so i logged out and when i opened itunes on my mac and went into the downloads tab it only had one paused download listed. i resumed the download for the one movie listed and the other one never showed up. its been about two weeks since i initially bought the two movies so i figured something was wrong.

  • I cannot sync what I bought onto my ipod, and half the series did not download after paid for

    I have bought a film and a series from the itunes store, but only half the series seems to have downloaded and there is a weird blue dot on the left of half the series and the film, niether the film or series will sync to my ipod, so it appears that I have lost my money if it won't work :\ Any help ?

    Store --> Check for Available Downloads

  • I purchased a tv series and i did not get the entire series, half of it is missing and i have paid for it....any ideas to get the rest of it?

    I purchased a 10 episode tv series I paid for it, but I only got half the series, where is the rest?

    Really?? No one knows??
    This is an Apple support forum is it not?
    If anyone can at least point me in the right direction that would be great!!

  • HT3209 I buy movies and applied all my digital downloads to itunes, and now more than half my movies come up saying my computer cant play because its not capable of HD, I never had a problem before this Icloud,I just feel that ive lost hundreds in digital

    Ive always loved Itunes, Ive always thought it was the easiest way to build a library, either music, or movies, ebooks or what have you. Now this new "Icloud" comes into the picture and tells  me more than half of my digital movies cant be played because my pc isnt HD compatible, I watched every movie i have in my Itunes library before, therfore I am so frustrated, no one seems to have any answers for me, I think most would feel out of hundreds of dollars of digital movies and feel the same way.....I dont buy movies from Itunes but every movie I've ever bought off the shelves at stores that has digital download on it is put in my itunes library. I Dont want to lose/leave itunes as my system of doing things but.......im at a loss, Anyone Help??? The funniest part of all of it is...Next to all the movies says "Purchased" so obviously they are legit and mine.

    I am having a similar problem with iTunes 11 on a Windows 7 box. I was able to rent and play HD movies befor "upgrading" to iTunes 11, however now when I try and rent a movie in HD I get the error: "This cannot be played in HD on this computer. You must rent and watch the HD version on an HD-compatible device. Or, you can rent the SD version and watch it on this computer."
    Guess i'll be renting movies from XBox from now on.

  • One series in a graph - different colors for different bars.

    Hi,
    I have a graph with one series in it. It produces
    7 bars within that graph. I need the first 3 bars (from the left) to be
    green, and the other 4 bars to be blue. All 7 bars are produced from
    one query/data model.
    This is in an RTF template within MS Word, for BI Publisher.
    Any ideas?
    Many thanks for any answers.

    Use this
    <SeriesItems>
    <Series id="1" color="#993399"/>
    <Series id="2" color="#993399"/>
    <Series id="3" color="#993399"/>
    <Series id="4" color="#993399"/>
    <Series id="5" color="#ff9933"/>
    <Series id="6" color="#ff9933"/>
    <Series id="7" color="#ff9933"/>
    </SeriesItems>
    and populate this attribute in root element graph with value <Graph colorMode="COLOR_BY_GROUP"

  • Dynamic series in flash chart & color specified for each series

    Example of data:
    Date     Series 1     Series 2     Series 3     Series 4     Series 5     Series 6     Series 7     Series 8
    A     12     22     23     22     22     10     10     10
    B     10     9     55     8     8     20     20     20
    C     55     2     5     88     5     15     15     15
    In excel, I can get a stacked horizontal bar chart with the numbers of different series stacked and it is easy to specify the color for each series (it works with Dephi aslo).
    I use a PL/SQL to generate the dynamic series for the chart. And in my application, I need to show some serires with the same color (group of series, each has a specified color). One of the solution I am trying is to input a fixed color sequence and loop it many times in the custom color theme and then insert dummy series into the SQLS. But this could be a disaster while the number of group goes up.
    Anyone has better idea on this? Or is this a limiation of apex?
    Thanks.

    As I tried, apex can support 300 series at most. Dynamic series here is not a good solution still.

  • APEX multi series line chart with different markers for each series

    I am using APEX 4.0 and trying to create a multi-series line chart that will have a different for each series.
    Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
    Edited by: user4635837 on Apr 19, 2011 7:22 AM

    Hello -
    It is possible to do.
    Another user in this forum has written some code snippets to assist in creating your own custom XML for charting. That reference can be found http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=36648:30:418355095936797::NO:::
    Look this over and it should get you moving in the right direction.
    What you are trying to do isn't terribly difficult. In fact, I did it fairly easily as can be seen http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=28155:4:362637005964920:::::
    First, create a Hidden page item.
    Next, create a process that runs before regions
    That process will create the XML for your line chart and store it in the hidden page item. Use the above references for assistance in setting up the PL/SQL in the process
    Then, create your custom XML for your chart. Replace the #DATA# tag in the custom XML with your hidden page item.
    It is a bit daunting at first, but once you get the hang of it, it really isn't that bad.

  • Bought TV series - some shows "This movie cannot be played on this machine"

    I bought yesterday a TV series with 5 episodes. My boys started watching while it was still downloading and have seen the first 3 episodes (out of 5). However, now the first two episodes cannot be played again.
    In iTunes I get a message: "This movie cannot be played on this machine"
    When I locate the files in Finder and try to play in QuickTime, I get a message: "QuickTime Player is not authorized to play “(null)”."
    All episodes seem to have downloaded completely (there are no open downloads in iTunes). Also the file sizes seem ok (first 2 episodes not working: 158.3MB, and 160MB, vs other 3 episodes working fine: 164.3MB 164.1MB, and 158.4MB.
    Any ideas what can be the problem? And what can be done to sort it?

    Same problem here. Accessing my iTunes library from a remote shared drive. This problem has started becoming more and more problematic recently. I've been able to pause and restart, but sometimes it just starts complaining that the "movie can't be played on this machine" and that's it. I'm not sure what I need to do.
    You comment gave me the idea of moving my iTunes directory to my own Time Capsule drive, but now that you say the problem happens there, too... ugh.

  • Why can I not watch the entie tv show series I have bought and paid for? This is **** up for iTunes to take my money and not deliver!!!

    I am VERY upset after spending a chunk of money for the entire series of Walking Dead on ******* itunes. I cannot watch any of the **** episodes but the first 30 seconds. How the **** can i get my money back and warn others of this rip off??  Being an Corporate Attorney, do I need to sue iTunes to get my money back?? Yes my language dont come from an spoken attorney but from an ANGRY user!!!!!!

    Use the "report a problem" link on your receipt or your iTunes account purchases section to ask for a refund.

  • Need to use quadrature encoder to trigger (RTSI) single point DAQ on 2 channels of E-Series DAQ, using 6602 NI-TIO for counting encoder pulses.

    This is for LV6i, W2000, all PCI equipment.
    Using a quadrature-measure position-VI, I get 7200 edges/rev from the encoder of my physical system. This equates to 0.05 degrees of angular displacement. This amounts to an angle stamp as opposed to a time stamp.
    I need each of these 7200 edges (source: 6602 NI-TIO) to trigger (using RTSI) the acquisition of a single sample from each of 2 channels on an E-Series DAQ board (maybe more channels later). I only need/want one rev (7200 samples per channel) of data for each run of the test. As I write this I think I want pre-triggering and a little more than a rev of data. So the
    re is a buffering step. Anyway, you can get the idea.
    I need this angle stamp and the DAQ samples to be placed in an array and on the hard drive for graphing and other mathematical treatment, analysis, etc.
    I think there must be a way to use the quadrature output of the counter/timer as a scan clock for the DAQ board, but I haven't seen an example to guide me.
    It seems like all of the RTSI or other triggering examples I have seen trigger once to start a continuous scan, not a series of discrete samples repeated quickly. I am not sure how to fill an array with this data. Again, examples are for continuous sampling, not a series of discrete readings.
    Any hints on any part of this task will greatly appreciated. This is my first LV project.

    Sounds like a fairly ambitious first project!
    I assume your 7200 edges/rev come from an encoder with 2 channels in quadrature which each provide 1800 cycles/rev. You can clock in analog data at 1800 scans/rev with either of the two encoder channels, but will probably need an external quadrature decoder circuit to produce 7200 scans/rev. Either method can be done with screwdriver and wire or else by using another counter from the 6602 and the RTSI bus. Here are two approaches in detail, but you could mix-and-match as needed.
    Note also that if you can be sure that your reference encoder will be uni-directional, you wouldn't need to measure position -- position could be determined by the array index of the analog scan data. This would simplify things greatly.
    1800 scans/rev, screwdriver & wire
    Wire both encoder channels to your 6602 breakout box and configure your counter for the 4x quadrature option. Send a wire from one of the encoder channel connections at your 6602 breakout box to a PFI pin at your E-series board breakout box. Config the analog acquisition to use an external scan clock and specify the correct PFI pin -- there are built-in examples that will guide you. Now one edge of one encoder channel acts as a scan clock for your analog acquisition. Inside the 6602 breakout box, route the same signal to one of the default gate pins and configure your encoder counter gate to use that pin as its gate signal. Note that there will be a race condition governing whether the encoder value updates from the encoder inputs before or after the value is latched by the gate.
    7200 scans/rev, extra counter & RTSI
    Make sure you have a RTSI connector between your two acquisition boards inside your PC. Build a quadrature decoder circuit that will convert your two encoder channels into a clock and direction output. (Consider the LSI 7084 decoder chip or similar). Setup your "encoder" counter for buffered position measurement. Use "Counter Set Attribute" to define "up down" as "digital" (don't use it to define "encoder type"). The clock output goes to the counter SOURCE and the direction output goes to the counter UP_DOWN pin.
    Use "Adjacent Counters.vi" to identify the counter considered adjacent to your encoder counter. Configure it for "retriggerable pulse generation". Use "Counter Gate (NI-TIO).vi" to specify "other counter source" as the gating signal. Configure the output pulse specs to be short duration (make sure total of delay + pulse width is less than the minimum period of the incoming encoder clock signals). Use "Route Signal.vi" to send this counter's output onto the RTSI bus, say RTSI 0.
    Now configure the analog acq. to use RTSI 0 as its external scan clock. Also configure the encoder counter to use RTSI 0 as its gate signal. Voila! Now your quadrature decoder clock output acts as a scan clock for analog acquisition and a "gate" to buffer your encoder measurement. The short delay helps ensure that the clock updates the position measurement before the gate fires to latch the value.
    Respond if you need clearer explanation. There's a fair amount of decent info "out there" if you scour the online help and this website. Good luck!
