Starte deinen iMac neu und halte dabei die Alt/Option-taste gedrückt bis der Start-Manager erscheint.
Wähle deine OSX-partition aus und dann Enter.
Nachdem OSX gestartet ist, gehe zu Systemeinstellungen dann Startvolume and setze dein OSX als Standard.
Wenn nötig öffne danach den BootCamp-Assistenten und lösche die Windows-partition.

Yep, I did get this running. Not in a normal way (meaning the easy way). What I did, is that I just created the BOOTCAMP partition in OS X. Just let it format and create the partition where you would install BOOTCAMP.
After that I discovered that via a ISO program (WinClone) you can directly restore a previously created OS X boot image to your current computer. So, I installed a blank Windows 7 to my macbook pro, didint install any drivers and just let it work up then. Then I went back to os X (in macbook pro) and made a bootimage for the BOOTCAMP partition. After that I saved it to my external harddrive and wired it to my iMac. In iMac I just downloaded the same boot-image program and restored the bootimage that I made in Macbook Pro to iMac. After that I made an restart and the bootcamp section with windows worked well with my iMac. Install the bootcamp soft and you can do everything and everything works. FYI, you get the windows working via those steps, BUT if you either delete or do anything to make your bootcamp partition unworkable then you will have to repeat those steps again. But it´s fast non-the-less, so it shouldn´t be a problem for you.

hast du nach dem Importieren die Bilder automatisch vom iPhone löschen lassen oder sind sie noch auf dem iPhone?
Sollten die Bilder nicht mehr auf dem iPhone sein, durchsuche alles in der iPhoto Mediathek. Eventuell sind die Photos im Papierkorb oder ausgeblendet. Aktiviere "Darstellung > Ausgeblendete Fotos".
Ist die Mediathek groß? iPhoto zerlegt den Import automatisch in viele kleine Ereignisse. Manchmal sind diese einfach falsch einsortiert. Hast Du wirklich die Ereignisliste komplett durchsucht und nach Datum sortiert?
Wenn sie noch auf dem iPhone sind, versuche den Download nochmals, aber diesmal mit ImageCapture.app (Digitale Bilder.app auf deutsch). Verbinde das iPhone über USB, wie beim Import für iPhoto und starte "Digitale Bilder". Das Iphone sollte in der Seitenleiste unter "Geräte" auftauchen.
Wenn es ausgewählt wird, sollte eine Liste von Bildern erscheinen (dauert ein bisschen).
Wähle die Bilder aus, die noch fehlen, wähle einen Ordner in der Fußleiste, und drücke den "Importieren" Knopf.

In diesem Fall müsstest Du das iPhone komplett zurücksetzen und vom Backup wiederherstellen lassen. Wenn Du das tun möchtest wähle Einstellungen > Allgmein > Zurücksetzen > Inhalte & Einstellungen löschen. Danach kannst Du, sobald das Gerät wieder startet, im Laufe der Geräteeinrichtung das Backup auswählen, aus dem dein iPhone wiederhergestellt werden soll.

Ich kann auf meine alten Daten von Time machine nicht zugreifen

ich habe gestern meinen iMac 21,5" Ende 2013 mit Yosemite neu aufgesetzt!
Dann will ich meine Programme und meine Daten einzeln wieder zurück spielen. Dabei habe ich dann festgestellt, das ich meine Daten sehr wohl im Finder sehen kann ab Mai 2014, aber bei Time Machine sehe ich rechts nur rote Balken sehe!
Im Finder kann ich auch auf jedes Backup zugreifen aber das hilft leider nichts!
Ich habe es auch mit dem Migrationsassistenten versucht, da sehe ich aber nur die neuen Backups von gestern an.
Das kann doch nicht sein, das ich an meine Daten nicht mehr dran komme!?!?!?!
Ich stöber schon das ganze Netz durch... aber nichts!
Hoffentlich hat jemand eine Lösung für mich...

CSF Dateien für Adobe Bridge - woher bekomme ich diese?

Hallo zusammen,
ich richte gerade meinen neuen Apple ein und stehe mit einem großen Fragezeichen vor der Farbeinstellung für die Adobe Bridge. Hierfür benötige ich CSF Dateien, aber wo bekomme ich diese her. Auf der ECI.org Seite kann ich leider nur die ICC Profile downloaden, aber die kann ich ja nicht in die Bridge laden.
Wer kann mir da weiterhelfen?

Die Idee hinter den CSF-Dateien ist wohl eher, ein ICC-Profil zu nehmen, zu laden, eventuell noch etwas anzupassen und das Ganze dann als CSF zu speichern. Diese kann man dann später wieder laden.
Speichern kann man die CSF u. A. in Photoshop, im Farbeinstellungsdialog.

Critical Kernel error while on windows partition, now neither mac or windows will boot help ?

Hi I was on my windows side of my mac when i got the blue-screen-of-death with something saying Critical Kernel Error, weird noises from the speakers and the macbook pro did a hard shut off.
Since then I can no longer boot into the mac or windows side (both are stuck infinitely loading). I ran disk utility on the mac side and I have an "Invalid Node Structure." Which disk utility cannot repair. I do have DiskWarrior on another mac to try and rebuild the mac partition through a firewire connection - i think that is the correct course of action ?
But does this mean my windows partition is likely gone or any idea what went on ? As I am terribly confused that while on my windows side I had an error that messsed up both partitions.
Or what to check for so this hopefully doesnt happen again if it is a hardware problem? My drive smart status is listed as "OK" and I cant seem to run the Apple Hardware test as upon attempting to get into it the laptop just shuts off while loading it, although I read somewhere the Apple Hardware test is no longer preloaded on macbook pros.
The system in question is a 15" macbook pro bought around July 2011.

Alright I have both my mac side and windows side repaired and functioning fine. Should I still be concerned ? Linc I know you are saying this is a drive malfunction but is there a way I can be sure ? I still cannot run AHT (restart, hold down D), and my laptop shipped with Lion installed so I believe it should run. It just boots into the mac side when I hold D..

I am having a problem installing windows via bootcamp.
I already partitioned my hdd via Bootcamp, downloaded and copied all the supports for windows, and windows is on an external USB as well. I had to stop the process the other day, so i shut down the computer. Now I am trying to boot from the USB, but I cant get to that point where the computer should restart and windows would start installing.
. After restarting, holding command, it doesnt show up as bootable device.
How shall I move forward? My disk is already partitioned, and if i start the whole process from the beginning, it wants me to partition again - although I already made a 100GB partition for windows.
Please help me out.

So, here is what happened when I tried to make it.(sorry for quality, i had to take them by phone)
At first when I opened it I saw that I could simply resolve it just by stretching the arrow at the bottom, giving the 100 GB back which I partitioned before via Bootcamp. At this point options was not available.
I didnt do it because you mentioned earlier that it might be not designed to install windows.
The second thing I tried I choose 1 Partition from Partition Layout. This time Options were available but I didnt see anything like GPT, the onces that are optionable are on the screenshot.
What do you think how shall I move on? I was thinking to give it a shot with option 1, just stretch it back and try everything from scratch.

Boot Camp partition moved to external:"No bootable device found"

I have just installed a new SSD, moved my old OSX partition to the new drive and am currently using the old hdd in an enclosure as an external hard drive.
I can access all my files on my old OSX partition and my bootcamp partition when connected to my laptop. However, when i try to boot from my old bootcamp partition i get the "No bootable device found -- insert boot disk and press any key" message. That is when i boot from Startup Disk and target the bootcamp partion.
When restarting my computer with the external harddrive connected and pressing the option key i only get "SSD" and "Recovery" as options, it does not recognize the external harddrive as a startup option at all.
Is there anything i can do to use my old boot camp partition again? It worked perfectly fine before being external to the computer.
My computer is a 2011 mbp with Mavericks, my boot camp patition is installed with windows 7.

Microsoft requires that the partition for Windows be on an internal disk. It will not see an external drive as bootable.

Boot Camp "No Bootable Device" after OSX Partition Resize

I have a MacBook Mid/Late 2007. I started out with a 500GB drive that I partitioned 100GB for Windows 8 in Boot Camp (yes, I know only 7 is officially supported, not the point as it worked fine.) I wanted to try Mavericks so I resized my OSX partition down 100GB to make a new 100GB Mavericks partition. After I installed it and played around, I noticed when I booted with the option key, my Boot Camp partition was missing. I thought i was becaus eI had too many partitions, so I deleted Mavericks and resized my main OSX back to where it was when I started. The Boot Camp partition still won't show up when I hold option on boot, but when I run Boot Camp manager on OSX it wants to remove it, so it knows it's there. It also shows up in the startup disks pane, but if I select it and reboot, I get a "No Bootable Device -- insert boot disk and press any key" message. If there a way to bring back Windows?
Here's the kicker: My optical drive DOES NOT work. I installed Windows 7 off DVD long ago before it quit working and the only way I got Windows 8 on was through a downloaded upgrade. I know I should get it fixed, but I don't have the money (and I never use it, and this is 2 that have died on me in this laptop.) My system can't boot anything other than OSX off flash drives or external DVD drives (I tried, and I tried reEFIt, neither worked.) So I need a solution that doens't require a boot CD if at all possible.

You can't add/remove or alter the partitions if Boot Camp is installed, Windows will cease to boot.
