Be aware of these known issues (as of 3/23) in this release:
Windows SDK
After you install the Windows SDK, Windows 10 apps might not build successfully with
Visual Studio 2015 Community Technology Preview (CTP) 6 due to a of a metadata problem. Although you should not install the Windows SDK if you are doing app development, you can use the following workaround to build an app
successfully:
Exit Visual Studio.
Open a command prompt as administrator.
Run the \Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\x86\GenerateUnionWinMD.cmd script.
Windows ADK
When installing to Windows 7 PCs, run ADKSetup.exe in administrator mode.
WDK
Currently, WDM templates do not build
Driver deployment to target PCs won’t work if the
Display name used in the Device Configuration dialog is different than the
Network host name. In this release, verify that these names are the same.
Target creation of mobile devices causes Visual Studio to become non-responsive.Hello ,

Windows Hardware Lab Kit (HLK) Technical Preview -
With the current release of Windows 10 Insider Preview, you cannot enable developer mode using the System Setting Developer Mode control. This feature will be enabled in a future release of Windows 10.
Editing for clarification:
If you try to Developer unlock your Windows 10 system by going to (Search) Settings --> Update & Recovery --> For Developers, you will notice that the "Settings" window closes. You cannot set these Settings through the UI in the current
Build due to the known issue.

The Tools for Universal Windows Apps requires Visual Studio 2015 RC. If you have an earlier build installed, for example, Visual Studio 2015 CTP6, you must first uninstall Visual Studio 2015 and the Tools for Windows.
To uninstall earlier versions of Visual Studio 2015 and the tools for Universal Windows app development,
Go to Control Panel, and select Programs & Features.
Select Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and click Change.
Click Remove, and then Yes.
Next, select Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Tools for Windows 10, and click
Change.
Click Remove, and then Yes. -
When you install Visual Studio 2015 when not connected to the internet, for example from an ISO, you may receive warnings after setup completes for Tools for Windows 10 Universal Apps, Windows 10 SDK, and Emulators for Windows Mobile. These warnings include:
This product did not download successfully: The server did not return the file size.
This product did not download successfully: Signature verification failed on downloaded file.
This product did not download successfully: HTTP Status 502: The server….To fix this issue, your computer must be connected to the internet to download these components.
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
Open Control Panel, and select Programs and Features.
Select Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 RC, click Change, and then click
Modify.
Select the feature “Universal Windows App Development Tools”, and click
Update. -
If you install Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows 10 on a machine with Visual Studio 2015 Community, Professional, or Enterprise, these editions will not work as expected.
To resolve this, uninstall Visual Studio Express 2015 for Windows 10. Then, repair Visual Studio Community, Professional, or Enterprise.

At this time, the .NET Native compiler used by C#/VB UWP apps has limitations around generic methods that are exceeded by typical F# code. As a result F# is not supported in any way by .NET Native.

With this version of the Windows 10 SDK, applications built using XAudio2 will
require XAudio2_9.dll to be on the system, and it is not available for Windows
8.x.Workaround: Deploy apps using the Windows.Networking.NetworkOperators and Windows.Devices.Sms APIs to a real Windows Phone device that is using an OEM developer account.

Xilinx has announced the public access release of the SDSoC development environment for Zynq SoCs and MPSoCs. The SDSoC development environment provides a familiar embedded C/C++ application development experience including an easy to use Eclipse IDE and a comprehensive design environment for heterogeneous processing designs based on the Zynq SoC and MPSoC device families.
Sorry about the delay in responding. There isn't a document that spells out the bug fixes right now.
Briefly, the main fixes in 2.0.1 are around:
-Errors related to workspaces having spaces in the path
-Can't stop a server when there's a space in the domain path
-Difficult to create a server against a domain other than the default
-EPL syntax highlighting didn't work in some valid config files.
And a handful of smaller UI oriented fixes. -
Silverlight speech APIs fail when running the Silverlight app on a Windows 10 phone.
There is no workaround for this issue. You should continue to develop your Silverlight application on older versions of Windows Phone.

If you install Visual Studio 2015 with the Windows 10 Mobile emulators in a virtual machine, setup will succeed but the emulators will not be available as valid debug targets.
The Windows Emulators require a physical machine that runs Windows 8.1 (x64) Professional edition or higher, and a processor that supports Client Hyper-V and Second Level Address Translation (SLAT). The emulators will not run when Visual Studio is installed
in a Virtual Machine (VM).
The emulators for Universal Windows app development work best with Windows 10. -
The Windows.Application.VoiceCommandnamespace is missing for JavaScript applications on the phone. Attempts to access properties such as VoiceCommandDefinitionManagerwill return a null or undefined result. As such it is not possible to register voice commands
or call voice command APIs.There is no workaround for phone. However, you can retarget your application for the local machine (desktop) and call the APIs from that environment.
