Have html, now what to put swf onto website?

UBER Newbie, so please bear with me...thanks.
(Referencing website www.ctfalliance.org)
I needed to change a footer, which is a flash file. current one reads: Contact Us (and) Sitemap. Needed to change Sitemap to Members Section.
Found the fla and made the changes. The preview looks like it's pretty much the same as before, having replaced Sitemap with Members Section (lost some color during mouse hover, but can live with that) and so I hit Publlish.
Now I have the html file, which opens in Dreamweaver, but I don't know what to do next to replace the current footer.swf with the revised one.
I don't know what to do with this html file. I haven't seen it in the site's files before, i.e., footer.html so not sure if I should "put" it on the site or not.
Or do I just "put" the revised footer.swf onto the site now?
BTW, I believe I also need to change the URL reference from the sitemap to the members section, which currently reads as:
so.addVariable("sitemapURL", "sitemap.htm");
So I think I should change it to read:
so.addVariable("membersURL", "members.ctfalliance.org"); which i'm hoping will take the user to our secure page for members only when they hit the "Members Section" on the footer.
Can someone tell me what to do next, please? (the guy i've had to help me before isn't available; he's the one that built it originally and has been helpful but he must be busy and didn't offer to make the revisions for me...ARGH).

Question: why would the hover feature we used to have not be there any longer? That is, it's now just a glowing white light, but used to be that when one hovered her mouse over the text, it would change color to a orange scheme consistent with our design scheme. May I highjack this post a bit and ask this question?

I took away my backup disk with me so just took it from there excellent. I am back home at present working on my imac. When I go to use my macbook air on these projects (when away on boat) is it easiest to simply copy the Project and Events folders in total from my imac onto the other machine and do the same upon my return in reverse? It depends on the app you want to use to make backups.
If you are going to use Time Machine (recommended because it's the easiest), you just have to set it up and it will back up the whole OS X partition on the external drive, so don't worry. Another option are the cloning apps, like Carbon Copy Cloner. These apps also clone the whole hard drive, but you can manually select the things you want to back up. The advantage of the clones is that you can start up your computer from them

Your wifi network your connecting to is secured. It's not the iPad. It's your router(if your network) or someone put a password on, if its a shared like apt building or something. If its your wifi network, I'd check on how to access your router or reset it to factory fault settings(most by holding reset button with pin for 30 sec). Search how to access it, by googling your router make and model.

I duplicated a document created originally in new pages 5.1 and exported that copy to the older pages '09. I see the document listed in the old pages but my computer refuses to open it demanding I download the newer pages app... which I have. Now what?

I am able to open the document through finder, but I can't with Pages '09.

I have the latest operating system on my '09 macbook pro. My old pages is pages '09.
When this document was created I didn't realize I did it under Pages 5.1, which I now realize is limited in capabilities so it can speak to iOS devices through iCloud.
I duplicated that file, renamed it "Yardening copy" and exported to Pages '09. I see the file in the pages listing, but when I try to open it there I get a warning that I need to download the new Pages 5.1... which I have on my computer. I even tried to email it to myself hoping that might work on a lark, but the file is too larg being that it includes pictures.
I can find the copy via finder, and yes, double click it and it opens... but I'm assuming it is using Pages 5.1 to do so.
Do I really have to copy and past all the info on this document onto a new Pages '09 document where I want to maintain my master library of documents?

I want to put music onto my partners phone from my Mac computer. The message comes up that her phone is synced with another iTunes library (not in use anymore) and do I want to erase this iPhone and sync with this itunes library.

There is currently no music on her iPhone and all the apps are already in the iTunes library on the mac that I want to sync it to so its not a problem, the apps won't be lost.
My question is are photos and messages and contacts classified as iPhone contents? Because I don't want those to be wiped. So can I sync her phone to this iTunes library? I have not been able to find online whether or not photos and contacts will be lost.
Also her phone is already backed up on this computer because it gets plugged into it all the time we have just not tried to put music onto it yet until now.
