Hate the new ios

How do I change the colours on the new iOS? I can't stand all that white and blue. Can't read it, hurts my eyes and can't stay on as long.
Sorry I downloaded it. The only description I have for it is "brittle".

beyond that, there are tweaks here that can help. SUch as tweaking the font size to make them bigger or thicker and tweaking the contrast to help. (in the settings and under accessibility) But ultimately, there's only so much you can do.

Go to your home screen, and then press the volume down or up button. It should say Ringer instead of volume. If it doesn't do that, try going into the clock app and try it there.

Well, if you loose functionality und good user experience due to apples and googles quarrels its simply not a matter of bugfixing. If you want to get rid of googles services (Maps, Youtube) you should at least make shure, the user experience stays the same. Without the youtube app custom made for easy iPad use, you need to buy an app to at least get fullscreen view but with a much more complicated navigation (iCabMobile for example). And GoogleMaps is right now still the far better service.
If google lets me use programs for free (to make advertisements) I'm ok with a beta. If I buy a very expensive apple device I'm definitely NOT ok with this, especially when I'm forbidden to revert to what I had before. PLease let me downgrade to 5.1.1 again at least.

Help! My InDesign app is no longer operable in the new ios.

My InDesign app was submitted to Apple ten days ago. Then the new ios came in and guess what?? My app no longer works!! Please help, according to the Apple guys it no longer even opens now beyond the splash page. Is there a fix for this? What do I do? I am not a programmer. Are you guys on top of this? Thanks. yes, I just did that this morning. But now I get a kind of odd splashpage bug; where, as the app is opening on the ipad, I get a quick view of a vertical, stretched portrait-version of the splashpage before it goes on to the main app. Any ideas on this one??

After the update my Ipad restart and after that it appears a picture that need to connect to itunes and need to restore. So i connect it to itunes and wait to restore my ipad mini because it is not opening.
After restoring it my ipad is now opening and it is like new that i need to set up again.
I set up again until i reach the apple id and password.
I put my below apple ID and password to unlock my ipad but it didn't work. The message i receive is "the apple ID cannot be used to unlock this Ipad.
What will I do? Please help.

1. It is never a good idea to include personal info like your email address or Apple ID in a post on an open forum.
2. The email you received DOES NOT say your Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad. The email informs you that your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad. Fortunately the iPad is yours. The message confirms that. If your Apple ID was used to unlock an iPad that was not yours your would then know to change your password. Since the iPad is yours you do not need to change your password.

I recently updated to the new ios 8.1.2 and now my ipad will not charge or stay charged. It was working perfectly fine before the update!

Sounds like you're using a non-approved cable. ARE YOU?
A while back, defective off-brand cables caused some iPhone fires and the iPhone was blamed. IOS-8 ensures that only Apple-approved cables are used for charging.

Is he getting your SMS messages (green) or your iMessages (blue). If SMS message, go to Settings>Messages and turn off Text Forwarding. If blue, are you sharing an Apple ID? You should each have your own.

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go

Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.

You have to hook it up to a computer and update it to ios 5 and then there will be a "software update" button.
