I have shot tethered in 4.1 and planned to do so in 4.2. Which 5D do you have? The first one? FF but 12Megapixels? My 5D's are a Mk2 and Mk3, but only the 5DMk2 was supported in LR4.1.
Very strange that no one has replied with a setting to check. Please write back here if you found out what happened.

Somehow I lost the ability to scroll up/down on my Asus laptop touchpad. I can scroll up/down with left-click held down using the scroll bar, but not with he mousepad. Allother thigs work okay. My guess is that I hit a combination of keys that turned it off. Re-boot does not restore function
I would assume that this issue would affect all browsers. Check your scrolling properties of the computer by going to the bottom right corner to fine "Synaptics Pointing Device", if you do not see it, press the arrow up to see more icons. If this just occurs on Firefox there may be a setting that we have to change. Please report back to us with results!

My frustrations with firefox continue to mount. All the supposed fixes are a waste of time. There is obviously a major code problem that needs to be addressed. Your solutions that you post just seem to be the same and never work. Users are not programmers and should not be expected to do your troubleshooting. I have been running a comparison lately using four different browsers to play a popular facebook game (Trainstation). (All browsers at the latest version)
1. Firefox
2. Internet Explorer
3. Google Chrome
4. Opera
to do the exact same thing in the game firefox was taking 20 to 30 seconds to complete (about half of the time completely freezing for several minutes.) where the next slowest browser (I.E.) was taking 2-3 seconds whilst opera was the fastest at almost instant, chrome almost as fast.
Firefox is also slow to load any page in general regardless of flash content.
Frequently I get "not responding" at the top of the window.
My system is a new Dell Inspiron with Intel Core I5 processor @ 2ghz and 6GB Ram, about 300GB free hard disk space. Windows 8.1
The game played requires the latest flash version which does not work on LINUX. However the linux firefox version is much faster. Perhaps there is a direct link for conflict with windows 8.1
Firefox also seems to have a memory leak, resources get dramatically worse if the browser is open for many hours. (this is not a problem with other browsers in general, except I.E. which exhibits this problem as well to a lesser degree. The freezing issue has also been a problem with Thunderbird lately as well, I do not have another e-mail client installed to compare to.I have tried that already, I have seen that response in more than one forum in the past and it does not do anything. I also for the test of it, upgraded to the v29 beta version. Still is slow (not just the game i was playing which is on face book but also on the game developers site directly as well (http://portal.pixelfederation.com/trainstation/), using either does not matter as far as performance of the game. All sites and browsing is slower, as is startup loading my home page which is just google.com. I remember when firefox used to be blazing fast compared to others. I have also tried recreating a new profile, didn't help. tried a complete removal (including registry entries and all files, then a new fresh install, didn't help. someone on another forum suggested several tweaks in the about:config area, didn't help. something has changed dramatically in the last four or five versions. When you say you get an error message running the MacOS x installer disc, is it when you boot on the CD or when you insert the disc in your SuperDrive during an open session? Have you tried booting from the CD and running the Apple Hardware Test? From your list of trouble, it looks like a bad RAM, or maybe a corrup hard drive sector, but it could be something else entirely. Next time you boot, try verbose (press Command-V right after the gong), you'll see every step of boot on screen, it'll give some indication as to what makes your MBP hang up. You can also try to run AppleJack in Single-User mode (first install AppleJack ; download from here : http://applejack.sourceforge.net/ ; install as admin is required ; boot in SU by pressing Command-S at the gong): it's done wonders on my machine more than once...
"Oh, one more thing"... Is there anything connected to your MBP via USB/Firewire/Bluetooth? If so, try and unplug/disconnect everything, then boot up, just so we can rule a bad driver out. -
The sheet I am working on has lost the ability for me to scroll to the first few columns. I can't see the columns A & B but if I cut and paste the table to a new sheet, the columns I am missing will travel to the new sheet. I have charts and other stuff related the the original table so I need to figure out why I can only see from column C forward. I tried to "UNHIDE" the columns but the function doesn't seem to recognise that there are columns missing. Has this happened to others and how did you fix it?
I've seen it happen before, or at least it sounds something like what I've seen before. The table somehow gets into the margins of the page and the app doesn't know how to deal with it. Go into Print View and try moving the table away from the left side ofthe page. You might have to change content size or resize the table to get it to correct (then put you can put them back the way you like).

I bought an apple tv for its ability to mirror any of the content on my new ipad 3rd gen. Now after updating my apple tv i seem to have lost the ability to mirror my tablet onto the screen. Can somebody help with this. I have tried to do everything. I made sure both my apple tv and my ipad are connected to the same network. I also made shure my bluetooth was off. I can still airplay with my brothers iphone 4s. ( ios5.1) but i cannot do the same with my tablet.

You must be a newbie, because otherwise you would have fixed it. I don't have that mirroring problem and it must be because you are not looking around and inform yourself thoroughly. It took me also 2 days of grief before I found out how to do it. Not even to mention that the Apple Engineer that I called did not have a solution either and just suggested that I should send my Apple TV back or go to a Apple Store nearby.
I was pretty annoyed about that such a little black box was giving me grief. I have been working in the IT industry for over 30 years and I know quite a bit inside out about many hardware's. But my opinion is that sending out Version 6.0 Aka 5.1 as you rightfully say is not on with me.
This is the same behaviour that Apple now does as Microsoft forever is doing. Not finishing the products and putting it on the market or release it before it is finished and has bugs in it.
Personally this irks me and annoys me. Because I am in that field for many years and have seen what grief it causes. I have noticed that an Administrator has removed another post that I made about other matters concerning iPads and especially with iPad 3 and 4 now and that there are also other people who make inflamatory remarks to people ( Julian Wright for e.g.) about how they have to spend their money for the latest stuff of Apple and come over very aggressive, selfish, if not evil.
For your information, I used to work for Apple, I know Apple inside and how they work and what they used to do ? They were really nice for their employees and customers. But I think that has changed now for whatever reason they have. Very disappointing. It's up to Apple not to listen, I have no control of that, but it will cost them at some point.
Besides that point, I feel that some people are been taken for a ride and when I am expressing that this is not OK I should be rewarded for that instead of being rejected. -
When I upgraded to 10.7.4 I lost the ability to use a lot of my previous software that was intel based. My Adobe suites for example. So for $29 i now have to spend $1000's to get these to work. What has changed with Mountian Lion. I am not rich?
The reason your applications do not work in Lion/Mountain Lion is that they were written for the older PowerPC CPU that all Macs used up to 2006. When Apple made its transition to the Intel CPU, they licensed software that they included in all versions of OS X (from Tiger to Leopard and optionally, Snow Leopard) called Rosetta.
Rosetta miraculously allows PowerPC applications to work on the Intel processor transparently; you do not know it is even present.
The problem is that after 6 years of the transition, Apple's license to use the underlying software expired for OS X Lion and all version thereafter (and it is doubtful that the current owner of the software, IBM, would relicense it, even if Apple were inclined to do so).
So you do not have to accept recriminations from others for previously using Rosetta without even knowing it was present and running!
So for those of use that need to upgrade to Lion/Mountain Lion, I have offered the option to install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels 7:

I have an Ipod Touch version 2.2.1. It recently has lost the ability to shuffle. It plays the same song over over even after I select shuffle. It does this when I am playing from my playlest or albums. The Books work by chapter.

In ML the Dashboard calendar widget has lost the ability to change the day to other days. You can still navigate to different months with the arrow keys, but clicking on any day has no effect. I have not found a keystroke/mouse combination that allows the date to be changed from today's date.
This is a useful function for me, to quickly be able to see what I have scheduled on any day. Now I have to open iCal, which is annoying.You are correct that there is no way to sort jobs in the print queue window in Snow Leopard. This is to be considered expected behavior. In other words, that's the way the software engineers intend it to work in Snow Leopard. You should provide Apple with feedback as to what you want. I usually use FF 3.6 version to download data from my company intranet. With old FF version I can access the intranet easily. But when I upgrade to the FF 4, I lost the ability to customize the variable data I want to collect. It kind of stuck. Usually when I right click I have option what to do. with the new version my option is none. nothing change. It's frustrating. So now, I go back to previous version. You said previous version is vulnerable to phishing or virus or something but still it user friendly for me to access my company data. Please fix that bug and I'll upgrade to the newest version.
I want to add my progress about this problem. I find this problem in IE 9, but it has compatibility view, though not too perfect but quite helpful. Whereas FF 4, from article in support, said it doesn't have one. So, I beg you FF team to accommodate us who still deal with old web design so we still can use this FF 4. Please..please..please. I still believe Firefox is the best browser and I hope FF team also responsive about current problem. I think I don't have any option, but to downgrade FF to 3.6 until someone tell me how to deal with this kind of problem. Thanks.

Itunes seems to have lost the ability to play purchased video
Before posting here, I've searched all over the place for a solution to this problem, I found many people who have very similar issues, some solved them, but their solutions haven't worked for me, others with problems closer to how'd I'd describe mine have yet to find a solution
My problem is, when I try to watch purchased tv shows, the video playback is horribly choppy. Most of the time it's like watching a screenshot with audio. (audio plays fine). I've tried all the suggestions of disabling direct3d etc to no avail. I have a brand new pretty beefy system that should have no problems running the video at all. The oddest thing though, is that early today the video worked fine, which confirms that it's not hardware insufficiency. After downloading 2 shows this evening, I watched them with perfectly smooth playback. After getting a few more tv shows, itunes suddenly lost the ability to playback smoothly, even after closing, opening itunes again, rebooting my computer, none of it helped. The only thing left to try which I will try if nobody has any idea what the problem might be, is to completly uninstall itunes and try reinstalling it again, since earlier the playback was fine.
Has anyone else encountered anything at all like this? Nothing about my system has changed since earlier this evening, I already had the most recent version of itunes when everything was working fine. No display drivers or any of that has changed. It was only a matter of a few minutes between smooth playback and where my itunes perminatly lost the ability to playback video properly.
I appoligize for the long winded message but I wanted to cover all the bases so people don't end up suggesting stuff I've already tried. The only clue that might be related is during download of one of the shows Windows Vista popped up the message that itunes had stop working, and I could try and find a solution or close the application. I just closed itunes and opened it again. Everything seemed fine but it may be (not positive though) that it was immediatly after that that the video nolonger played properly.Post in the iTunes Windows section. This is the iTunes Mac area.

Apparently, there's some kind of bug with SATA disks and Vista and Quicktime/itunes video...and possibly Nvidia is involved as well.
The workaround is sticking the video on a flash drive in order to play it (because that avoids the SATA controller and thus bypasses the issue). It's a crappy workaround, IMO...and I'm not spending another cent on iTunes videos until the issue is actually fixed.
