Has uploaded but it has not yet launched.

Hello,
I am on Creative Cloud, it seems as though Premier Pro (Pr) has installed But when I try to load it up I get the window saying Pr has stopped working.
I have tryed to update via Creative Cloud (U44M1P7 ERROR), then I tryed an update (as recomended) through the adobe site to no avail.   I have spoken to a Adobe specialist via chat who asked me all the details and I got cut off. 
I have been trying to sort this out for two days so please help.
