Have ADF Business Components replaced BC4J in Jdeveloper10g?

I haven't found BC4J in Jdeveloper10g. Will it be replaced for ADF framework? Anyone, help me please.

Try following steps
(1) Create a new application workspace of type
Web Application [default]
(2) Create a bc4j project for dept - emp.
(3) In the ViewController project, create a Struts PageFlow diagram.
(4) Drag and drop a page forward onto your diagram (findExecute), and double-click to edit findExecute.jsp.
(5) In the data control palette, select DeptView1 and drop it onto the page as an Input Form with Navigation.
(6) In the data control palette, navigate to
DeptView1 > Operations and drop each of the following operations onto the page (inside the form) as a Button:
* Find
* Execute
* Create
* Delete
(7) Delete the Submit button from the page.
(8) Select DeptView1, and drop it onto the page (inside the form) as a Table.
Running the Scenario
1. Run /findExecuteDataAction.
2. Click Find to switch to find mode.
3. Enter a query criteria: for example, enter ">10" in the Deptno field.
4. Click Create to add your criteria to the table.
5. Click Execute to execute the query and switch out of find mode. Note that the table contains the list of records retrieved by the search.
6. Click Find to switch back to find mode.
7. Click Delete to delete your query criteria.
8. Enter query criteria for more than one attribute; for example, >10 for the dept number, and BOSTON for the location. Click Create to add your criteria to the search string, then Execute to run your query. The query strings are ANDed together.
9. Switch back to find mode, and try entering more than one row of query criteria (enter some values, click Create, enter some more values, click Create again). The query strings are ORed together.
