Halftones in layout print out wrong

When I place a bitmap halftone in the layout it looks fine, but prints out with extra patterns. It didn't do this is PageMaker. How can I preserve the halftone for printing?

I actually did that once for my boss who was convinced that a 65 line screen worked better than a 70 (don't ask).

Hello,
A quotation is created ..and saved. In VA23 in initial screen before entering the quotation if we see the print out put through "sales documents=> issue output to", we are seeing a figure for NET PRICE PER QTY, if we enter into the quotation and by going through Extras=>output=> Header, jus seeing 0 for Net price per qty....and moreover the figure its showing is also wrong..
Two questions from my side
1. whats the diff between the two print outs i.e Before and After entering quotation.
2. From where its taking the figure from..and how to change it.

YVSF_SALES_QUOTATION_R3, this is the form i am able to view in PDF/Smartform tab in NACE transaction...when i am entering the same in SE71 i am getting error that this is not maintained.
One clarification needed is ..why i am seeing the figures before entering the quotation and why no after entering the quotation.
and how to know from which field its taking that value??

Separator page prints out with wrong name when printing from Outlook 2010

Working with Windows 7 Enterprise, Outlook 2010. We've set up our desk printers to print a separator page with the user's name, as several people use the same printers in our building. Printing from IE, Word, etc. all work fine, and it'll print
out the correct username on the separator page.
When anyone attempts to print an Outlook email, it instead prints out my username. We've found that it doesn't happen if they click on the "quick print" button, but it happens every time if they do "file > Print" or Ctrl+P.

As per the information and details provided by you that separator page prints out with wrong name when printing from Outlook 2010, please follow these steps: -
To create a custom separator page file, use a text editor such as
Notepad. On the very first line, type one single character, and then press
Enter. The character on this line defines the character used as an escape character. For example, the following list assumes that this character is the at sign (@).
Enter the escape codes for the functions you want, and then save the file with an .sep extension in the Windows System32 subfolder.
In the Print Manager, select the printer that you want to use the separator page file with, and then click
Choose Properties on the Printer menu.
Click
Details, specify the name of the desired separator page file in the
Separator File box, and then click OK.
Note:
Put the custom separator page file in one of the following locations:
In the %Windir%System32 folder.
In a folder whose path contains a SepFiles folder. For example:
Drive:\Folder\SepFiles\Subfolder

Check following are some of steps for GR collective printing from SDN only
1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately.

Urgent :- Wrong print out in a different language.

In my invoice for a particular output type, the default language is english, but the invoice print comes in german. if I change the default language to Danish in Header output in invoice, the print out comes in english. there is an anomaly.
how to correct this...??

Invoice Print out problem

Hi Gurus,
In my invoice there are 4 line items.only last two line items are taxable and in print out system has to display the text on below four items.Currently its showing the text as " CA Tax-GST 5% of 7,800.00 CAD which is wrong, as its showing the total value of all the four items, It has to display the text in this format " CA Tax-GST 5.% of 1900 CAD which is total of two taxable line items .
We are using SAP scripts. Please let me know where I have to done the changes to show the text in above format.

First find out the output type to print the invoice and using this o/p type find the print program and layout name. Then copy the print program do the necessary modifications and assain the new program in o/p type.

Why can't I print out predefined text in market document

Dear all
In the purchase order ,I add predefinded text, and I want to print out it with other document lines. So how to edit the layout.

It still have no effect .as to my question ,for example,I add these lines in Purchase Order documents

You should design you front panel to more closely match the aspect ratio of the paper.
A possible solution would also be to create a special subVI with the desired print layout. Whenever you want to print, call it with the current display data and make sure to set it to "print when complete".

How do i print out the keyboard viewer?

I use different languages and need to use the different special characters so am switching among different keyboard layouts frequently. I use the (on-screen) "Keyboard Viewer", but would like to print out the "Keyboard Viewer" for each language that I frequently use. I can't see how to do this other than with e.g. screen capture which is less than ideal. Does anybody know where there are e.g. images of each keyboard layout (including special characters you get by hitting "shift" etc.)?

There are several things wrong with your code and methodology
1. The code you posted won't even compile because there are several syntax issues.
2. You are trying to use/test Java in the database BEFORE you get the code working outside the DB
3. Your code is not using collections in JDBC properly
I suggest that you use a different, proven approach to developing Java code for use in the DB
1. Use SIMPLE examples and then build on them. In this case that means don't add collections to the example until ALL other aspects of the app work properly.
2. Create and test the Java code OUTSIDE of the database. It is MUCH easier to work outside the database and there are many more tools to help you (e.g. NetBeans, debuggers, DBMS_OUTPUT windows, etc). Trying to debug Java code after you have already loaded it into the DB is too difficult. I'm not aware of anyone, even at the expert level, that develops that way.
3. When using complex functionality like collections first read the Oracle documentation (JDBC Developer Guide and Java Developer's Guide). Those docs have examples that are known to work.

The main issue with your example is #3 above; you are not using collections properly:

A collection is NOT a string so why would you expect that to work for a nested table?
A collection needs to be treated like a collection. You can even treat the collection as a separate result set. Create your code outside the database and use the debugger in NetBeans (or other) on this replacement code for your 'printResults' method:

That code ONLY deals with column 2 which is the nested table. It gets that collection as a new resultset ('rs'). Then it gets the contents of that nested table as an array of objects and prints out the attributes of those objects so you can see them.
Step through the above code in a debugger so you can SEE what is happening. NetBeans also lets you enter expressions such as 'rs' in an evaluation window so you can dynamically try the different methods to see what they do for you.
Until you get you code working outside the database don't even bother trying to load it into the DB and create a Java stored procedure.

Scheduling Agreement with print out

I created one Scheduling agreement for vendor A1 and created schedule lines .
in header Data of this Scheduling agreement i have mentioned the Invoicing party is B1
when i take the print out of Invoicing document the Vendor A1 disply , it is not taking the Invoicing party B1 i print out
i have defined in Patrner in that who is supplier, order , and who is invoicing party
that's$why iam search the header data of Scheduling agreement in that i got invoicing party is B1 is there, still in print out i got wrong vendor no why?

this B1 is not defined for perticular Purchasing org, i ahve searched in LFM1 table, is this the reason
i have searched the out put determination for date 14.06.2007 here only partner is A1 is this a reason, shall we define the invoicing party in output determination

Hi,
the partner functions only store the data (i.e. addresses etc.) and make it available for the print program.
You have to code the print program to get it to use the correct vendor for the addresses etc.
The invoicing party address is not normally referenced on the scheduling agreement prints because this si the address that the payment is made to and the address that sends the invoice to you. Why woukld you print the vendors invoice address or name on the scheduling agreement? It is the OA (Ordering Address) that is relevant for the print of the scheduling agreement or schedules.
So why would you print the invoicing vendor's details on a scheduling agreement print out?

PO print out issue

This is very interesting issue regarding PO print out. i have developed Zform for PO . I have assign this form in NACE setting.
Ok then i have created a PO and define Message type for that PO Like ... Out Put type - NEW, Medium - Print Out , Function - Vendor , Partner - 100018 and Language - EN .
For this Message Type - Out put is comming perfect with correct data.
But when i changed Message Type Language - EN to AR(Arabic) and other parameter will be remain same then what happend is PO out put is comming - Mirror image (opposite of EN language). Means all data is printing in right to left and layout of form also changed - means window is also print opposite site - PO window printing in PO address window and PO address window is printing in PO window.
Kindly any body can suggest solution regarding this.
