Harmony has screwed up my Yoga 3 and I can't uninstall it

I have a new Yoga 3 and suddenly Harmony is not working.  When I start up I get a window in Asian characters.  If I try to open Harmony it hangs on a white screen and I have to force quit the program.  If I try to uninstall the program it tells me it's still running and can't uninstall until I quit its processes.  I believe I'm quitting all of it's processes and it still says there are processes running.  I've tried reinstalling (reinstall, repair and uninstall) right from the Lenovo site and get the same message about it still running.  I've set it not to run on startup but it still seems to.  When I start the computer it gives the Lenovo startup but then just a black screen.  I have to do a hard shut off and then turn back on then it goes right to log in screen.  How do I get rid of Harmony and get the computer to run again like it should??

I wonder if your case is caused by .NET during one of the System Update.
To uninstall Harmony users have to kill two Harmony processes ”Lenovo.HarmonyPicks.exe” and “Lenovo.HarmonySetting.exe” in the Processes tab of Task Manager .
