I believe that I have installed v.5 but can find no confirmation anywhere.... till now, when your "educated guess" shows v.5.0.1. Please give me concise instructions for displaying the version number. (For most software packages, "About" works... but not in this case.)

*Firefox orange button>Help>Troubleshooting Information lists your Fx version, or

Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. The Quick Selection Tool certainly has limitations, but your post seems to be more about venting than trouble-shooting – otherwise you might have posted an image where you failed to get an expected result.

- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried a number of different values. Usually when I do a negative offset they're very small values, like -.25 or -.5.
An Update- I took the art work into Ai CS 6 and It still did not work, which is really strange. And I've used it hundreds of times with success in the past. Also I tried it with live type and outlines, ungrouped, un-compounded still could not get it to negative offset.

URL for Downloading Licensed FlashPlayer Does Not Work

I reapplied for a license to distribute FlashPlayer back in October and was granted a license and a specific URL to download FlashPlayer for distribution on our intranet. The URL does not work and instead of downloading FlashPlayer the only option is to apply for another license. I attempted to engage Adobe via Chat and they said I have to post here, but this does not make a lot of sense since the email with the license said the URL for downloading may not be shared with anyone, hence why I am not posting here.
So have others received a license from Adobe with a non-working URL? How did you get someone at Adobe to respond?
