Hanging at ~90% on open

I'm running Premiere Pro CS4. I'm updated on the latest patches, both for Adobe and for my system. My specs are more then enough, I'm a videographer and do this for a living. That said, this just happened on a critial project. It opens about 90% and just hangs forever, even overnight. The project was fine for a few months. I've found every article on this and similar things and nothing has helped.
I have reinstalled the suite. It consisted primarily of AVCHD .mts files and some dynamic linked AE projects. I've tried renaming all the assets it used to try ang bring up the "media not found" dialogue to no avail.
Here's what happens...
I just open it: loads, gets to ~90% and hangs.
I make a new project and import the one in question: It asks if I want the whole thing or one sequence. If I choose the whole thing, it hangs. If I choose one sequence, I get the error "An Adobe Dynamic Link error has occured."
If I go into After Effects and import it: I get the error message "After Effects Error: Adobe Premiere Pro Dynamic Link Server is busy. Dynamic link is only supported in one direction pr session. (86 :: 1)"
If I dynamic link import in AE: I get the message "An Adobe Dynamic Link error has occured."

I've found every article on this and similar things and nothing has helped.
If you have found everything, and tried everything, and nothing helps, then there is nothing that can be done. The Project is hosed.
Now, if we know what you have tried, and what has failed, maybe someone can help, but then you have tried everything, and are batting 0.00, so not much can be offered, except sympathy.
