Dauernd kommt die Meldung das mein iPod mit einer anderen Apple-ID verknüpft ist. Meine ganze Musik wurde gelöscht von meinem iPod. Dann steht da das ich 90 Tage warten muss :-(

Was ich genau geschrieben habe, weiß ich nicht mehr. Aber so ungefähr solltest du schreiben.
Ich habe mir iTunes Match geauft. Auf meinem Mac funktioniert alles super und meine Titel sind auch schon hochgeladen. Doch wenn ich jetzt an meinen iPod Touch gehe (iPod Touch 4G, iOS 5.0.1) steht da immer, das ich 90 Tage lang warten muss. Die gesamte Musik auf meinem iPod wurde gelöscht und dann steht da sowas:(
Also kann ich iTunes Match erst in 3 Monaten benutzen :-(
So ungefähr hab ich geschrieben. Der Support war sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. :-)

1. What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
2. What is the project preset for your project? If you do not know, check Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if field appear to be grayed out).
3. What are the properties of your source media on the project's Timeline...video and audio compression, frame size, frame rate, interlaced or progressive, file extension, pixel aspect ratio.... Do these properties match the description of the project preset that you are using? What is the brand/model/settings for the camera that recorded the video?
4. Where did the movie and speech stutter, in previewing in the project or at playback of the export or both?
5. As for the computer...
a. Description of computer resources - optimized?
b. Video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the video card/graphics card?
c. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
d. Are you running the program as Run As Administrator and from User Account with Administrative Privileges?

I have a new email address with which I can sign into iCloud, but once there it says to enter password for my old email address and I forgotten it. What next?
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

HT201363 Apple is not sending me emails to help change my password.
I had a one year lag away from one of my Apple ID email addresses. Now I am unable to access that AppleID. Apple says it is sending me an email to reset my password but I have not received any. Is there something that happens to "jam up" an ID if not used for a while?

"Eingabe der Seriennummer zusätzlich eine "alte Seriennummer"" hört sich nach einer Updateversion. Falls keine Vorversion vorhanden ist, ist diese leider "Wertlos". Also nochmal genau auf die Box oder den Bestellvorgang schauen.
"Es kommt die Meldung: "Beim Extrahieren einiger Dateien ist ein Problem aufgetreten". Passiert manchmal beim Auspacken der Installationsdateien. Einfach mal 7-zip installieren und das Installationsprogramm auspacken. Da drinn gibt es einen 32bit und 64bit Ordner mit den eigendlichen Setups. Das korrekte Setup starten.
Die aktuell LR Version kann hier Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 heruntergeladen werden. Eine älteren LR5 Version muss vorher nicht installiert werden. Allerdings löst auch das nicht das Problem mit der "Update"-Lizenennummer.
