Hardware Scan after installing client

Question

Hey all, i have a question about hardware scan after installing client. I have couple collections where are deployed different things (policies, apps etc.). These collections are based on queries that check for specific Installed Software on computer.
If software is in add remove programs (for example let it be Java) then computer should belong to that specific collection. Now the question is when i install client on that computer sccm doesnt have list of installed softwere until hardware scan so how do
I force hardware scan just after install so when client gets into sccm database it already know to which collection it belongs???

Hi,
I have a collection of all machines built within the last 24 hours.
select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where DateDiff(dd,SMS_R_System.CreationDate, GetDate()) <1
I have these do a policy update every 10 minutes and a hardware scan every hour.
A site I looked at recently complained that the SCEP agent didn't go out quick enough so the above came in handy.
Once the machine built time is greater than 1 day the machine automatically moves out of the collection and receives a hardware scan every 24 hours and a policy update every 60 minutes.
