I am having a similar problem. I have a subscription so have money in the account for calls. Up to about 6 months ago i could call from Iraq with no problem to a home phone. Now it ties to connect, but the quality is so poor it is not usable.

Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Spain. Please note that only calls to landlines in Spain are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.

Seriously, no one can really give you a meaningful answer to that, but I'll give it a shot...
The trial software is the real software. To activate it with your subscription you need only log in using the Adobe ID you set up the subscription with.
Is some part of that not working for you? If so, perhaps you could be a little more specific.
Also know this: The folks here on this user to user forum cannot access Adobe's subscription database to work out problems there. Now and again an Adobe representative participates, but it is not guaranteed. Your best bet to work out subscription issues is to call Adobe customer support.

@[email protected], I'm surprised that page worked in earlier versions of Firefox. It uses a script to click on links, which has not worked for a long time as far as I know.
There are at least two add-ons that can take actions on multiple links. I haven't tested either of them, but you could check them out:

I purchased and in-app download and have a receipt but it is still not showing, so where is it?

I purchased an in-app download for Little generals and have a receipt, but it is still not showing up. Ive tried all the usual sign in then back out...shutting on and off but none of this works. The file just seems that it does not exist even though they have already charged my credit card. So, WHAT GIVES???
PS: And the people on the other end of the phone line seem to be completly clueless about their own products..

If you don't have the Firefox button, you're using the classic view. To restore the new view of Firefox (Changed in Version 4):
* View > Toolbars > Menubar [Uncheck]
In Firefox 6 you can use this to clear your history/other offline content:
Click on the Firefox button on top left part of your browser:
* History > Clear Recent History
There you can select what you want to clear.
If you want to see the menu bar you can press alt on your keyboard so you can see file/view/...
Also for activating it to always be there follow this (Classic view of Firefox):
* Firefox > Options > Menu Bar

This is the situation with Snow Leopard and existing iCloud accounts:
You will be able to access email and calendars on the iCloud website at http://icloud.com provided your browser is reasonably up-to-date.
You will not be able to sync contacts or bookmarks from a pre-Lion Mac.
You will be able to enter the server settings for email manually in the Mail application and access your email.
You will not be able to sync your calendars directly.
Some people have been able to set up calendar syncing by using the method detailed here - this is an unsupported hack and may not be reliable, and may stop working at some future point.
Address Book won't sync: this page has a convoluted hack to make it sync which has been reported as working (and as not working by others). I've not tried it.
There are a couple of alternative syncing services you might like to consider, though they're not particularly cheap:
Soho Organizer can sync Calendars and Contacts with iCloud on Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion. A single user licence (multiple machines allowed) is $99.99.
Fruux syncs Calendars, Tasks and Contacts beetween a wide variety of devices (not using the iCloud server) including Snow Leopard and above, Windows Outlook and Thunderbird, Linux Thunderbird, and iOS and Android devices - see their compatibility chart (click the blue 'i' for a caveat about Snow Leopard). It's free for one user, two shares, two devices; above that pricing starts at €4 per month.
(I have no connection with these firms and have not tried Soho Organizer, though both have had good reports and I've found Fruux to work well.)

bpruse, I may be completely off-track for your issue, but I had a similar situation where I wanted to downgrade a Mac Pro from Server to plain OS X and it would not boot from the OS X install disk.
I was attempting to use a full-install OS X.6.x disc with an earlier SL version than that which originally came installed on the Mac Pro. After two or three hours of fiddling, I figured it out and used the discs that came with the system.
However, I don't know how that would work in your case if this is the mini server-version. I'm sure the disks would only have Server on them. Worse-case scenario, find out which X.6.x the OEM disc is installing and get an OS X disc with a new installer.

Your library is on your old Laptop on the HDD.
iTunes keep is library on your HDD (hard disk) maybe you can take out the HDD of your crashed laptop and recover your music files
To have a libray on the net (or cloud) you can use in the future iTunes Match, he upload you library on a cloud (on the net) with your account. So you can share and enjoy your music everywhere.

Download and install the Skype application. What you're looking for isn't accessed via a browser. Click on the Downloads link at the top of this forum page, then open the Skype.dmg file that you'll find in your Downloads folder. Drag/drop the Skype icon onto the Applications folder icon in that window to install the application. Thereafter, you'll find Skype in your hard disk's Applications folder.

You purchased a Montenegro 60 mins Subscription on July 21st 2014 and used your full allocation of 60 minutes. You then purchased a further 60 minutes on July 30th 2014. As this is a monthly plan your newly purchased minutes will be added at or about midnight UTC/GMT on August 21st 2014. If you wish to add additional minutes before the monthly anniversary of your plan you have to purchase a different # of minutes (if that option exists).

i just recently paid for a monthly Subcribtions to Afghanistan and was delivered my monthly Afghanisatn subscription charged for first month it was working good, so i know i have it currently, because they charge me for the secound month too, I am making calls since cpoule days ago here in USA and it is not using my subscription but taking it out of my regular Skype credit account !!! why? it did not happen when I first strated , this is new. only happened on the last few calls yesterday and today .
