HAP-S1 is a fine product hardware wise but the upload software is the worst!

Question

I am unable to upload files without drop off and having to delete HAP asnd reloading to restart upload.  Why?  I have even tried leaving the USB devise plugged into the PC but it will always stop or loss contact.  Please improve this software.  I like the concept and the hardware but........... Rating is a 0 for the software, 10 for the hardware.  Someone please assist me.

Music files can't be transferred to the HDD Audio Player due to the following:
1. The hard disk drive of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER may be full. Delete any unnecessary music files or add a new external hard disk drive to ensure there is sufficient free space for new files.
2. The network connection may be malfunctioning. The network connection may be interrupted for some reason if a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) connection is used. Check the network connection, select the destination HDD AUDIO PLAYER in the Connection window, and then transfer the music files again.
3. The audio format of the music files may not be supported by the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. Check the supported audio formats in the Contents Settings window.
4. You may not be able to transfer files from HAP Music Transfer if your router is set to low power consumption mode. In this case, disable the low power consumption mode of your router. For details, refer to the operating manual of your router.
5. Make sure not to transfer music files from your smartphone or tablet and HAP Music Transfer at the same time.
Also, try to update the software of the player by doing the following:
1. Select [Settings] - [Network Update] in the Home screen.
If a newer version of the software is found, a software update notification screen appears.
2. Confirm the current version of the software and the new version of the software, and then select [OK]. The HDD AUDIO PLAYER connects to the network and starts downloading the new version of the software. Installation will start automatically after downloading is complete.
You can confirm the progress status on the screen. After the software update is complete, the HDD AUDIO PLAYER restarts automatically
After updating the software and the issue perists, we suggest that you reset the Audio Player to factory settings by doing the following:
1. Select [Settings] - [System Settings] in the Home screen.
2. Select [Factory Reset].
3. Select [Yes].
NOTE: The Factory Reset waiting screen appears.
4. When the Factory Reset complete screen appears, select [OK].
NOTE: When the Factory Reset is complete, the HDD AUDIO PLAYER restarts automatically.
