Hard-of-hearings needs chat support

I reside in Guam and I was gonna order a Macbook Pro but there's was a technical
error on the Shipping ad's state box after clicking
"copy billing ad to shipping ad" both state's box are filled GU
but still on the shipping ad it appears RED. my other problem is that i was
going to contact apple but due to my hearing impairment i cannot understand people
on the phone plus there's no messaging/chat support in this online store to tell a customer representative about this error.

I think the point Klaus was making was to have a friend call for you regarding this error specifically, just to get the particular problem handled.
I agree, though, that the Apple Store needs a method by which someone who cannot use a normal telephone, for whatever reason, can reach them. You might suggest it to Apple via their website feedback form:

    i have some some main problems with this phone . the browser is not good . i want opera or uc browser in store . i not able to copy or paste any text msgs ,this is a problem. i have seen that when i try to update my phone , it showing error . i seen something is there that is too gud in this phone . i requisted firefox to increase its problem solving and make good and user friendly os like android . there are many things which i like very much on this phone but , on the same side there are lots of backlogs are there .

    2)keyboard is very hard to type because its width is low ,so i cant able to type gud . atleast chage it in u r next update.
    3)the browser is not good . giving many problem in downloading and looses its data after i close it . its forfotting my data like passwords every time.
    4) file manager is too slow .( taking much time for loading ).

  • Parsing Eroor when opening chat support

    I am trying to figure out what is wrong with a chat support link on a website that I frequent, but I am not an XML guru, and need some advise please....
    When you click on the link, a window used to ope that prompted a chat session, but now it gives me the following, confusing error:

    I seem to have found a possible fix or work around or something. Your post saying about auto updater made me think of the option in
    Tools > Options > Advanced > Automatic Updates
    If you turn off automatic updates, mine has seemed to stop crashing after restarting Skype.

    EDIT: Nope, this works, but only for a little bit at a time, but where I use Skype for video calls, it's no good.
    Please fix this ASAP Skype!

  • Terrible Customer support, I upgraded my account they took the money and nothing works.  I have done chat support and was told they were levating to the next level of support and have heard nothing.  I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour.

    I upgraded my account yesterday. They charged my card and nothing works,  I was on with online chat support for a hour last night. I was told they were levating my support to the next level.  Never heard back from anyone  I have been on hold for over an hour on phone support. 
    This is really awefull way to treat your customers.

    Yes, there is Skype Customer Service and yes, the instant message chat facility does work.  That said, Skype is aware of continuing website issues. Temporarily enabling scripts, pop-up dialog boxes, and disabling plug-ins which could prohibit pop-ups may help get past website problems.
    If you still experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented.  It may take several attempts, however people are getting through.
    Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
    Last and not least, when you reach the last step of the process, remember to click on the "Start Chat" link when you are provided the choice of visiting the Community or starting an instant message chat with a customer service agent.

  • Acrobat 9 Deactivate button greyed out, waiting didn't work, contacting Adobe chat support didn't work

    I recently swapped a computer out. I need to move over the Acrobat install from the old computer to the new. I went to activate on the new computer and it said that the software had already been activated twice and would need to be deactivated on the old computer. I booted up the old computer and the Deactivate button was greyed out.
    I read that waiting for a while will sometimes correct this but it did not after opening a document and waiting 30 minutes, still greyed out. Uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat on old computer, still greyed out.
    I also tried contacting Adobe chat support and they pointed me here.

    Unable to download Itunes to my PC. I have the new IPAD AIR and need 11.1. ?? Do I need to download a flash player maybe? Error message states "need Apple support program"

    Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
    Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

    Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

    Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
    Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
    Does it install properly for you?
    If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

  • I NEED DLT support, can I install only Encore 5.5 along side CS6??

    I need DLT support (dropped from CS6 thru some brain-fart by Adobe), can I install only Encore 5.5 and not the rest of the Creative Suite without interfering with CS6? I need to master dual-layer DVDs to DLT tapes and CS6 does not support DLT anymore. For single layer DVDs I can create them in CS6 and master the ISO out to tape on another computer running Encore CS2, but that method doesn't support dual-layer ISOs, they have to be mastered to DLT directly from Encore.
    I do not use dynamic link and am fine with using CS6 to get the video ready for conversion to MPEG and AC3. I just don't want to mess up CS6 and don't want a lot of crap I won't be using (the rest of CS5.5) laying around on my hard disk waiting to foul me up in some way in the future.
    Anyone done this, heard of it being done, etc?
    If I need to I'll revert entirely back to CS5.5, but I REALLY like CS6 except for the one disaster where DLT mastering support was dropped out (a move which may truly be a deal breaker on CS6 for me).

    No problem installing CS6 over CS5 and/or CS5.5.
    I did not find anything in the PR forum right off to give us an example of CS5.5 over CS6.  CS4 over CS5 was a problem, and I developed the general belief that one should not install a lower version after a higher. It is not always a problem, but I don't trust it.
    I have CS5, CS5.5, and CS6 installed together with no problems. But I installed in that order.
    If I were you, I'd consider biting the bullet, uninstalling CS6 (with all the cleaning etc), and then install CS5.5 and then CS6.
    Alternatively, do a fresh install of your whole system.
    If either of those two reinstalls, you could install CS5.5 over CS6, and let us know how you fare!

    I was "led" to believe LIVE CHAT SUPPORT would be available to me (so I could close my old account after I failed.  I opened this PREMIUM account thinking that should do it.  Now I'm led in circles back to my own questions (MUCH like Medicare parts B and D providers...or ebay)!

  • Why is chat support grayed out?

    The chat suppot buttons are grayed out, There is a notice that "We will return at 6 AM." I have tried this several times after 6 AM and the situation remains the same. I need quick onine support becaus I am unable to make calls. Hw can I access chat support?

    I have had the same problem with 'grayed out chat lines' for several days.
    I am in remote area of Baja Sur Mexico, with phone suspended, but I am continuing to get billed via my auto pay account at my bank.  I can't call 800 numbers from my Mexican phone.  What are my options?  I can pay several months in advance (had suspended for three months, but just activated today to be able to re-suspend for additional time), but don't want the hassle of trying to get a refund when I return . . .
    I can't figure out why I am getting billed at all, plus my account shows much higher billing for both accounts than what I should be paying . . . absurd!!!
