Have an i tuneslogo with a usbpugin showing but is frozen and can not change
I have an Itunes logo showing in my sceen with a white USB pugin but everithing is frozen and I can not change anything?
You have to set up your phone and activate it using iTunes before you can use it. Start iTunes on your computer, plug in your iPhone and follow the instructions for activating it.

WHen I put music onto my devices I will have some songs that will play, while others will be grey and can not be played....also I find that when I purchase an album from iTunes all songs from the album will not be downloaded...
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

was trying to update my ipad with iOS 7.0.2, but went in recovery mode and have no idea what happen, because can not be switch on anymore.There is all the time the sign of itunes. Tryed to connect to iTunes in the PC and it says that I have to restore...I did even that but no results...can anybody advice....

I recieved a US iTunes gift card for christmas and could not use it with my Canadian account, so I changed the region to US in order to use the points. Now I've used up everything I can except the $0.36, and I'd like to enter my Canadian address and credit card back in, but it won't let me until I use up the US amount. What can I do? Yes. Just set up separate iCloud accounts with separate Apple IDs. You can continue to share the same iTunes account ID; it does not need to be the same as the ID you use for other services such as iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc.
You should also avoid using the same ID for FaceTime and iMessage or you will end up getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls. If you are, on one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID (such as the one you use for your iCloud account). Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime. -

Hi TheJohnParr, for your Thunderbird (email client) issue, I suggest having a different question for that, and we could focus on your Firefox search engine issue in this thread.
You can review, disable, and usually remove extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Command+Shift+a
* Tools menu > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

In terms of games/apps. If they are not universal (you will see a + symbol next to them) or made for iPad (you would see an HD in the name, usually) then they won't look good on an iPad as those apps will open in a iPod sized window, giving you the option to enlarge. -
When I exit Firefox and try to restart I get a message that Firefox is still running. When I go to Task Manager it shows 572k of memory being used by firefox.exe. When I hit "End Process" nothing happens it still there. The only way I can restart Firefox is to restart my computer. I have been running Firefox on this machine running XP for about 18 months but this problem just started a week ago. I have even re installed Firefox.

TS3899 Outbox shows message to "4294967295" and can not be removed
In the "mailboxes" section of my iPhone's mail program, there appeared an outbox item that just shows "4294967295". I can edit or delete it. I have two e-mailaacounts a MobileMe mail account and a Comcast account. This "outbox" message does not appear on my iPad or any of my other macs.
So I downloaded the latest and get a message " The older version of Apple Software Update cannot be removed" and then the installer closes.
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Updateentries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install (using an iTunesSetup.exe downloaded from the Apple Website). Does it go through properly this time? -
