Since installing PS CC 2014 I have had serious problems.
Problems one could expect from a 'new' software.
However, having my drives' directories damaged due to Scratch Disks is something I have never seen before.
I had PS use an SSD as Scratch Disk. As this became full, I assigned another scratch disk (This time a RAID0).
As it ran full (200GB of PS Scratch) All the other files on that drive vanished. And photoshop was no longer able to even save the current document
(event though the destination had enough space avail.) See screenshot:(Watch the finder status in the back, the doc to be saved was 200MB and my disk had 3.38 GB avail.
But PS would not let me save due to scratch disks full)
Anyway, back to the serious problem. The RAID0 scratch disk, after I quit PS, was not longer mountable.
Trying to repair it with DU reported:
And trying with terminal This:

** Checking catalog file.
** Rebuilding catalog B-tree.
CreateNewBTree returned -34
Disk full error
So I went ahead and did some research and found Disk Warrior.
It was able to rebuild my catalog and I am up an running again.
But having to spend $99 on a PS bug is not so nice. I have been able to recreate this problem 3 times the past hours.
The problem occurs only when PS is using the RAID as Scratch disk. If I try to fill the drive by writing to it via terminal or Finder,
i just get a Disk is Full. PS on the other hand will blow the catalog and make the disk unmountable...

I noticed since Jan 5, 2015, Photoshop has crashed a lot. I run Adobe Illustrator with it but it doesn't give the same errors. Other applications run fine too, so I'm not sure if it as you mentioned that it is the "system" that is crashing so often.
(You seem to have suggested a video card upgrade. I will work on that next. Thanks)

Displaying graphical representation of data in hash tables as bar chart?
I want to be able to display results in my hash table as a bar chart i don't know how to do it could someone help me I've looked through tutorials couldn't find any information that actually helped.
In my program it doesnt allow matching the capital and small letters
so for instance if I already have Mike it allows for me to input mike in again so there are 2 Mikes.
I also want to do a simple user interface the tutorial for it is not simple to understand could any one tell me how to create a simple user interface like putting a button into a place wher i want it to be.
im not asking anyone to do it for me i just want people to show me how to do it

This used to be a real HTML page and it isn't any more. THis choice was pure isiocy consider how peopel used that page every day (try taking to your users for a change).
The pages listed on that 'post crash page' used to be actual LINKS (you could right click them &
manually open them in another tab - and most peope DID that every day). You could also (and I did this a lot) drag a second
copy of the page, into a new tab (to keep track of all the pages I had not wanted to open)
Now the pages are no longer links. You cannot right-click them.
The thing in the probser is no longer a page that I can drag into a new tab.
Roll the version back and throw this one in the bin...and have a good long talk with your developers about the definition of
'STUPIDITIY'
Then I try to type anything in the addres bar it is suppose to repoond with the history of old things I have types in the past, or
search for what I type (and in some cases I think it tyes to convert it intoa URL). However it no longer does any of these
things. When I type in the ADDRESS BAR ONLY, I do not get all of my letters to appear. I have to type into a notepad or
into the search and to copy and paste to go to a URL. Nothing that is typed into the address bad responds normally at all
anymore, and I am fairly certain there are no new addons on this machine at all. It does not matter which things I disable. It
still does this. W of course points the finger back at a change to FIREFOX. I wich I could just sitct with one stable release
forever but the MOZILLA folk thing it is best to force peopel awy from a working broswer release to a horrible one (due to it
being out of date).
FIREFOX 26.0 has 'issues' (ie new *features*/bugs)
1) History is no longer accurate. My Proof? This machine is the primary one for the entire family (the only PC working). It is
logged in with same user every time and never has its history cleared. It now January 7 so I ought to have a list of all of last
months browing available to me.
However, according to FIREFOX history, in all of December 2013, the entire family only went to 51 primary URL's. None of
the official TV sites I use to get episodes are listed. None of the official movie sites I use are listed. The primary URL for
ebay is not listed. Only 1 out of our 4 weather sites that I use (at least once a week) are listed. Only 1 of our 3 FINANCE
sites is listed. There ought to be several; hundred root URLs listed.
Please fix history as this change seriously "blows greasy chunks"
PROBLEM (a stupid change in the new FIREFOX version)
FOr a long time, after a crash you got a useful page (a real HTML page) which gave you a list of all of your last sessions
'winwos and tabs' that were open when the browser crashed. there were certain ways of using this page that are no longer
able to be done.
The old method was wonderful as it had this behavior :
*** The old method for displaying your 'Recovered Tabs' allowed you to :
a) right click an individual item and open it in a tab without getting rid of that lovely window of your previous session of
'recovered windows and tabs '.
2) drag the URL for the entire window of 'recovered windows and tabs ' to a new tab (to make a second copy) so that you
could select just a few of them to open as a group, and stil have the old list handy.
You can no longer do either of these things. The 'recovered windows and tabs ' page no longer has links in it and can no longer be dragged, so you cant select a few of them to use, and keep the rest around for later. NOW - once you choose which pages to open the window is gone forever (can can't get a second copy).
People used to make a copy of the page for later use (with a drag)
we also used to open pages with a right click (which no longer functions
This new method seriously blows big greasy chunks. A parge loss in function has occurred.
Put things back as they were. 26 is full of terrible changes that NOBODY likes. It also has a lot of bugs (history is not reliable at all)(1) Firefox's built-in post-crash page has not been a real HTML page for a long time (for example, from the time of Firefox 22, see: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/968212 Want to save LOTS of versions of "Restore Session.xht" from the "oops ..." page for later use]). If you had this working differently with Firefox 25, that might have been created by an extension.
You can check to see whether extensions are disabled or need an update on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. The disabled extensions cluster toward the bottom of the list. To poll for updates, use the "gear" button above the list and choose Check for Updates.
If you used the Reset feature (or Firefox automatically did a reset due to some problem during upgrading), you will need to reinstall missing extensions. The reset feature creates a folder on the desktop named Old Firefox Data. Do you have that folder? There may be data you can recover from it.
(2) There are many ways for history to get cleared, both internal to Firefox and external. Could you double-check your Privacy settings?

* The "Firefox will" drop-down says Remember History: Firefox shouldn't be clearing history, but an add-on or external software could do it
* The "Firefox will" drop-down says Use custom settings for history: inspect the "Clear history when Firefox closes" setting to make Firefox isn't set to clear history. Also check your add-ons and consider external software.
Firefox normally accumulates months of history. However, some of Firefox's database sizes are based on disk space available. If your hard drive is very full, Firefox might reduce the amount of history stored. -
How about use partial key to loop at a hashed table?
Such as I want to loop a Internal table of BSID according to BKPF.

I know if you use all key to access this hashed table ,it is certainly quick, and my question is when i use partial key of this internal hashed table to loop it, how about its performance.
Another question is in this case(BSID have many many record) , Sorted table and Hashed table , Which is better in performance.You can't cast b/w data reference which l_tax is and object reference which l_o_tax_code is.
osref is a generic object type and you store a reference to some object in it, right? So the question is: what kind of object you store there? Please note - this must be an object reference , not data reference .

How to get values from Hash Table
Hi all,
I have a hash table "lovResults" craeted with following code -

How can I get the domain value "domainFV=CREATIVE" from hash table in a variable because I have to set this vaue in another field.

3DES decryption with SHA1 hashed key
Hello all,
I've been given the task of rewriting an existing VB application in Java, and one routine makes use of the Microsoft Cryptography API.
The VB code decrypts a string using TripleDES decryption, using a string key that's been hashed with a SHA1 has algorithm.
Most of the java DESede encryption/decryption examples I've worked through generate keys with a KeyGenerator instance, but I have not yet found any examples that use a key that's been SHA1 hashed.
My attempts at using a hashed byte[] array of my key phrase with a DESede Crypto instance always return a "wrong key size" error.
Can anyone provide some help? Example code fragments or anything would help.Thanks for the reply, and you're right in that this might be a more appropriate question to ask on a VB forum or on a MS cryptography API forum.
Nevertheless, I've been able to make some headway on the VB side by getting the bytes of the SHA-1 hash map through some API calls.
The hex representation of the SHA-1 hashed keyword:

I am very new to WebTools and am having a problem with sync i.e. I get the following message "Private Key is incorrect or Hash not Set" and nothing synchronsies.
I also have "NO INTERNAL ACCOUNT 630" in the Web Tools section of Server Configuration screen - I do not know if this problem is related to the problem above.
What services need to run in the SAP Business One Service Manager for Web CRM and\or Web Shop to work?

Private Key, Hash , sa password
I didn't do the installation for this ecommerce site, I am just coming in later to customize the site and I was told that the initial installation was complete. When I try and browse to the site of check sync manager I am getting 2 errors that I have never seen before. The first is when I run the sync manager I get Private Key is incorrect or Hash not set. I have gone in and checked and the private key is correct if I look at the web.config? I am also getting a login failed for user "sa" when I try and browse to the site. I was told the sa password is correct and the password works fine in the server config section of the sync manager. Has anyone ever encountered anything similar to this? When I searched the forums I found nothing like this. I have done a few installations using SAP E-Commerce but I am far from an expert.
ThanksWell, if the sa password is working in SynchManager but not on the website, then you definitely have an authentication problem. This is quite simple to fix.
You'll need to recreate your Web Tools configuration in the instances.xml file located in your eCommerce Program Files directory. If you edit it, you will be able to see one "instance" XML node for each instance that you have installed. The one you want to remove should have an InstanceName attribute value that matches the name that you see in the Installer. Once you decide that this needs to be removed, you can either delete the node or simply comment it out using XML/HTML comments - it certainly wouldn't hurt to make a backup of this file in any case.
After you've done this, you'll want to rerun the Installer, but in Instance-Only mode - this can be done by executing "installer.exe -i". The installer will automatically start an Advanced Install, but once it gets to the final step where all the action takes place, there will be a message that states that all of the steps will be skipped. Clicking finish will not overwrite anything, but instead place a new configuration in your instances.xml file of the configuration you just set up. This will allow you to re-enter the SQL login name and password for the website.

Is there a way to have iMovie NOT blow up a small video size .mov?

I am animating an 8-bit flash video and basically, when all is said and done I want it to be maybe 200X200 dimensions in iMovie. (Its the latest version of iMovie)
I export the .mov of the 200X200 video and when I import it into iMovie it just blows up the video to standard 640X480, or whatever they are. So obviously its blurry and distorted. I wanted to have a black screen around the small 200X200 .mov file. The reason being when watching the video it will be like looking at a Gameboy screen. Very small but clear detail.
Is there a way I can make a small video dimension of 200X200 with black surrounding the dead space centered around the actual video?
Or is it not going to work, in which case, can I somehow make my .mov file look clear and bright and colorful rather than dull and fuzzy when blown up?HI,

The M-Audio has 2 x Firewire Ports and I take one to a 2TB 7800rpm Iomega iMedia Drive which daisy chains to a 1TB FireWire Seagate HardDrive and yes both are Pre Powered and formatted for Time Machines exclusive use.
The M-Audio Firewire module can be pre powered but isn't for this reason, the FireWire Out from the Mac IS pre powered, and I'm using a good quality NEET lead that powers the Audiophile ok over the last few months. I have been warned by the manual if I add a power supply to a pre powered firewire chain I could damage equipment, I'm now running the the screen as low as possible and the backlit keys off to minimise power drain, I also use an Acer 24" Monitor with a NEET DV mini port to HDMI adaptor and it's been working great but this must be more power drain on the power supply, One of the USB ports goes to an Native Instruments Maschine Sampler Module, the other goes to a Pre Powered 4 Port USB Hub and that has been fine, it has 1 Axiom 25 USB Midi Keyboard, 2 Pre Powered Hard Discs 1 Portable USB Drive. Now the problems started with Time Machine it can't backup and I get Hard Disk Unsafe Disconnects and Failed Time Machine Backups and Now my Soundcard does the same in that it momentarily disconnects and reconnects in a second, in Settings under ENERGY SETTINGS I've set hard drives to Never Shut Down, and the Screen also, it's been more frequent, then a fuse blows in the Power Supply without tripping up my Surge Protector Socket pfft! just great, well it is only a 3AMP Fuse in the Plug Socket but it saved my MacBook!, ok checks Mains, yes it's old, and I've started using the Central Heating alot now and when it turns on it could be causing a power surge, same with the FridgeFreezer. Things i've tried, on the Seagate pre powered FireWire Hardisc I have switched the Firewire lead to its second FW port, I got no errors with Time Machine this time, not 100% it's done yet, Soundcard resets in Logic 9 ****, I do have 2 lower quality Firewire Leads that go from the Soundcard to the 2 harddrives will need upgrading ASAP, thats next, I recon its time to upgrade the Soundcard as well for a Focusrite or similar as all my M-Audio Soundcards would literaly loose there minds on PCs and Macs, flakey drivers would just drop out of the Audiophole Firewire Card, more than I care to mention, so if that happens it could explain why the Time Machine drive drops out also, hmmm, and there was me thinking if I used a Mac it would all be ok. wrong. Would apreciate any qualified input, thanks.Ok some updates I see, 6 in total including a firmware and security upgrades, also two Native Instruments Updates, Reaktor and Kontakt. I will be testing, this. Before the Updates I managed to peak the CPU load in Logic 9 and was only using 14 tracks, will need to bounce the Synth Plugs and drum tracks and run all the source samples from the Local internal drive a Hitachi 5400rpm drive hmmm :/ will experiment, anyway my Iomega FW drive froze up the Iomega Mac Companion is the correct name for it 2TB 7800rpm but it met it's match or was is the processor? Still sussing it all out. Firewire leads upgrade in effect. testing.. bleep. .

kanty.Do you mean you want the 'value' entries in a hash table to themselves be hash tables? Easy but this often indicates a design flaw.
Hashtable<String,<Hashtable<String,Value>> fred = new Hashtable<String,<Hashtable<String,Value>> ();But what do you mean by "with repeating keys for the first hash table"?

Looks like you have already handled the declaration side in your other thread. I suspect you should be writing your own beans that hold the information and these beans would then be stored in a Map. The problem I have is that your description is too vague so I can't be certain. -

MattI would caution that, although it is not likely, managers can also be contact, group, or computer objects. If this is possible in your situation, use Get-ADObject in place of Get-ADUser inside the curly braces.
Also, if you only want users that have a manager assigned, you can use -LDAPFilter "(manager=*)" in the first Get-ADUser.
Finally, if you want all users that have been assigned the manager for at least one user, you can use:
Get-ADUser
-LDAPFilter "(directReports=*)" |
Select @{N='Manager';E={ (Get-ADUser
$_.sAMAccountName).Name }}
-Unique | Sort Manager |
Export-Csv .\managerList.csv -NoTypeInformation
This works because when you assign the manager attribute of a user, this assigns the user to the directReports attribute of the manager. The directReports atttribute is multi-valued (an array in essence).
Again, if managers can be groups or some other class of object (not likely), then use Get-ADObect throughout and identify by distinguishedName instead of sAMAccountName (since contacts don't have sAMAccountName).

When using Publish-BCFileContent to generate hashes for multiple shared directories that are all within the same parent directory, can I just specify the parent directory as the "-Path" parameter or do I need to run the cmdlet for each share
separately?
For example:
My file server has 3 separate shared folders:
E:\Shares\Documents
E:\Shares\Music
E:\Shares\Pictures
(E:\Shares is not directly shared)
To generate hashes for all 3 shared directories to export to a remote hosted cache computer could I run the Publish-BCFileContent cmdlet just once with just E:\Shares as the -Path parameter?

Or do I need to run the cmdlt 3 separate times as below?

If there are only these three subfolders under the directory E:\Shares, you can try the cmdlet:

Use the recurse parameter to specify that hashes are created for content in subfolders. If you do not use this parameter, then hashes are created only for content in the top folder and no hashes are created for content in subfolders.
If there are other folders under D:\Shares, you need to run the cmdlet separately, and you can also use the cmdlet foreach to loop every folders (E:\Shares\Documents, E:\Shares\Music, E:\Shares\Pictures):

Question on the use of hash tables
I have created a extract program that extract data from the bkpf and the bseg tables. I am extracting a lot of data which is needed for the auditors and depending on the selection criteria (company code and date range), this extract takes quite awhile to run. I had heard from another developer working in a different project that hash tables are used when dealing with a lot of data. I am not that familiar with hash tables and was wondering if the hash table approach would help with the processing time of my process.
