Has anyone experienced having an iPhone where 2 inside screws are missing and it has effected the warranty?
I recently experienced problems with repairs to my iPhone 4s. It was a replacement phone which incurred problems. However when I went in to have my phone fixed at the genius bar I was refused because they said 2 screws were missing inside therefore my warranty was void. My problem is that I believe I was given a faulty refurbished phone. Is there any way of proving this as at the moment it is their word against mine.
There is no way to prove it but if I were you I would call AppleCare and ask either for a manager or to be transferred to Customer Service and CALMLY relate your story.

Anyone having Bluetooth syncing issues w VW Tiquan11... and iPhone4? Essentially the pairing craps out every other time when you connect to the cars bluetooth. Requires rebooting iPhone, power off/on and then connects..
Many people are finding their Iphone 4S drops connection with their VW (Passat etc) integrated bluetooth hands free system after working fine for 5, 10, 20 minutes. The only way to reconnect is to switch the car off or turn the Iphone bluetooth off & back on.
This is a dangerous fault and it appears that both Apple & VW have no solution (or are ignoring as they have already sold you a phone & a car).

When is sunlight, absolutely. Not a problem with the Droid Ultra but rather all phones.
You ever see the commercial about the Nook devices. The have a special screen to reduce glare allowing you to see your screen in sunlight.
As far as I know, companies have not implemented this on anycell phone.
There are after market anti-glare screen protectors
Check Amazon or eBay, they should be relatively inexpensive.

I only have the desktop layout. As I was having such problems with the tablet and phone layouts. However there are banners and footers not reaching the edge of the screen. This is only a problem when accessing the site via a phone or tablet.

I have been noticing that when using the computer the mouse keeps going in places where I really do not want and just now select the sentence without I have done anything. Sometimes goes to places like bookmark or open tabs in website when I am reading a page.
Also I have noticed opened windows that I have not opened.
I have verified the sharing folder and also the remote access but it not let me turn it off.
Also I have add a password to my computer and even using the same one it looks like is not working.

The computer is mine, the internet I use is payed by me with a password. I did not give permission to anyone to use my computer or share my files.
In system preferences in the sharing folder is showing everyone and staff.
My computer is private I do not own a company and I do not have a network set up in my house.
I had my photos removed from my computer and even after trying to reinstall I photo and fix the Mac Mail is not working.
I am receiving emails saying that I have sent emails to people that I do not know and including in a time where I am working and not using the computer.
Any suggestions in how to fix this issue?
I really appreciate.With the multitude of issues you have I would take it to an Apple store or AASP and have them sort it out. Then I would sign up for Apple camp or one on one.

Thank you so much for providing the details about the duplicate song issue you are experiencing. It sounds like you would like to remove the duplicate songs that will not play on your iPhone, but when you connect it to iTunes, iTunes only shows you one copy of the song on your iPhone.
In this situation, I recommend deleting the individual songs that do not play directly from your iPhone. I found the steps to do this on page 61 of the iPhone User Guide (http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf):
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

I have just moved to Spain and out in a Spanish sim into my Irish bought iPhone 4. It says 'invalid sim' and 'no service'. The phone is not locked to any provider. I have been told that its a handset issue. Please advise.
1). Are you positive the phone is not locked? Where did you buy it? Did you get it unlocked from your original carrier? Only Apple sells unlocked phones in most countries.
2). Did you try with a diffrent SIM. MAybe the one you have is defective.
3). Does the Spnaish carrier you are using support the iPhone? Who told you it is a handset issue? -

I bought an iphone from ebay however it is locked and i only have the email address but they wont reply to me. What can i do??
If the seller will not respond, contact Ebay and report the fraud. The device is most likely stolen.

I am from Brazil and I am going to USA in the end of the year. I know it takes 1-2 weeks to ship the iphone 4s, so I will buy it and send it to the hotel address . They will keep my package until I arrive.

ThanksTo buy from the Apple USA online store, you will need a credit card with a USA billing address - you cannot use a foreign credit card with a foreign billing address associated with it. While you can ship to a hotel address in care of your name, you must make sure the Hotel will accept the package for you and secure it for you. You may have other problems with that too. if Apple cannot verify the address or anything about it makes them suspect a forwarding agent,they may refuse to ship to that address.

i have prfiled the mac and printer wiht colormunki and uplodated the profile sucessfully
i set the printer to correct icc profile
print out comes out same with glazed colors and missing tones/colors
however when i use the same printer on windows and with light room, following same icc profile, colormunki calibrated profile, the print our are excellent.
i have also tried using printer manage profile using the Mac and Aperture and get same poor prints

When I use Colormunki, I calibrate both of my monitors and the printer/paper combination. Colormunki saves the generated profiles to the correct places -- I don't load or change any profiles after that as that would mess-up what the Colormunki had just done for me, and this would likely mess-up the prints.
Though I double-check the settings in the print dialogue, the choice for the printer handling things is already grayed-out. Colorsync handles it all just fine. -

Probably because the previous owner had the phone hacked to unlock it, and when you updated it locked back to the original carrier.
Only the carrier that the phone is locked to is authorized to unlock it.
If the previous owner had the carrier unlock it, you wouldn't have any issues. -
So I updated to OS X Maverick(s) and backuped my harddrive and got a new one installed, everything seems okay but some things are missing in my settings like the software update icon. Does anyone know how I can get it back?
Okay so I asked someone from apple and they said that the software update icon is gone but its functions have been merged with the app store icon on the settings menu. Crisis averted haha!

It wasn't the case before the upgrade to v 9.2 (Iphoto 11) yesterday.
The previous solution preferences - advanced - "select a store" (last option) doesn't solve it anymore.
