Has anyone got an e-mail address for EE. The EE site is so not user friendly.I found it once having clicked here there and everywhere but can not find it again.  

Please read below Dear Sir/Madam, EE ACCOUNT 07946733914 PAY AS YOU GO I have been an EE customer since December 2014 having migrated from T-Mobile.Your website is so frustrating. The links work some of the time not all of the time, although when I want to top up it works every time. Where do I find my account number on the site? Why doesn’t it show every time I access my account? When I log in I have to press enter to be able to put in my log in detail which means I get an error message.I usually spend between £20 and £30 per year but have topped up that sum in the last 2 months. Because of that I tried to buy the £1 talk & text pack with 25 minutes and 50 texts. The site accepted all the steps but the pack has not activated.Because of this I tried to access, via my account links, View Top up History. It only shows my last top up on 25/07/2015. That is not acceptable I need to see all my top up history.On several occasions I tried to access, again through the link on my account, View Usage. I eventually got a response which showed I had texted 207 times on 31/07/2015. This inaccurate record showed these messages were to two numbers.As a result of the above just before 10am on Sunday 02/08/2015 I contacted your customer services and spoke to a male who sounded Indian. Again your help line is so frustrating over 3 minutes of select from the following to find none of them covered the help I need so I decided to select I am leaving EE. I pointed out to your representative the problems I was having and he put me on hold while he checked my account. After a minute or so he came back to me and said he would have to transfer me to someone else. Again I was put on hold and after a little while another man came on the phone. He checked with me what my call was about and then put me on hold while he checked my account. He came back on after a while and said he could see there was a problem and counted the texts I had sent since my top up on 25th. I think he said it was 43 or something like that. He then said he would have to speak to his manager about the problem and again I was put on hold After a minute or so he came back and told me his manager was very busy and his manager would phone me back. We agreed a time of 1pm that day Sunday.I am still waiting for that call.I have checked the records on my mobile phone and since I topped up on 25/07/2015 I have sent 29 text messages.So what do I need.EE to buck up and:Give me accurate recordsYour website to work every timeMy account number to show on my accountA link either from my home page or account where I get the phone number and an e-mail address at which I can contact you. Clicking on several links on the web site I did eventually find them once but have not been able to find them again.An explanation as to why your site shows I sent 207 texts on 31/07/2015.How accurate is your system.How often am I being charged for ‘Ghost texts’?Clean up your site so help means help and not just link you to something that does not help.I know I don’t spend much with you and may not be as valued to you as someone who spends a lot of money with you. But if something is worth doing it is worth doing right.     When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.

    icloud on my iphone has still my old e-mail address as its ID, but I have forgotten password and I want to change the ID to my me e-mail address, but when I go to my icloud on my iphone and try to delete, it asks for my password. Can anyone help?

  • IPhone4 when replying or forwarding mail messages i get a message that says Cannot Send Mail address rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying

    When forwarding mail this is what i get

    A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipent _________________(email address) was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.
    Never had this problem before so not sure whats going on. Appreciate any help out there.

    Sounds like there is something wrong with your SMTP server. Try going into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>select the email account in question, go to the Outgoing server (SMTP) and check the settings. It may be you do not have a username and password in one of the areas. The phone may say optional in a couple, but it is usually mandatory. You can also try a reset on the device, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If neither of these work, then you will need to delete the account, then delete the SMTP server, then add the account back, ensuring you use your username and password everywhere, even when it says optional.

    so the problem is that I'm in Greece and someone has put my e-mail address for their Apple ID in Italy...
    What can I do?
    The problem is that I ignored the e-mail thinkink that if I don't click the verification button noting will happen but instead today I received more than 10 e-mails saying the same thing...
    What can I do to prevent these e-mails? and to make the person who is using my e-mail to change it?

    I think you misunderstood me. I don't want an account. I only created one to write here. What I need is for itunes to contact this user and ask him to change his account. I can't believe how it's possible for someone to use my email as his.
    I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but I have this mail adress for 12 years and never had something like this before.

    Anyone have e-mail address for APPLE? This new update is awful. My phone jumps to random screens or apps, is WAY slower, freezes up, when I get to the screen I want it wont let me do anything(tried to make a call but phone was stuck on clear all recent . wouldnt let me hit cancel or delete. I had to text my wife to call me cause it wouldnt let me get off that screen on the phone icon.) It did fix that problem after a hard reboot but I lost all my recent calls! Why cant I delete individual calls like I do with texts?!?!?!? Wheww Feel a litle better now but still hate update.

    An iPhone reset is similar to a computer restart and does not affect any data or settings.
    Restoring an iPhone with iTunes completely erases the iPhone first followed by the firmware being re-installed. After the firmware is re-installed, there are two options. Restoring from a backup which is the default selection, or as a new iPhone or not from a backup. Either way, this must be followed by a sync to re-transfer all iTunes content - music, movies, TV shows, podcasts, and 3rd party apps from your iTunes library on your computer.
    All iTunes content available on your iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer including 3rd party apps. When selecting restore, you are also prompted to update the iPhone's backup.
    Although contacts are included with your iPhone's backup, contacts are designed to be synced with a supported address book application on your computer so no contacts should be lost. Not a good idea to depend on the iPhone's backup or on the iPhone or on any cell phone alone for contact info, which can be lost or stolen. Contact info should be available on your computer.

    In creating a new contact, one has the choice of selecting from one of the addresses entered for the Account the contact is associated with.
    Is there a way to enter a mailing address for just the contact independent of the addresses entered for the account or at least designate one for the mailing address for the contact. When editing the contact, it shows a section to enter home address but not mailing address.

    So my options are:
    Create a new Apple ID, use that and lose all the apps I've purhcased with it (a fairly substantial amount)
    Somehow Migrate these purchases over to a new Apple ID
    Apple let me change the primary ID for the account
    Anyone else ran into this before?
    I've tried accessing the mail through a mail application using the correct server information, and trying both the old 6 character password and the one I had to change it too after they updated the security guidelines - neither work.
    Help would be greatly appreciated as I can see more services down the line not working without the address being verified!

    To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted.  If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You should not need to verify the old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    I have a very annoying and odd problem with our DSL host rejecting our e-mail. Our host, ATT PacBell uses Yahoo to provide their services. They recently required that we register all the e-mail addresses that we are using to send over their servers. However, we are having ongoing issues with our e-mails not being sent out because the server rejects them.
    After many attempts at fixing this with our ISP, we think the problem is that somehow the server is seeing our e-mail addresses with our names capitalized: [email protected] The error message that comes up in Mail shows our address that has been rejected with capitalization. The issue is that Yahoo does not like capitol letters in their e-mail addresses according to the techs.
    Now, in our e-mail preferences and in our Address Book, our e-mail addresses are all lower case letters: [email protected] I'm unable to locate anyplace that I can change the entry to lower case. I can't even ever remember using uppercase letters in my e-mail addresses.
    Any ideas?

    First, I have a hard time believing that Yahoo "does not like capitol letters in their e-mail addresses." I am not saying that you are mistaken and I believe that someone told you that, but upper or lower case letters are interchangeable in the world of Internet messaging. So, I think it is a different problem.
    But, is there a way that you can get around the problem? I mean, from your home over your ATT PacBell DSL connection, can't you use your school's email server? (You used XXX.edu as an example, so I am assuming ...)
    For example, I have a DSL connection with Verizon. I can send things through their email gateway, but I must authenticate with my Verizon account and password. But, I can also list the mail exchanger for avolio.com as my SMTP server (authenticating with my avolio.com credentials), and likewise for gmail.com.
    Can you just send through your university's email gateway and avoid PacBell's silliness?

    Many thanks for the answer - that's what I suspected. Anyway...
    The problem I have now is, that my Apple-ID I used already for some years in order to buy apps is in the "old" format (e.g. duggy832), that means not in the form of an eMail-address. iCloud accept only Apple-IDs in the “new” format meaning in the form like an eMail-address (e.g. [email protected]).
    So it needs to modify the old Apple-ID from duggy832 to [email protected] or to “transfer” – if possible – my shopping from Apple-ID duggy832 to [email protected]
    Which way is possible, which is safe/secure, which is recommended?

    And by using the same Apple ID you can also share purchases.  If you have a different Apple ID for each iPhone then you can't share purchases.

    Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.
    But a Restore as New is the way to go.
