Ich habe mich an den Support gewendet, weiß nicht, welche technischen Informationen weitergeholfen hätten: keine Proxies und keine Firewall, Internetverbindung funktioniert, Abo ist ein Jahresabo der Creatice Suite for Teams, ich nutze bei der Arbeit einen Windows-Rechner und zu Haus beim zweiten Platz einen Mac.
Gelöst hat sich das Problem mit dem Löschen aller "Adobe-Einträge" in der Host-Datei, danach war endlich eine Aktivierung der Programme im Abo nur mit der Adobe-ID ohne Seriennummer möglich.

ich habe ein problem mit meinem mac store auf meinen mac book pro funktioniert alles super aber auf meinen imac stimmt etwas nicht ich konnte schon länger nichts mehr aktualisieren als ich os x mavericks runter geladen habe konnte ich es nicht installieren was mein größtes problem ist (im launchpad ist der button os x mavericks installieren ich kann das Programm auch starten bis zum letzten abschnitt wo es installiert wird dan bekomme ich die Meldung: beim vorbereiten der Installation ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. versuchen sie das Programm erneut durchzuführen) wenn ich mich nun beim mac store anmelden will kann ich mein Passwort eingeben aber das Fenster verschwiendet und taucht wieder auf ohne das ich angemeldet bin (zweites großes problem)
wenn ich im mac store etwas laden oder aktualiesieren will kommt ein Fenster in dem steht:beim kauf ist ein Fehler aufgetreten (abbrechen, wiederholen) wen ich versuche es zu wiederholen passiert nichts und wen ich auf abbrechen klicke kommt:ihre anfrage konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden _ im app store ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. bitte versuchen sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut (20)
