Do you know who has setup a domain with cluster in production using BEA platform8.1 sp2. That is, the customer uses portal and integration in the same managed server, and uses the cluster technique.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've been playing around with some of the classes of the java.net package and java.io
Using the URL class i can get the content of the data from a STATIC page and output that response to file so that is does not display to the client broswer.
But this only works if the URL i give points to a static html page.
So the problem i'm getting is if i'm righting in arguments in the URL, this means that server needs to process the arguments i give and its sends back a dynamic result. Because its dynamic the URL class can not handle this and throws me an exception everytime :(
Have u ever tried to do some things like this?

Could you please provide some more information about what you are trying to accomplish?
Do you need a WMI class because you are trying to write a program?
By 'drive extension' do you mean extending a volume that resides on a drive?
If trying to accomplish this via scripting, you can readily use diskpart.
You don't say what operating system you are working with - PowerShell 4.0 that comes with Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 has a Resize-Partition cmdlet.
I could go on guessing, but more information from you would be helpful.

For some reason, your Mac doesn't recognise that a keyboard is present, so it looks for a wireless keyboard. The question is, why doesn't your Mac recognise that a keyboard is attached?
First, you need to make sure you remove all peripherals, especially USB peripherals (the keyboard is on the USB bus). Then restart holding down the Shift key. This should boot in Safe mode. If the computer boots normally (not in safe mode) and the keyboard is still not working, try resetting the SMC

If that still doesn't fix the problem, then the keyboard (or its controller) is probably damaged and needs to be replaced.

Trying to learn how to setup Linux Domain with Linux client

Okay I know I might get some problems for this, but I am trying to setup a ubuntu based server (domain), with an arch based client. I am having a hard time getting the two to cooperate and working with centralized passwords and roaming profiles. I am a real newbie when it comes to linux, much less samba server. I updated my iphone 4 with iO6.1. I now no longer have any of my music available with iTunes match. I've turned iTunes match on and off on my phone and on and off on my computer. I am not restoring my phone to factory settings.

Coincidentally, two of my playlists were deleted from itunes. So I spent quite a bit of time recreating them only to find them missing again today. The ONLY way for me to get music on my phone is to click on the ...more tab and go to shared and pull music from my actual desktop. Restoring my iphone is not an option. Take the following steps:
1) while connected to wifi, toggle off then back on the Show All Music and iTunes Match options shown in my original post. Important: I did this step before, but wasn't connected to wifi, and my music disappeared. Subsequently, I connected to wifi and turned off and then back on those options and everything came back though it was grayed out and my only option was to download music.
2) To get streaming over cellular back, go into Settings>General>Cellular and scroll down to the "Use Cellular Data for:" options and make sure the iTunes option is set to 'On'
The above steps will bring back the streaming capability which seemed to go away when you update to 6.1. It didn't ACTUALLY go away, but something about the update toggled off the iTunes option in step 2 above.
I did a final test by turning off wifi, opening Music app and selecting a song. It played successfully without downloading! Crossing my fingers, but I think I'm good to go!

Do you have any credits (e.g. free downloads) as well as the balance on your account ?
In terms of the 2 authorisations, unless you deauthorised you old computer then it will still be on your account. Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them, but when you have 2 or more computers authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes (Store > View My Account) and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

          since this is my first posting here, let me first describe my
          background: I have some experience in developing J2EE applications
          using various application servers, I have some knowledge in setting up a
          network and a BEA server, but mostly in Unix environments. I know a
          little bit of the concepts of clustering, but never did it myself.
          Now I have some problem understanding the posibilities with BEA WL
          clustering. What I want to do is the following:
          I have two machines with BEA WL Server, one should be the "master",
          the other a "backup". Normally, the master should recieve all
          requests, i.e. the backup is idle then. Only if the master fails, the
          backup should take over its functionality (fail-over). When the master
          is back again, the backup returns control (fail-back). The process of
          fail-over and fail-back may take some time, and I do not really need to
          transfer sessions between them (i.e., if the master fails, all sessions
          will be terminated). So this is really a very very low level of
          "high-availabilty" - I simply want to make sure that there is another
          server which can process my requests, if the other fails.
          The BEA server run on two Windows 2000 Advanced Server (yuck!), the
          whole situation looks like this:

          Clustering Service and/or the BEA Apache plugin)?
          A second question is if there will be any problem with the FW between
          the Apache and the BEA when using the Apache plugin.

          Hi Jonas,
          My experience with WLS clustering is just at the level of preparing a proof of
          concept and doing testing with toy applications. So, although this helped me
          understand how to use it I can not say I have any experience in a production environment.
          Having said that, here are my comments.
          As far as I have seen, you do not need to do any clustering at all. One of the
          biggies about failover is to be able to recover the session data and, for that
          matter, WLS provides several options (replicate, file, JDBC, cookies).
          However, since you do not care about preserving the session information all you
          really need to do is to create a bunch of managed servers (not clustered), the
          administrator server, and the server with the plug-in (Apache, WLS, Netscape).
          The application would be load balanced accross the managed servers by the plug-in,
          and if any of them fails the other ones will continue working OK.
          I understand you are talking about only two application servers. Please note
          that you do not need to have one of them offline for backup; you can have both
          of them serving your application, which will help your performance, and if one
          fails the whole load will go to the other one.
          You could have the plug-in in WLS in the administrator server and in this way
          you would need only three servers.

Hi there everyone,
I recently updated my iPhone 4 (from ATT) to iOS 4.3.3 and suddenly I am having trouble making and receiving calls--I am not receiving a great majority of my calls and apparently it goes straight to voicemail. When I try to make a phone call, there is terrible reception and the call eventually drops --but the screen continues as if I am still talking to the person. I know it really isnt a problem with the network becuase a) I have full bars whereever I go, and b) Ive been using this phone for the past 9 months in the same area with no problem!!
Are any of you having this problem, and if so what is your remedy (if you have found one). Should I just take it to the apple store and see what they have to say?

Would an index have any affect on a table with only 1 record?

As a general rule of thumb I always add indexes on tables when I refer to a column in a stored procedure, but this is the first time I can remember having the need on a table called 'Admin' that only contains 1 record. The other view referred
to in the procedure(s) has about twenty thousand records and that could grow as high as hundreds of thousands for our largest clients.
I am about to try the with and without since it only takes a second to try, but I thought I would ask if anyone else has any experience or knows of best practices, thoughts, opinions, or what not.
