i hate how i have to write notes in both places.
Either that or they don't care. It's been glaring right in front of us for 16 months and you can't even use the built in Apple apps from the iPhone to work with Apple apps on your desktop. Try writing a note on your iPhone, it won't work, you get to compose an email instead. Huh??

iPad 1 Safari Crashes Constantly and getting worse day by day. Has Apple come up with a solution? Now I am hearing its also happening on the newer models. My company is about to buy a lot of tablets and I will not recommend Apple anything until they fix the problem. I have already tried all the things mentioned above as well as other things such as other browsers etc. Its is obviously a problem with the hardware. I also borrowed a brand new 4th gen iPad and it does the same thing. Even after upgrading it to 6.01. An occasional crash is one thing and can easily be waved off but this is clearly systemic and the problem appears to be related to graphical images and videos. Both iPads are the 64gb versions, the only difference other than model is the iPad 1 has ATT cellular. The new version is clean i.e no other APPs loaded other than what came with it. I have 7 more coming but im seriously considering sending them back in favor of an Android tablet or the MS Surface.

I'm new to Macbook Pro, and never imagined I would have problems saving bookmarks when I switched to Mac. Any suggestions with this issue? I have Safari 6.0.4, and has Apple come up with a permanent fix?

Has Apple come out with patch for iPhone-Bluetooth connection problem?
I have a Mini Cooper with Bluetooth compatibility and it was compatible with my iPhone for a couple of months, but I have found out that it only syncs up with iPhone software versions of 2.0 or 2.0.1. It seems that when I downloaded tunes on my iPhone from iTunes, it automatically "upgraded" my software on my iPhone to 2.0.2, which now makes it imcompatible with my Mini's bluetooth. Has Apple come out with the patch for this problem yet? I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem. If Apple doesn't advertise the patch for this pretty soon, I'll be blogging for help on this throughout the Internet. I have called Apple....they have put me on eternal hold and still have not given me a positive answer on this dilemma. Apparently the "senior" software guys haven't gotten the word on this coming problem for them. Needless to say my frustration is to the point of chucking this attractive nuisance into the river and going back to a less sophisticated form of communication. Anyone have any information on this? You can send feedback to Apple regarding your issue with the Mini - http://apple.com/feedback . You could also contact Mini and see if they are working on a patch for their bluetooth.
I haven't had the fuzzy picture issue except when my hand shakes while taking a picture. There will never be a perfect update where no one has a problem. If you wait for the perfect update, you'll never update any electronic device. -
Is there any way to Sync contacts from Outlook for Mac to iPhone 5? Apple support says that only iTune can only sync contacts from "Contact" which is the default contact of Mac. If one is running Outllok on a Mac machine then it is not possible to sync the contacts with iPhone. It is strange that Apple distributors are promoting and offering machines with promise that Windows users can now run MS Office on Mac machines without any problem. While this is true, it is so strange that one cannot sync the contacts from MacBook Pro to iPhone5. If someone has found a way to sync contacts from Outlook to iPhone 5 please help as it is very frustrating to not be able to sync the contacts. Thanks, Amit.

I just purchased a camera packaged with Adobe photoshop Elements 11. I have a mac book air- which does not have a cd drive. The package did not come with a code or anything that would provide me with another way to install photoshop that came with my camera. Is there any other way i can install this on my camera without using the provided cd or buying the software again?
That doesn't help the user with the serial code though.

Bought my hubby an iphone4 and I registered it and opened an apple account for him. I have an iphone 5 (under my own Apple account). I use icloud to sync calendar and contacts with outlook 2007. How do I add my hubby's phone (account) to icloud so I can sync the same contacts and calendar?
On his phone, sign in Settings>iCloud and enable Mail so that he can have his own email address. Then add your account in Settings>Mail, Contacts & Calendars and enable Contacts and Calendars. They will then appear on his phone alongside any syncing he has set up. This will keep your emails separate, or you can add Mail as well so that you can both access that if you want. You can add his account in the same way on your phone and enable any data types you want to sync.

i have a long-existing iPhone 4s with one apple id and started a job where I received a macbook with another apple id. how do i get my phone to sync with the Mac Pro and secondly how do i get my music on there?
No not bothered about sycing apps etc it is all about calendars and maybe notes. IN terms of how its done I just want it the easiest way and preferably so that if an entry is made on one calendar then it populates the other.
Thgius is beacuse I have my work diary on outlok, which I then link with my ical. I want to make sure that information is then shared with her.

That's not how it should work.
As paulsalter noted, you should add Google calendar to your iCal on the Mac and Calendar app on iPad.
If you sync the iPad calendar with iTunes, it would only get updated when you sync it.
If you sync it with Google calendar, the iPad and the Mac will both get updated when you update one.

After IOS8 upgrade IPhone5s syncs with exchange but IPad2 syncs ONLY Mail and Contacts, NOT Calendar.
Also, my other tablet - Samsung TabS - has same issue - calendar wont sync. My IPhone and my desktop (windows) synch just fine.
Google calendar syncs on all devices. Totally stumped. Ideas anyone?

Check if you have 10 Devices registered.
If you have, you need to delete one of them to add your new Smart Phone to Exchange for synching
Check the "Last Sync Time" to indicate if this device is still active or not. -

On your Mac.......
Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click on the Time Capsule icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click on the Disks tab at the top of the window
Click Erase Disk
On the next window that appears, select the Quick Erase option, then click Erase
The operation will only take a few minutes.
Now you are ready to start new backups of both Macs. Back up one Mac first, then back up the other. Do not try to back up both Macs as the same time.
