Hardwaretest Error code 0xb6c40a98 - 4MEM/9/40000000     What is this mean?

Who knows abput this error???

No, but you should replace the bad memory module or replace both. You can try removing one module and then re-test. If the error still appears then replace the module you removed and remove the other one. Retest. If the error no longer appears then you have the bad module and need to replace it.
Alternatively, take it in to an Apple service center and have them determine what needs to be done.
