Have been using Foxfire for AMcG website. Now want to edit MME website. Can't figure out how to bring up second website. Whatever I do, it keeps taking me back to the original AMcG site.

I have been using itunes for 6 years now, and was listening to my music the other day and noticed that some of my albums songs were stopping short of finishing. They just stop and go to the next song. Any solutions?
I have experienced the same problem on my my iPad1, my former iPhone 4 my laptop and even my new iPhone5 though I had really hoped that the new phone and IOS would solve the problem. About 5% of the songs are affected and the stoppage can range from seconds short to a minute and a half. The file shows more of the music left, but it stops playing and goes to the next song. Very aggravating. Appears to happen on purchased and uploaded music.

Hi, I have been using CS5 for a while now, but had to wipe my computer clean last night and now am unable to re-install my adobe on the same computer. Help please.
Can you describe more about what you summarize as "unable to re-install my adobe on the same computer." ? What actions do you take and what results? What messages do you get? Are you able to install it on a different computer?
Since you use the word "same", it might be a case that you do have another machine that the install is functional on. If so, or even if you installed a couple of times on the same machine, it might be a case where your activation allowance has been used up and you need to have them reset. If you contact Adobe Support thru chat you can ask them to reset your activations so that you have the two allotted to you available again.

I have been using pages for months and now I can not get it to open any templet or previous document to open?
A little more information would be helpful.
What version of Pages are you using? The latest is 4.1 with the update released on July 20. In Snow Leopard 10.6.8 you need at least Pages 4.0.5. If you're not running the latest versions & Software Update says your software is up to date, make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. They must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.
If you are running at least Pages 4.0.5 & haven't made any other changes to your Mac since Pages was last working correctly, the likely culprit is corrupt preferences. Go to HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences & delete the com.apple.iwork.pages.plst & restart Pages. -
I can not send email from my iPad . Have been using it for over a year, all of a sudden I can only receive email. I have a wifi connection in my home and have a A T &T cellular data plan?
I have a 1st gen iPhone that I just updated the software to 2.0.2
Now whenever I press the mail icon it goes to the mail app for about 4 seconds, does nothing, no loading of folders, old messages, nothing.
Then it reverts back to the home screen. Tried restarting, haven't tried restoring, thought I'd look here first.
Anyone??? -
I have an HP Photosmart C4180 all-in-one, printer, scanner and copier. I can't figure out how to scan more than one page? It will only let me do one page at a time and then I have difficulty sending pages 1, 2 and 3 as one docuement. Any ideas??

First time user. Need help. I downloaded latest version of Pages 5.0 and have been using it. Now, when I try to open documents created by it, I'm advised that I have to downoad Pages 5.0. What's going on?
You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed over 110 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

You can add the icon of the missing Pages on your Dock or open Pages from the Apple menu > Recent Items list.
Or you can archive Pages 5 so that it doesn't automatically open.

Went on the internet on Friday but a box appeared saying firefox could not verify web page and somebody could be trying to impersinate the web page this was my home page it gave me two options the first was get me out of here or that I understood the risks and to continue I clicked the latter and my home page came up this box continued to appear on each occasion I tried to acess any web pages but when I tried to acess Facebook the box only gave me the option of get me out of here it also did this when I tried to acess Mozilla Firefox to see whether there was a problem with the browser I tried to reinstall the browser but the problem persisted I finally got round the problem by reinstalling my computer to an earlier time before I did this I also have the option for Google chrome on my computer and this browser worked fine Facebook etc I prefere Firefox but although the warning box hasn't materialised since I reset my computer Firefox has become unstable where it has frozen on a web page and the only way I can get out is to start the task manager and end the programme even though the task manager is saying that the page is still working correctly but after I have ended the running of the programme it will not reload the firefox browser but again google chrome is fine I have to restart the computer to fix this problem any ideas thanks.

Hi Peter, Outcome is I look like a real big idiot!!!! When my husband got home I was in the process of writing down all the details to inform apple of the dodgy o2 store, only for him to inform me that he never got it unlocked at the o2 store because they couldn't do it the same day and as I have zero patience he took it a few doors down to a phone shop that advertised unlocking of phones! So now holding my head in shame I have to appologise to o2 and to everyone for wasting their time! Sorry! I assumed that when he gave me the phone and I asked that it was fully unlocked (as we had read up on the jailbreak and red something?) and he said yes! that the o2 store had done it, but he had asked the shop that unlocked it if it would be fully unlocked and took their word for it! so my phone has been hacked and I will now be (with my tail between my legs, so to speak) taking it to the o2 store for help : ( Hope someone else will read this and learn for my (well my husbands) lesson and go through the correct channels, Thanks again to yourself and KiltedTim and Sorry! I upgraded to version 4 last week and find it extremely slow compared to the previous version - like so slow that some pages do not even load. I have downloaded and gone back to version 3.6.17 and everything is back to the normal I have known for years with Firefox and it is really fast again...so now I know that there is nothing wrong with my computer and that the supposedly very very fast version 4 is much much slower than the previous version 3.6...so what gives? I'm not keen on going back to the new improved version 4, though I know it will not be supported soon...anyone else having the same issue?

Well, your first mistake was making a new Apple ID. You only needed to go into Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID from the Yahoo email to your new email. Then, all the purchases you made with that old Apple ID would still be tied to your updated Apple ID.
As it is, you now have a totally new Apple ID, but the purchases you made with that old Apple ID are still (and will forever be) tied to it.
Your best bet is to log into Manage your Apple ID with the old ID (regardless of what Yahoo did with it, it is still a functional Apple ID, unless you had that disable for security reasons). Once you have logged into it, change the password on it to match the password on your new ID. Then when you are asked for a password to update an app, it won't matter which of the two Apple IDs is displaying. You will just type in the same password and your app will be updated.

i've got a new computer and when i plug in my ipod, the message says this ipod is synced with another itunes account. do you want to erace the contents and set up with this itunes. i want one account only but don't want to loose my ipod contents. tried uninstalling itunes and redoing get the same message.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

OK I think I have it figured out! In iTunes you must check mark the mp3 files you want on the ipad 2 then sync to the iPad , also if you have files on the iPad you want to keep they must be checked as well or they WILL go away! That is how I lost the ones I had on the iPad in the first place.
