"Hanging" worklist in AR31

Hello gurus,
I've created substitution and worklist for mass asset change. I released the worklist several hours ago in AR31. But when I refresh its status, it's still "In process" and nothing more happens. No background process is runnig in SM50, no SQL activity in system trace is visible, no changes are being made to any assets in the worklist.
When I test the same substitution and worklist for only one asset, it works OK.
Please, what can be wrong with the worklist?

Can you kindly check the customizing for workflow. You find the
customizing of the workflow in transaction SWU3.

Please execute the "Automatic customizing" in SWU3.
Please check in transaction OAWF if the responsible users are
assigned to the workflow tasks
Assign agents to the following tasks:
-Correct worklist
                   -Release worklist
In addition check if the users are assigned to the workflow-tasks in
the basis-component (transaction PFTC).
             Task type: TS   - Standard task
             Task     : corresponding task (e.g.8011 - release worklist)
Under additional data > agent assigment

When I try to release a worklist for mass retirement wo revenue I get the following message: 5W-No administrator found for the task. This message seems to be caused by workflow however we don't have workflow activated in our system. Do you know what is causing this problem? thx

AR31 not posting Retirements

Hi All,
I've created a worklist of the assets to be retired without revenue from AR01. I've released the worklist from AR31.
The worklist is getting released and completed but the assets are not retired and their values are not being made zero.
There are no errors in the worklist screen (AR31) but no postings are made. Any pointers in this regard will be of immense help.

Dear all,
i am doing asset mass changes i am not able to release my work list (AR31) it"s giving message like
No administrator found for the task Message no. 5W141
plz can any one help me following steps i followed
1.substitution for assets mass changes to substitute Dep Key
condition is asset class = 15000 and Dep area = 01
substitute with Dep key S200
for 15000 asset class actually dep key S475
2.i created work list for asset class 15000 and dep area 01
then attached my substitution
3. in AR31 here all assets status is Ready when i release work list it"s giving message same
i tried in DEV and QTY no solution
this is high priority in my project

Mass change of Asset Master data

Hi!
Is there any transaction code for mass change of asset master data. I need to change Depreciaiton start date for all assets?

Use OA02 - Mass change, create a substitution. Add in all prerequisites and save it.
Go to AR01, execute it for the list of assets to be changed and create a worklist for the same.
Execute the worklist in AR31 and refresh it till all changes are completed.

Delete Worklist created in Fixed Assets thru AR31

In Fixed Assets, i created and released an worklist using t-code AR01 and AR31 for Cost Center mass change few days back. I cant manually change any cost center in asset master record for those assets already in worklist and it still shows its status as "In Process"! My substitution rule is correct but somehow its not processing further. If you can create and edit worklist, you should be able to delete it as well.
Can you delete the worklist if its in process mode? Do i need to have authorization for it?
Plz help.

First delete the substitution you have created for the work list, also check if you have authorization to delete substitution

Release a worklist thru t-code AR31

Hi
When I am trying to release a worklist thru t-code AR31. I am getting "No Administrator found for the task" message.
I follow below mentioned procedure.
1. AR01 -> Give your company code -> and the asset numbers
Now press F8 to execute the same.
2. At this point -> Go to the worklist(Top Right Side of the screen WL) -> create -> Enter in the mandatory tab and select the retirement without revenue -> Enter
3. Enter dates / transaction type -> now you will get a work queue number
4. Go to AR31 and execute the work queue -> Then click the Release button
Pls. suggest me how to resolve this problem.

can anyone explain what this error is about?
For your information, I have created a worklist with substitution, to update the depreciation keys in asset master.
However, when I do transaction AR31, I got the following message in my inbox:

Releasing Mass Change Worklist-Error Message No Administrator for this task

Using transaction AR01 we create a Worklist and assign it to the Substitution Rule. When we use Transaction AR31 and try to Release the Worklist so that the actual Mass Change can take place, we get the following error message. "No Administrator for this task". We've tried a user id with SAPALL and still get this error message.
Does anyone know what this means and how we can get around this message?

We have this working in our Test system without having to set up any workflow tasks for Fixed Assets. I'm wondering if this has to do with the Productive client settings. We had to make some changes so that we could use transaction OA02 in a Productive client.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Problem in using Oracle BPEL 10.1.2 (beta3) Worklist API

Worklist Service Authenticate User Error.
An error occured in the Worklist Service while authenticating user jcooper with the identity service.
Check the error stack and fix the cause of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.

It works fine after I port it to a web service. But, there's another problem when I try to call "getWorklistTasks" after "authenticateUser" and the codes are as follows:

Worklist for Mass Retirement of Assets

Hello,
My company is in the design development phase of implementing SAP, and I am trying to do a mass retirement of assets by a worklist in our Sandbox.
I have been able to generate the Worklist, but when I go in to transaction AR31 to release the worklist I receive a message that says "No Administrator Found for the Task"
Can anyone tell me what this means, and how I can fix it??

For mass retirements, there are the standard workflow scenarios: Retirement with revenue and Retirement without revenue (scrapping). When you create a worklist, you have to make entries needed for posting the mass retirement (such as the posting date).
You are still required to assign the standard tasks listed below to the Asset Accounting organizational unit that you defined, or to a position/job belonging to it, or to an SAP user:
· Correct worklist
· Release worklist

AR31 - No administrator found for the task. Msg No 5W141

When I retire an Aset thru AR31 and release I get an Error msg. No administrator found for the task. Msg No 5W141. I did search in this but it is for goods movement. But I face this while retiring an Asset. Is there any one who can giude me to resolve this issue. This is the first retirement after implimentation.

error 5W141 indicates that the configuration for workflow is not in place fully.
1. SWU3 => Automatic customizing
You find the customizing of the workflow under Basis -> Business
Management -> SAP Business Workflow. There you can check the minimum
customizing for workflow:

                    Correct worklist
                    Release worklist
                    Correct and release worklist
3, In addition check if the users are assigned to the workflow-tasks      in the basis-component (transaction

       Task     : corresponding task (e.g.8010 - correct worklist
The relevant logic is: if the system finds that the agent or user is defined, it will go straight to T-code SO01. And the user can edit the work list there.

Asset - worklist processing status not getting changed

Hi,
I created a worklist through Tcode- 'AR01' for processing mass
retirement of assets.
I executed the worklist through Tcode- 'AR31', and released the
worklist.
The status is in 'In process' is not changing even when I keep on refreshing it.
The system speed is normal.

The session is not getting displayed in 'SM12' for the basis person to break the session.
Also the worklist status shows 'IN PROCESS'
How should I delete a worklist?
