HANDLE_FORM_EVENTS dont work

Hello,
I'm a rookie and I'm learning about all.
I try to catch de Handle Form Events for a button in a new form but I can't.
The code that i use is:
Public Overrides Sub HANDLE_FORM_EVENTS(ByVal FormUID As String, ByRef pVal As SAPbouiCOM.ItemEvent, ByRef BubbleEvent As Boolean)
If Trim(pVal.ItemUID) <> "" Then

the first, you can see example in SDK  (C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One SDK\Samples\COM UI\VB.NET)
second, if you want to event of button in new form , you can use code refer :
Public WithEvents EApp As SAPbouiCOM.Application
