Have an iPad and now military time appears on my outlook calendar, how do I get it back to normal time?

I have an iPad and recently my Outlook Calendar times have changed to military time and I want it switched back. How do I do that?

Settings>General>Date and Time>24 hour time>Off.

You can get iTunes purchases back by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other items you need to get them from whee yuo got them the first time.
The iPod backup that iTunes makes does not include synced mediai like apps and music. If those ore not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you performed the update they are lost.

Hi! It was a library book and I first downloaded it to my computer, then tranferred it to my Ipod via USB cable.
It appears on my Ipod menu under Music - Audiobooks and also under Playlists where the book title appears with 10 songs under the name.
However, it does not show up at all on my computer screen under my Library music listings either on the left side where the playlists are listed or on the right where the individual songs and artists, etc. are listed.
At this point my setting is on manaully manage music. If I change that now in order to download and buy a song, my book will get deleted from the Ipod.

Exactly how did you "reboot to reset"?
Rebooting simply means shutting down the machine and turning it back on. That does not erase any data.

Would you know if this screen automatically throws up the last individual purchase of whoever links to it ... and it is secure.

When you sync the iPod Touch you will be asked if you want to transfer purchases from it to your iTunes Library.

Those are the instructions for your computer's iTunes (i.e. using the Store menu at the top of your computer's iTunes and selecting 'View My Account' on it). If you are doing it on your iPad then are you following the instructions for iOS devices :
To unhide your purchases
Depending on the content type, open the App Store, iBooks, or iTunes Store on your device.
Scroll to the bottom of the main page.
If you're not already signed in, tap Sign In.
Tap your Apple ID name, then tap View Account.
Scroll down on the Account pane, and tap Hidden Purchases.
Locate the item you would like to unhide then tap the Unhide button.
