Hardware functional​, but CAN messages not received by PC

I recently moved a desktop CAN card from my office to a computer in the lab to replace a slow laptop. The laptop has a PCMCIA CAN card and communicates properly over the CAN bus. I installed LabWindows v6.0, then installed NI-CAN v2.2, shut down the desktop, installed the PCI card, booted up, the auto-hardware install ran. Using MAX, I did a self-test, which passed, but when I boot up the tool on the other end of the CAN bus, the bus spy on MAX does not register any CAN messages. The card previously worked on my office desktop and the tool communicates properly with the laptop. I tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling using a different PCI slot in the desktop but it is still non-functional. I also checked the connection cable but it is working properly. I am installing the latest NI-CAN update v2.3, which is the newest version compatible with my v6.0 of CVI, but doubt this will solve the problem as I was running the old version of NI-CAN on the laptop and it functioned correctly. I am all out of ideas...

Could that be a problem with the baud rate? The Channel API and the tools in MAX (e.g. the BusMonitor/bus spy) use the default baud rate that is set in MAX (right-click on the CAN port » Properties). When NI-CAN gets installed (and there is no existing version of NI-CAN found on the system), the default baud rate is set to 125 kbaud, however, you might have changed that on your office desktop to a different value.
This does not apply, if you use the Frame API as you have to explicitly set the baud rate when calling ncConfig.

    I recenly changed device from BB Curve 8530 to BB Bold 9900 and ever since then can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows only as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving them either. Tried sending PIN messages  but  I got a red x next to the message and the status says: "Service Blocked" .
    When my phone got lost, I was lucky that I just synchronized my device to my BB Desktop. Not only was I able to retrieve my contacts (phonebooks and BBM) but also ALL txt msgs and even call logs
    Anway, that happening, I assumed I don't need to re-send all my BBM friends invites since some were able to communicate with me. But for those who have deleted my profile (knowing it got lost) and were still on my contact were the ones affected. I tried deleting them and sent an invite only to find out that: I can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving any. (they also have the same pending for authorization notice on their end) 
    When I tried to send them a PIN message I get a red x next to the message nd get the service blocked message.
    Help I do not know what else to do.
    ** FYI: new contacts added with my new PIN have no prob sending invites and me accepting them all.

    This issue is most likely Caused by the BlackBerry not being provisioned for BlackBerry Data Services.

    Depends on the type of Message.
    SMS messages will send and receive with data off.  and while you can guarantee you send using SMS you cannot guarantee that whoever replies to you does also. They may be replying thorugh iMessage if they are using iPhones.
    However Android should be sending through SMS.
    You can turn off iMessage if you want to, though people with limtied SMS text messaging in their plans may not appreciate it, and stop messaging you.

    First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

    If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    The disc plainly state:
    To  use the AHT, hold down the D key as the computer starts up.
    Works here. However, there was an issue with installing Lion that screwed this process up.
    Mount disc 2, run this command in the Terminal app, OPTION-click & hold Finder's Dock icon, and select RELAUNCH:
    defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1
    That unhides all hidden files/folders.
    Now, drill down to /"Applications Install\ Disc"/System/Library/CoreServices/ and drag the .diagnostics folder into your Lion boot volume's /System/Library/CoreServices/ folder. That might require you to authenticate to copy the folder into the CoreServices subfolder.
    Run this command to hide the normally hidden files/folders and RELAUNCH the Finder again.
    defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0
    This should allow the machine to boot into AHT when restarting and holding down the D key.
    If that doesn't do the trick, run this command in the Terminal app:
    sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/CoreServices/.diagnostics
    At the Password: prompt, carefully type in your admin password, since nothing shows up on the screen, and hit the return key. Then, try another restart, holding down the D key.

    Seventy one is correct, you need to take this up with the manager of the store.
    Ultimately, if the guy who handled the return at the store didn't enter it into the system correctly, or if the paperwork was somehow lost, or anything else along those lines, your refund receipt is the only thing you have proving that they owe you money. If you have lost that receipt, it's quite possible that you will have lost the money that it represents.
    Go to the store. Talk to the manager. Try to recall which person at the store handled the return, and see if they remember you. Be polite but insistent, and remember that without the receipt, you are depending on those people to help you out.

    Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

    Even if he did hear the sound, there is no guarantee that the other end will receive it.  There have been times in the past when my wife has sent me text messages that I never received.  Heck,  before we were married, I sent her a letter via US Snail that she never received.  There is no guarantee of delivery for text messages or email, although email does tend to be more consistent that text messages (and cheaper too).

    Exactly 45 seconds later the following is output and I can no longer access a JDBC connection from my pool:

    this is the explanation why this occours:
    If there is a t3 Client connects to the server, every ( weblogic.system.configTimeoutCheckVal
    ) time, ConfigTimeoutChecker will run to check the t3 client is disconnected or
    not. The problem is, if the client has already disconnected, the ConfigTimeoutChecker
    still runs every time to check the disconnected t3Client again and again.
    This should be solved with SP11.
