settings > general > reset > erase all content and settings, once complete the set up assistant will ask if you have an iCloud back up, follow on screen instruction to restore from it. -

Just got iphone 4 on tues. It has been working fine. Made 1 phone call this morning. 30 minutes later tried to use the phone again and it would not turn on. What could be the problem. Phone was charging all night.
Sounds more like it might be frozen up. Have you tried resetting it by holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for ~10 sec?

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I have just bought a new iphone 4 as an upgrade to my iphone 3GS. How can I transfer all my apps including saved levels in games etc. and data and folders to the new iphone 4 and keep facetime etc on the new iphone 4. When I have done this for someone else they got all their data etc but lost the Face Time App and teh iphone 4 looked like the iphone 3 screen.

There is nothing saved on the SIm card in an iphone. If you have a backup of the old phone restore that to the new phone

Content acquired from iTunes is permanently tied to the account it was acquired with.
Authorize the computer for the appropriate account.
Also, STOP creating new Apple IDs simply because your email address changes. That is completely idiotic. Update the Apple ID with the new email address the next time your email changes. -
I bought the new Iphone 4s. I backed up my old 3gs on Itunes store before trading in my old Iphone. I sync my new phone and I have all of my apps but non of the high scores. For example I played all of the angry birds and had three stars on all levels. Now I have the app on my Iphone but I am back no levels completed. How do I fix this problem. Under the answer you want to mark as correct you should see a box that says Correct with a green symbol to the left and a box with Helpful with an orange star to the left. Click on the one you want.

Why would you make a new account? This will likely cause many problems. Just get you old account enabled.

We bought the new iphone 5s when they came out from at&t and my dad has completely shut off and won't do anything? It has not been in ANY water or anything else that could have caused this.
Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally. -
I have installed a new version of an APP (mViewer). This app allows me to view security cameras in my office from anywhere. I've tried installing several times, put in all the information, including passwords, but cannot get it to work either on my iPhone or iPad. Is anyone familiar with this app? Thank you.
I don't know this app, but I did look it up in the iTunes Store, thinking I would suggest you could visit the developer's (vendor's) site and seek assistance there.
But when I found the app and went to the vendor's site, I found garbage (nothing useful).
