Hang during installation of 11g

Question

When I install my 11g Database in Windows 2003 Server VM, it hang at 30%. The error log is as follow:

Can anybody help for this? Thx.

Hi;
1. What is your exacet Db version(11gR2 or 11gR1)
2. What is exacet OS and its 32 bit or 64 bit
3. This message doesnt indicate any error message, please check log file for exact error message
