Have a PB 540c that refuses to power up now

Could it be the power adaptor that needs replacing?
Sadly, the batteries were were allowed to drain before this happened

How long was it since the PB was last used? Had the batteries (it sounds as if you had two of them) remained in the PB since last use? Was the AC adapter attached and powered-on the while? If not, have you left the adapter attached and powered on since attempting to start up?
Problems arise when the internal backup battery depletes during storage. The PB then has no way of knowing what startup device to use, where that is and (very probably) which day of the week it is because the settings in PRAM have evaporated or been scrambled. If your batteries are originals, their internal EEPROMs (which are supposed to keep the batteries 'smart') will also have lost their settings. Take the batteries out and disconnect the AC adapter if that has been atached. Let the PB stand for 20min or so.
Then press, and hold for 20sec or so, the keys control-option-command-power (the left-pointing triangle). This is to reset the Power Manager. The PB 500 series has no dedicated reset or interrupt switches. Reconnect the AC adapter, wait five minutes, and then attempt to start up. Repeat, if this is unsuccessful, a couple of times. If you still get no joy, leave the AC adapter attached for a couple of days, with the main batteries inserted, and then try again.
This article and the repair manual may be of use to you, but your starting point has also the disadvantage that the batteries are already out of the race. That is, you may have to do some coaxing of the main batteries to be able to get the backup battery also to take some charge. (Only if the AC adapter does not become warm to the touch during attempted recharge of the main batteries need you suspect the adapter of malfunction.)
Do you have install floppy disks, and the Disk Tools, for the PB?

If you have owned the device, as in purchased from Apple, less than a year then there will be no charge to repair, or most likely, replace the device. If you have had the device more than a year you will be charged an out of warranty cost for replacement ($219 I think) and that is much cheaper than a new device. If you have Applecare+ then you have an additional year of coverage and the replacement will be $49 or $79 depending on when you got the Applecare.

I hope you are able to solve your problem. The iPhone is definitely designed to be able to run the power all the way down. In fact, the instructions to maintain your battery suggest doing that once a month. I do it now and then, not usually once a month and I am always able to get my phone back to where it would be usable in about 10 minutes of charge. I always keep it in the charger until it is fully charged, however.
I just didn't want you to think you made some big mistake to let it run out of charge. There must be something going on with your phone or the battery.

First thing, see if it will boot into the Recovery Partition: Hold down Command R at restart.
If it boots up there, then it's likely that the hard drive has failed, or simply doesn't have a working system.
If it doesn't boot up there, then it's likely to be some other part of the hardware.
If it is the hard drive, then this can be replaced. You can find videos showing you how to do this on sites like ifixit.com.
Then you can just restore all your data from your backup. You do have a backup, right?

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to display that images in spgridview.
You can use a hyperlinkfield that is bound to the SPGridView. Please refer to:

I have an iphone 3gs with iOS 6.1 in photos In have all my photos that are on my Mac now on my phone, which I do not want. How do I delete them. I have tried Image capture, settings, general, usage and most of the tips on communities NOTHING WORKS!!

Deleting on one device does not affect another device.
You can delete the App's on the iPhone and nothing will happen to the ones on the iPad.
1. You don't need to.
2. Settings->Cellular->"Use Cellular Data For" will show the data usage for each App since the last statistics reset
3. Settings->General->Background App Refresh Will show which Apps are allowed to get data in the background
4. It restricts it to Wifi. If the App requires internet access and Data is turned off, it will have to wait until the device is connected to a wifi network.
5. Nope, You just use up battery since the BT radio will continuously look for nearby BT devices.
6. The Personal Hotspot uses your cellular internet connection from your phone or other cellular device; whether you consider that secure or not I cannot say. It also depends on what you are doing while connected to the Hotel's wifi. I would not do online banking while on vacation though.

Yes. A Windows PC cannot read or write to a Mac formatted iPod. There are a handful of programs out there that will allow you to use the Mac formatted iPod with Windows so you can copy your content over to your new iTunes library. One such utility is XPlay.

Try starting Aperture with the command and option keys held down. You'll get 3 options.
Try each, starting at the top, in order, checking after each to see if it fixes the issue.

PSC 1315 no longer supported for scanning since Mac OS X v10.5 or while using any newer OS, there is no scan software provided by either HP or Apple (Image Capture)

Image capture will not recognize your device as well, only print is supported as you may find listed for teh PSC 1310 Series below:

Also, the software is not updated as the computer hasn't worked for about 2 months.
Also, if it is possible to transfer the hardrive, would my iTunes music transfer as well? It is not saved in the cloud.

You computer is probably perfectly repairable, but if you want a new one anyway, it is perfectly possible to transfer the data from the faulty one.
But it would be a mistake to simply put the old HD in the new computer.
These are the steps:
Remove Hard drive from faulty computer. (very easy on Unibody MBPs, do-able but not so easy on older MBPs)
Put it in a cheap enclosure
Connect it the new computer
Boot up new computer.
If the new computer has never been run before the Setup Assistant will ask if you want to import your apps, data, settings etc from either another mac, another HD connected to the Mac or a Time Machine back up.
Obviously chose the second option (another HD connected to this Mac) and follow prompts.
If the new computer has already been run (so Setup Assistant doesn't run when you boot it up), you will need to use Migration Assistant...or run the installer again so that Setup Assistant runs again.

I have an iphone 5 that was originally with verizon but has been unlocked now by them and the phone is still under the apple warranty, if I go to replace for power button malfunctioning, will they give replace it with an unlocked phone as well?

The SIM Lock is stored on the Apple Activation Server - if it has been correctly unlocked by a network then this would have been done on the Activation Server.
When you get your replacement handset through Apple they mirror the activation server details of your existing handset and the current SIM LOCK status is mirror'd onto the new device.
(100% Accurate - done mine 2 weeks before christmas due to original 5 sleep button stopped working)
