Hardcoding/superimposing the date/time-of-day on to video file?

Hello,
I've been working with a Panasonic AVHCD HDC-TM900 camera for a while and I need the date/time to display on my video files when I edit them in the source monitor and to display in the final product. There is no way to do this on the camera itself (according to Panasonic tech support), however I have found that VLC/Media Player Classic are able to display the information during playback. I think that it's using the subtitle track to pull the information out of the file, as it appears when I enable subtitles in VLC so I know the info is there.. Is there a tool in Premiere which would allow me to incorporate this information on to my project without having to spit out another file? Worst case scenario, I would also be open to a solution using Media Encoder as I use it for footage from other cameras but would like to avoid that if possible..

I'm not sure if this works for AVCHD, but I know it does for DV: DVdate x64 for Adobe Premiere CS5

How do I get it to show the date & time at all times. I don't want to have to click on the day & time to get the date. In the OS 10.4 I could at least get it in the "analog" format. Under leopard it just show a little clock that can't be read.

Sounds like we have a similar problem. Four days ago I was playing music through a wireless Bose speaker via bluetooth and everything was fine. Then I was texting while listening and got 2 texts about the same time as I was typing one and my phone went black. I pushed the home button and it worked, went into my texts and all were there. However ever since then the time isn't right, so it can't keep time no matter what I do. The bluetooth works only at times, the wifi keeps jumping on and off, sometimes my data won't work and the other day I couldn't even turn it off, so had to wait until it died. The battery life display at that moment wasn't correct either. Took to Verizon, they couldn't help. Suggested a factory reset, which I did last night and still the same issues! One day I couldn't even text my husband on his iPhone. Just wouldn't work at all. Did everything suggest and still not good. Seems like after stalking these pages today a lot of people are having this problem in Dec/Jan and of course also I'm 3 weeks out of my 1 year warranty and so were many others, by days. Very strange, and all on the 5C. What did you do? Is it working now?

Can't change the month in the Date & Time preference pane

I can't change the month in the Date & Time preferences pane. I deselected "Set Date and Time Automatically" but that didn's solve the problem. I would like to trash the preference (plist) for Date and Time but I can't seem to find it. What is it called?

In the International Formats, the date format is as I have it set, (YYYY.MM.DD) But the MM is neither blue, nor accessible for change. The year can be changed (YYYY or YY), along with several options for the day, but I can't change the month to a different format unless I change the calendar from Gregorian, or if I change from the short date to med, long or full. Although, even then, iCal and Date and Time only show the month as 1, regardless of what it should be, and without any capacity for changing it.

Reminders are not keeping the date/time I set and are not reminding me.

When I create a reminder, I schedule the date/time to be reminded. Once I close the Reminders, the date/time are removed from the items in the list. This just started a few days ago. I haven't done an update; my phone is up to date.

Body text in all of the Page Layout templates is filler text, in Latin. It's there to show the user (that would be you) what a mass of text will look like on the page, without the distraction of having the words actually mean something in the language of the user.
That filler text is also "Placeholder" text. Click anywhere in the box holding that text and ALL of the text in that box will be selected. Type a single character, and ALL of the placeholder text will disappear, replaced by the character you typed.
(Some) Headline text in the same templates is in English (possibly in other languages in other localizations), which may or may not be a good idea. A headline reading "Vikings new Champs!!" could blind the user to several posible uses for that template. A headline reading "Lorem Ipsum" leaves those possibilities open.

How to get the date of first day of a week for a given date

Hi gurus
can any one say me how to get the date of first day(date of Sunday) of a week for a given date in a BW transformations. For example for 02/23/2012 in source i need to get 02/19/2012(Sunday`s date) date in the result. I can get that start date of a week using BWSO_DATE_GET_FIRST_WEEKDAY function module. But this function module retrieves me the start date as weeks monday(02/20/2012) date. But i need sundays(02/19/2012) date as the start date. So it would be really great if anyone sends me the solution.

Hi,
The simplest way would be to subtract 1 from the date date which you are already getting in transformation routine, but instead of doing that subtraction manually which might need bit of errort, you can simply use another FM to subtract 1 from given date.

Macbook slows down at the same time every day.

I know this makes me sound crazy, but my Macbook (running Mac OS X) starts to get inexplicably sluggish at the same time every day – roughly between 4:30 and 5 p.m. Applications start temporarily freezing up and I get that beachball-looking thing, and I have to force quit applications because they won't quit normally. I have McAffee virus protection through my school and a full scan reveals nothing. I also have the latest security updates.
The applications I run on a given day are pretty typical: Chrome, Acrobat, Dropbox, Twitter desktop and Word. I never download any unauthorized software or shady files. No idea what it could be, but it is not just in my head. Any educated guesses?

Is the McAffee anti virus set to scan automaticaly around 4:30 -5:00?
.....you might want to open Activity Monitor and check what apps are running and check their CPU usage.......sounds like something is running in the background.....

I've looked and looked to find an option and I can't seem to locate one. Does anyone know how to put the date/time stamp back...? It does appear in, but not consistently.

How can you specify a different Date/Time stamp format ( eg MM/DD/YY vs YYYYMMDD vs MMDDYY, etc. ) without changing the Date/Time stamp for the entire SAP system? Also, can you control where the Date/Time stamp appears in the filename?

Store the date to be converted into a variable viz. dateVar. Now, process an expression in assign as: xp20:format-dateTime($dateVar,'[Y0001]-[M01]-[D01] [h]:[m01]:[s01]').

How can I get the Date & Time to appear on my final project in iMovie11?

I am using iMovie 11 and have imported video from a Canon Vixia-HF21 camera. The EXIF data is imported along with the video but when I produce the final product, the date and time do not appear. How can I get the Date & Time data to appear on the final product?

There is a date and time Title you can use. If I recall correctly, it displays date plus hours and minutes, but not seconds.

Why can't I sync my facebook invitations to my iCal? My Mac Mail won't detect the date/time on the email anymore.

I have been trying to sync my facebook invitations to my iCal and no longer able to do this through my Mac Mail. When I would receive a facebook invitaiton through my comcast email, I used to be able to hover my mouse over the date/time of the invitation and then I could easily "Add to iCal" or "See Date in iCal", but am no longer able to do so. I can still add other invitations, just not the facebook invitations. Any ideas?

You can get your photos off your phone. If they are all in Camera Roll just import them to your new computer (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083). If some of them were synced to your iphone from your computer (i.e., in photo library) just use an app like PhotoSync and send them to your new computer wirelessly. Your only issue will be non-purchased music on your phone which is not in your new iTunes library, which will require 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer from your phone to iTunes (or you will have to rip you CDs again to import them).

This is the first time it's ever happened. I downloaded the new operating system for Firefox but I can't install it until the Firefox currently running on my laptop quits, which it won't.

After Add Instance occurs the date/time field data is removed.

I have multiple dropdown options that adds or deletes a row from a table. Trouble is after I have placed a date or time in fields elsewhere on the form, that data is deleted after I make a selection on the dropdown. The dropdown has the options of In, Out, N/A, or N/O and when Out is selected the AddInstance is invoked adding a row to the table and when any of the others are selected the RemoveInstance removes the row. This part works fine but the values in the date and time fields are removed as a result of the selection. I have multiple dropdowns, and the code below will keep my data in the fields on the first selection but on subsequent selections the data for the data/time fileds are removed. Any recommendataions on what is going on and how I can stop this?
