Have I been blocked?

Well I have never been blocked before so I'm not sure, but I have read that when you're blocked and try to call a number it just automatically goes to a message saying they have call restrictions or something. I am almost certain this person has blocked me, so I tried calling just out of curiosity. It rang twice and I hung up really fast since I was just expecting the message! Does it take a while for the block message to come up or does it happen right away? Does 2 rings mean I'm not blocked?
as a part two to this, when someone blocks you does it automatically block both calls and texts?

Part one, depends on who their service is through. Normally, either a fast busy signal or the call just rings on
Part three, let them go and move on.

Then, I messaged him again from the iPad running iOS 5, and the message I sent showed up on my iPhone and was listed as delivered. Is it possible this friend has blocked me? He has not messaged me for two days. I was under the impression a block would simply result in my messages being listed as delivered, not that the contact would be unavailable or that his email is not linked to an iMessage account. Is there any way to force my iPhone to send messages to him using only my iMessage email and not cell phone number? Is this actually a fluke and he has deleted his iMessage account, but the iPad running iOS 5 did not recognize that? But why would my iphone list the messages as delivered then?

After much research went with Comcast. Package includes 12mbs, phone service, all premium channels, 2 HD dvrs, 1 HD receiver. After promos end I will be paying more, but I'm getting more. Customer service before purchase and installation phenomenal. I actually set up order over phone instead of online because of the customer service. No complaints about Direct TV, but canceeling them also because from having to shop for new Isp resulted in this. My speedtest now says I am 85% faster than most of the U.S. I am very happy. I would consider my verizon problem solved. Oh, free router also.

For troubleshooting, please take steps as below:
Take a quick look in Central Administration.If the Content Database has been taken "offline" then it will halt any database editing (typically used for maintenance such as backing up / restoring or major
farm config).
Check SQL .This can also happen if the Transaction Logs are full .. or you've run out of disk space.
Check if you have set a Site Collection Quota ... if the site collection exceeds the "quota" size then adding new content will be restricted.Go to Central Administration -> Application Management ->
Configure Quotas and Locks. Set the Site Lock Information to "Not Lock" (it had been set to " Read-only (blocks additions, updates, and deletions)”).

I hope you are able to solve your problem. The iPhone is definitely designed to be able to run the power all the way down. In fact, the instructions to maintain your battery suggest doing that once a month. I do it now and then, not usually once a month and I am always able to get my phone back to where it would be usable in about 10 minutes of charge. I always keep it in the charger until it is fully charged, however.
I just didn't want you to think you made some big mistake to let it run out of charge. There must be something going on with your phone or the battery.

I have quite a serious problem going on at the moment. My company's legitimate websites have been blocked by Internet Explorer's "SmartScreen" and our end users are complaining.
The two sites in question are:

I find it hard to believe, that our websites can simply be blocked by this SmartScreen filter, without providing us with any evidence, or even contacting us to verify the legitimacy of our website.
We are an educational institution and are obviously in no way affiliated with any malware or phishing and in no way have our websites been spreading malware or phishing attacks.
How can Microsoft simply add our site to a "blacklist" of sorts, without properly and correctly reviewing our site to confirm what has been reported? I find this to extremely unprofessional and even be classed as defamation.
The fact that we can only "Report that this site does not contain threats" and not even contact anyone at Microsoft to confirm any details is astounding.
Does anyone know how to quickly get these false positives reversed?

My guess is......
1. Get your site verification code from Google

and add the appropriate meta tag to your landing page. (actually you should clear up your dns records first, so that you have the one IP address with several aliases.)
2. Remove your 'social' buttons and other third-party content from your sign-in pages. You should not use unsecured content from third parties on login pages. (google analytics.... do you really need to know how many visitors bounced on your login pages?)
