Go for the reset. Hold down the Sleep and the Home buttons until the Apple logo displays on the screen. This will not have any effect on your data.

The app is not gone, it is impossible to remove it from the device.
Check all home screens and folders.
If you are unable to find it, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
As a last resort, restore from backup. -
Sharing to DVD I get the following alert " There was an error burning your disc. Not enough Disk Space in Target Folder" I have 700GB free. Where is this target folder located? How can I fix this problem? This is definitely not a space problem.
Since starting with FCP X, there has been tons of issues, now that the product actually works with the exception above, makes it impossible to share the production. Has Apple fixed this problem. is there a knowledge base article on this?
On another note, One reason I have not purchased support on FCP X is because you sold a product that never worked for almost an entire year or more. Now I can finally finish my project, I cannot share it.....Really. This has to be fixed now, I am loosing money as I typed this.

I cannot create a new user, that is way too much work. I will repair permissions again, I repaired permissions just a few days ago. Then I will reboot, login and turn off App Nap and rerun the Share DVD.
There must be something seriously wrong with the OS if your are suggesting creating another user. WOW!

is that really what it is? this is the native iphone weather app. the funny part is that when i use the actual weather channel app, it does provide it.

I run a MacBook Pro and upgrading to Lion caused me two days of trouble and computer crash. Router settings removed and router blocked. Dongle not recognised, you name it.
In the end, I gave up and using my Snow Leopard installation disk and a Time Machine Backup finally got my computer up and running again. Thanks to Lion, I think I'll stay with OS X 10.6.8 at least it's reliable. -

It's a really bad idea to post your iPhone's serial number and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
Any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. As you have apparently already created three accounts (or if it's a used phone the previous owner did) you cannot create any more one it. This is tied to the hardware, not the account, and there is no way round it.
You can create a new iCloud account on another iOS device or on a Mac, and then you will be able to sign into that on your iPhone. -
I'm trying to purchase extra content on some of my apps and it says "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction." how can I fix this? My credit card is valid and I've made extra content purchases before and it's worked.

I added photos of our company's products to the Goods App for our sales team to use as an electronic catalog. Some of the pictures display perfectly. Others are blury. How can I fix this? I Googled pixel size for Ipads and checked this size against the blury photos. They seem to be less than the max pixels allowed. Must be another solution????

On the subject of the offshore support teams my experience from the other sife of the fence is that many, many of them are very technically orientated. The problem is that the ISPs they work for don't give them access to many of the tools that are needed (they need to raise internal requests to even get line checks done in some cases) and also they are very heavily scripted & monitored in what they do/say on a call.
Sounds like O2 are operating as a contact centre rather than as a call centre which is much more preferable from the customers point of view.

I had this exact same problem just now, trying to upgrade to 10.7.
I even got that error msg when trying to UNINSTALL iTunes!
After hours of frustration trying everyone's different suggestions, I downloaded Revo Uninstaller http://www.cnet.com.au/apps/revo-uninstaller-10610875/ which solved the problem.
Use it to help uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
1. iTunes
2. QuickTime
3. Apple Software Update
4. Apple Mobile Device Support
5. Bonjour
6. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Then you can install iTunes from scratch.

For the last year I have been unable to use my iPhone speakers because of some bug. I can play music and audio through headphones, but that's it. And just today even the headphones became spotty. I'll play a song (through iTunes) for a while, then the audio will just cut out. I can get it back by unplugging and replugging the headphones (sometimes multiple times) but that fix doesn't last long; usually within a few minutes (if not much sooner) the music cuts out again.

I have calibrated with spyder4elite and now my blacks are tinted red, how do I fix this?
I have been using spyder4elite to calibrate my iMac monitor and until now the black and whites have been fine, but now my blacks are tinted red. Does anyone know what I might have done wrong? I recently purged my cache - could that have changed something? How can I fix it now?

JanoConfirm that you have the latest drivers for the Spyder, 4.5.6. The release notes state that earlier releases had a problem with color cast on some systems. Then run the calibration again. If you continue to have problems, you may want to take this issue up with Datacolor technical support; it's possible that your calibrator is defective, or they may have tips.
