Has anybody ever had their security questions changed and not have the answers?
Has anybody ever had their security questions changed and not have the answers for an ipod touch? I cannnot buy music or access my itunes account now. Thank you for any help or direction. Phone support and apple express was a deadend.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . Or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570 -

If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If the link for the email doesn't appear, as can happen if you didn't set a rescue email address or (apparently) have a .Mac email address, go here:

to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

How can I reset my security questions to be able to access my account and purchases?

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -

I'm assuming you want to know how to deal with this rather than starting a social network...
Restore the phone in iTunes using the computer the phone syncs with. If you use any other computer, you'll be asked for the passcode to restore. In that case, you have to force recovery mode and lose all data on the phone. Search "recovery mode" to find out how. -
How can I change my original security questions? After changing my AppleID and password, I am not given an opportunity to change my security questions, which I cannot remember the answers to, so I cannot purchase any music.

I have recently just bought an iPad but before I purchase anything I need to answer my security questions, I don't remember the answers, I went to forgotten my security questions answers but them email was sent to my old email address
If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
