Hi, my name is Lorrie I have charges on my credtit card of purchases I have not made the following are transactions that I have been charged for:
5th of February $109.99
4th of February $2.99
1st of febraury $4.98
29th of february $10.98
29th of February $0.99
Total of $129.93
Could you kindly look into it for me as I have not authorise any payments is there something I can do as my 5yr old plays games and I believe that once he is in the game you do not need to put in a pass word to authorise apple I need to do something about it can you please guide me as to how to lock this featureI can not afford theses payments and this account has the money that needs to be paying my bills please?

Please be advised that you are not talking to Apple. These forums are made up of regular users just like you, most are not affiliated with Apple in any way. If you did not authorize those charges and think they are fraud, you need to file a dispute cliam with your credit card company. Also I am confused as the last 2 dates are in the future (did you mean January?) Are the games on an iPhone, iPad or on your mac?

Are you trying to update your iPhone using iTunes on your computer? If so, did you make purchases through the iTunes Store or App Store on your iPhone, and fail to sync them with your computer? That is the likely meaning of what you are seeing. If this is true, the purchases would be added to iTunes in your computer before the upgrade proceeds.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If you are charged for things you haven't purchased, you can report the problem to the iTunes store.
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

HT4623 started my IOS 7 update and I am now getting a message with a charger pointing toward ITUNES-what does this mean?

I started the update for IOS 7 and now I am getting a message with a charger pointing to I Tunes, I try to turn my phone off and the same message comes up. Not sure if this is part of the updating process, or if my phone is damaged. Has anyone out there experienced the same problem before, and if so, how did you fix it?

If you're looking for fellow travelers I suggest you browse the 1000+ posts on the "My iTunes account has been hacked" thread in the iTunes for Mac forum. I don't know that you'll benefit from it other than knowing it has happened to others.
Still, you don't state a specific technical issue. You changed your password. Good. You've contacted Apple. Presumably you've asked them to refund your money which is up to them to decide. We here are just other Mac users like you with no special access to the iTunes Store people. We can provide feedback and suggestions if you have a specific question.

My Bank statement showed up with 3 fraudulent charges on transacted on 4/27/2012. How can I block and cancel this transaction?

If you believe that your account has been hacked, then change your password and alert your credit card company - ask them about reimbursement.

How do you look up charges from the app store. Say I buy an app and normally I get an email and I pay for it from my account. I have current charge but not sure what it is for. No email receipt. I have several products on same ITunes account. Thanks,

I have an iPhone 4S. I have been charged 11 times so far. At first I just purchased a game on iTune. However, your system said I had to check my bank's payment method. So I checked it again and again. After I checked it, I went back to my iPhone. I wanted to check if it's ok. But everytime when I comfirmed the payment method, your system charged me $1. Until now, I have been charged 11 times. What's going on with your system? I'm really mad right now. Your system only brought me lots of problems. Please help me figure out my problem.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and nobody else has access to your account ? Am persevering thru it, will get there eventually, as I had already tried to press the Report a Problem link on the invoice, but it won' t connect to iTunes store on my iPad, it keeps saying can't connect. Infuriating. But thank you, you found me a link I would have taken ages to find.
