Have a big problem with report. Very urgent please help

I have a report rep1. When I run the report via batch thru command rwclient to create a file it failed. I got the follwoing error message:
REP-0177: Error while running in remote server
Job 1413 is terminated due to connection timeout.
It does not even try for few seconds before gives this message. I ran some other batch reports whihc took 15 minutes and they were fine.
So, I stopped running the bad report for the day thinking the report is still not dead. I ran the same rep1 next day I still get the same error message. But this time when I ran I looked at the appserver showjobs (which lists the reports that were running and that already ran). The job number is different But still it fails in 3 seconds with the job number 1413 and connection time out. Can any one tell what might be the problem.
Any number of times I run this job I get the same job number with same error (all this is only if I run it as batch using rwclient). If I run this as online by calling it from a form it returns the results without any problems.
Please help. Very urgent.

You might want to delete the report server .dat file and restart the server and try
his also could be one of the issues we had seen and fixed in 9.0.2.3. Please ensure you have the latest patch applied

I've tried to open it as well, I've unplugged all the connectors, cleaned it with alcohol, but the button still not responding.
Do you think that the problem would come from the logic board ?? Because the button itself worked (I used a METRIX to test it), and I can make a reset with no problem (the reset needs the central button).

Filter in Bex Reports - Very Urgent, Please help!

I have a report based on CRM transaction which has both header row and item row, the report also has filters like status and product, the status is the header level and product is at the item level, in which case the header row would not have the product details and item row would not have the Status Details. the records would be something like shown below
Transaction Number       Status         Product
1111111                        Open
1111111                                          Product1
In which case the filter applied on status and product would not return the expected result for ex if filter "Status = Open" is specified then we would just get only the header row and if Filter "Product = Product1" is specified we would just get the detail row, if both the filters are applied we would not get any rows.
Is there any way to get both the header and item row if filters are specified, how such cases are implemented in Bex reports.

The issue being that you want say... Open transactions then the the result should be
Transaction Number | Status | Product
11111111 | Open | #
11111111 | # | Product 1
whereas you are getting
Transaction Number | Status | Product
11111111 | Open | #
and similarly for Product column as well....
Options :
1. It could be possible that your model is wrong -
2. Have the filter include # as well.... include # into the filter by default - ask the users to do the same

Big Problem with brand new iPod please help ME!!

Hi, I just today got a brand new iPod. I pluged it into my computer and put on about 700 songs immediatly. Then, I tried to put video on my iPod. It said it would not do this because it's not the right type of iPod. But it is a 5th Gen. iPod and it can play video. Anyway, I installed the latest iPod updater. Now, it says to install the new iTunes 6.01. So I tried but it says my disk is full. It is not full. Also, do I have to keep my previous "iPod for windows" files that are occupying space on my disk?

If you can back your songs up, and you have not rated a slew of them already, it might be a good idea to uninstall iTunes, then reinstall it and use the ipod updater to wipe the iPod. Just make sure you download and install 6.01 before you plug the iPod in. Maybe that will get you past the disk full problem. Just something to try.

Helloo! I have super big problem with my Air,10.8.5 ,it asks every 10 sec to make some changes and asks me for password all the time!! I cant acces my documesnt,pics,music,NOTHING at all! Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.

I have a big Problem with IMessage

I have a big problem with IMessage. Yesterday I downloaded a new keyboard form the settings and option that says keyboard (Japanese) I deleted the keyboard shortly afterwards and now my IMessage will not let me type any messages. I do not know what to do.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

If I've understood you correctly then the ALLEXCEPT function may be what you're after and it could be applied in a similar way to the following...

This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451 relates to the 3194 error. Generally this error has to do with trying to install an iOS that is not the most current. Maybe you tried to jailbreak the phone, or downgrade iOS? Any of this apply to you?

Encrypting and Decrypting Data(Its Very Urgent, Please Help.)

Can anyone tell me some idea in the below mentioned details.
Iam creating a Function for Encrypting and Decrypting Data Values using
DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT with UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW by using
Key Value as normal.
But the problem, is it possible to have the key value more than 8.
Its showing me error when i give the key value less than 8 or more than 8.
Can u tell me why it happens, is that the limit of the key value or is any other way to do that.

If the input data or key given to the DES3DECRYPT procedure is empty, then the procedure raises the error ORA-28231 "Invalid input to Obfuscation toolkit."
If the input data given to the DES3DECRYPT procedure is not a multiple of 8 bytes, the procedure raises the error ORA-28232 "Invalid input size for Obfuscation toolkit." ORA-28233 is NOT applicable for the DES3DECRYPT function.
If the key length is missing or is less than 8 bytes, then the procedure raises the error ORA-28234 "Key length too short." Note that if larger keys are used, extra bytes are ignored. So a 9-byte key will not generate an exception.

Date format Problem in OAF R12 Urgent Please help!!!

We have acustom application in OAF which was developed in 11i. Now we migrated the same to R12.
In this there are two date fileds getting dispayed on the page and the query for the same is
SELECT TO_CHAR (SYSDATE, 'dd-mm-yyyy') AS CURRENT_DATE, UPPER (TO_CHAR (SYSDATE - 10, 'mon-yy')) AS g_period, UPPER (TO_CHAR (SYSDATE + 5, 'mon-yy')) AS gnext_period, TO_CHAR (sysdate,'dd-mon-yyyy') as today_date, TO_CHAR (sysdate - 1,'dd-mon-yyyy') as yesterday_date FROM DUAL
In 11i version the output is dispaying correctly but in R12 the current date is dispayed as
Start Date 04-Nov-5242
End Date 04-Nov-5241
As per logic it should be
Start Date 09-Feb-2012
End Date 10-Feb-2012
Please help..Urgent issue.

Here are the answers to your problems :
1. Once u restart , the oracle services and the database is not mounting automatically.That is because, when you install the Oracle Oracle8i Standard Edition Release (8.1.7), the two key services namely
OracleOraHome81TNSListner and
OracleService<your SID name>
are configured as manual start ( check the NT --> start>setting>control panel>services. )
For the database to start automatically the next time you start your machine, these two services will have to be put into "Automatic Start" mode.
< for this double click on the respective service, select the "Automatic" radio button and click on ok>.
Now when you restart the machine, your database will be automatically mounted.
2. this as explained above is a corollory to the above problem. you can start or stop your database on NT using the "Services" window....

I have installed Oracle Oracle8i Standard Edition Release (8.1.7) from technet site.
I have installed it on windows NT 4.0 .
Installation is fine.
I can access or get into SQL prompt .
I have created a database also.
1st problem
My problem is once I restart the Machine and try to access SQL plus .it gives me an error
ORA-01034: Oracle not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist.
2nd problem
I dont know how to start and stop the database , as there is nothing to do that in the start menu of Oracle .
How do i do this .
This is very urgent please help.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

when_now_form trigger i set set maximize the window and MDI. And my window and canvas is same height (1500). The formsweb.cfg also changed to 1500. But still I can not view full page on web. Where to I change the properties. Please help.

Is your form running inside the browser window (with SeparateFrame=False)? If the browser is maximized, and your form is maximized, yet you cannot see the entire screen, you can run with SeparateFrame=True. You can do that on the browser line.

This is a user supported frum, so making threats really doesn't help, besides which it's not like any of us can really make a dent in Toshiba's bottom line despite how many people we think we can influence. Unless those people were standing in line to buy a Toshiba product cash in hand, and you pulled them out, it really doesn't add up for them.
At this point it would probably be better for you to use the 800 number. Have all your e-mails ready to forward, if needed, to whoever you end up talking to. Don;t let them off the hook. An hour on the phone is much better than weeks passing e-mails through a support site. Also contest the charge with your bank or credit card.

Have a big problem with report. Very urgent please help
